I went in on Monday inquiring about a position with this mom and pop hardware store. I spoke with the manager, Glenn, he was very kind and genuine. I have experience delivering "people" in big limos. They needed someone to deliver equipment. I have no experience with hardware. It's a place my father, a licensed master plumber and then some , always wanted to work. I could never figure out why someone with his credentials would want to work at a hardware store!? After speaking with Glenn, I realized why. My father found hardware stores comforting. This is a great store. So great they've been growing. I'd strongly recommend them to anyone. T and M stands for Tim and Mary.

I cannot recommend T&M Hardware in Ellwood City highly enough. The weather forecast for my mother's 100th birthday celebration in Ewing Park had turned ugly and I needed to rent patio heaters from a long distance and in a hurry. T&M Hardware assured me they would get the heaters to our shelter on time, in good working order, and at a reasonable price. They came through out and the picnic was a smashing success. Thank you, thank you!

This used to be a good store that I didn't mind paying a little extra for items. I don't know what happened but it's still expensive but the icing on the cake is the employees are rude. I was going to be charged more than what the tag said the price was and the response I got was it's wrong. Well if the employees were doing there job the tag wouldn't be wrong. It's not the first time someone there has been rude to me as a customer. It's worth the extra gas to go somewhere else. I like to support the locals bit not with that kind of customer service. What a shame.

Employees are always helpful. Today I went there to get plumbing parts for a laundry basin install, and Mike helped me tremendously. Thanks to his knowledge, I didn't have to make multiple trips. I'm always going straight to T&M from now on instead of Busy Beaver!

So much bigger than it looks like from the outside. Huge selection of fasteners, tools plumbing automotive, painting, fishing camping, gardening....a bit of everything. One of my new favorite hardware store.

Overall great place. I had a hunting license replaced here around December and most recently went for some firearm cleaning patches. I found an aisle with many cleaning products for firearms. Each time I went, I had fast and friendly service. Thank you. I will be purchasing my fishing and hunting licenses from here annually now.

I appreciate T&M hardware filling in the gap that Trader Horn left when they closed. I try to drive the extra mile and a half to T&M as opposed to Busy Beaver. T&M does has a good selection, and is doing what they can to improve it. I'd only suggest that they need to be careful to be very competitively priced, as many of us drive past/patronize multiple Home Depots and Lowe's each and every day.

I love t&m because they have so much and it is always so clean! But last few times I’ve been there I’ve been waited on by a lady with reddish curly hair and she is SO rude. Always seems so inconvenienced by customers. Bummer

I took my lawnmower there to get fixed paid almost $300 and they called me and said come and get it because it’s done, so that’s what I did I brought it home expecting my lawnmower to be fixed and it was doing the same thing as when I took it in like they never even touched so I took it back and they worked on again supposedly the gentleman called me told me it was done I brought it home I tried to use it and guess what it it did the same thing and he told me don’t bring it back because I have no clue what’s wrong with it in which they should’ve return my money but they didn’t I paid them almost 300 for nothing if you got lawnmower problems don’t take it here because they don’t know how to fix things. My opinion

Every time I have a need for an item to fix something at home, they have just the perfect thing, and usually a few different items to choose from...also it's nice to have the ability to rent items so close to home. Friendly and helpful staff!

Nobody to help you when you need it they just an isle ND they have 2 of the same isle in different parts of the store very little parking and very little help if any at all in other words you have to find everything yourself with nobody to help you even find it. I won't shop there again at least the other stores help you find things when you are unfamiliar with the store not this store
