The food I got here was an absolute disgrace. Yes I know it's sheetz but the portion size I got was laughable.I did pick up for my mom and I. She got a burrito bowl. I think there was 5 pieces of lettuce in it. With a small scattering of toppings (some that we even paid extra for). She said the taste was good but oh my gosh...I am attaching a picture. It might be hard to tell but she had not taken a SINGLE bite yet, just stirred it with her fork.I got a steak burrito. I paid extra for sour cream and cheese and neither was anywhere to be found on the burrito. I'm just shocked that someone made that and was okay with it... Definitely a terrible, terrible job.

This Sheetz is great. I place mobile orders on the app, and they are ready within 10 minutes usually. My orders are fulfilled to my specifications. The employees I have interacted with are pleasant and polite.For how new the store is, I’m impressed with how well put together they are.I recommend getting the app for the gas and food rewards.

I order a lot from here. I do love that we have a location and here and the made to order drinks are always delicious. However, every time I order made to order food, they never remember any condiments/sauce I purchase or asked to go with my order and if I order for delivery then I don’t have those condiments/sauces in my house. I normally never complain especially since this is a new location but it’s been happening since opening and I’m tired of not getting everything that I paid for.

We ordered on-line. Our food was ready for the time that I had requested, I even added another item when I got there. With only 3 employees there they all were doing an awesome job. The manager on duty & the employees on duty at the time which was 6:45pm deserve some kind of recognition. There must have been some call offs, anyways thank you !

Almost all of the employees are very nice. Except maybe one time we had an issue with one. They always have a problem with their cars reader on the middle register and the employee insisted it was our fault not the machine. It was like they felt personally attacked when we said it was the machine. Then another employee stepped in, voided our items and moved to the next register and literally said out loud, 'yeah we have been having problems with that machine". And the rude employee just walked off. That was maybe a month ago. Went back the other day and had the exact same issue happen. Switched to the next register and it worked fine. Other than that, this Sheetz is pretty nice. The prepped food from the kithcen is OK at best.. Their sandwiches are good but that's about it. They don't have fries anymore? Which is lame..but they have been pretty disgusting every time I've gotten them anyway so I guess that's not much of a loss. The rest of the items are basically frozen food section foods that are boring and not that great. Soggy most of the time. But other than that the store itself is clean, nice staff, and lots of selections of different items. Also, good gas prices!

I’ve had to wait over 20 minutes for my food twice just this week. I’m talking an order of pickle fries one day and a snack wrap the other day. The chicken snack wrap was cold by the time I got it and I literally saw it being prepared. It was wrapped up and set to the side and no one bagged it up! I work out of my car and barely have time to eat because I have back to back appointments ALL DAY. At first, I was excited for a sheetz at this location but there is no working person on this planet that can wait for food this long. Hopefully there are some changes soon!

Every time I order here, my order is always messed up. Also, they did not put our food on the online order rack, and my fiancé waited 15 minutes until he finally asked about his order and they just had it sitting on the pick up counter. He asked if they could reheat it since it was cold, and was told no.

Order number 89418671I order a sandwich with ketchup mustard and mayonnaise they hardly but that on there I received my sandwich all mangled all the lettuce off the sandwich worst service when preparing food

Oh man, this new sheetz really needs to get their stuff together. If I could do 0 stars I would. But 2 or 3 days after they opened I got a steak salad with ONLY lettuce, steak, cheese and fries, nothing else just a salad, any other sheetz the price comes to $8-$9, this one came to $13.00, (which is outrageous) watched them prepare it and it sat by the bagging area for 20 MINS before they bagged it and called my number (not knowing if it was mine or not, but it was) Fries were freezing cold and it was a total rip off. Not to mention their salads are not that big. You can go to a nice restaurant and get a nice sized, real steak salad and get three times the amount, for the same price and be full. Sheetz salad is not filling.They did nothing about the price, after I said something multiple times. All she said was ( it depends on what you get) Okay well ive got these exact salads, same ingredients for 6 - 7 years and neverrrrr been that amount of money. I asked her if their prices went up and she had not a clue, didn't offer to figure it out either. Then they have their costumer service where you can never get ahold of anyone. Bullcrap.& with it being a brand new building, knowing that alot of people are going to be there, they only have 1 person doing the checkout with the line 20 people long. Not pleased one bit.

Got food for my husband, daughter and myself. Was 40.00 for 2 hot dogs, 1/2 steak sub, 1/2 BLT sub and 2 orders or cheese sticks. The food was all wrong. You have to pay for every topping and didn't get half of them. Food was also luke warm, chili on hot dogs burnt, just really bad experience.

Took 30min to make my order and they didn’t even give me all my items I was in a rush after waiting for 30min that I didn’t even look to see if everything was there until I got home. And they don’t have a phone number so I can’t call to claim my credits for the food I never received. I know they are new but come on they made me wait so long I had to have the cashier lady restart the pump which meant refunded and re charged for the fuel I wanted cuz it turns the pre pay thing back on if u wait to long to pump smh..hopefully they get it together down there
