This is Sarges 2nd time to see Darla. He’s an anxious dog with some health issues. Each time he goes she takes extra time get to know and also go slow with him. He’s getting less anxious with just 2 visits. Honestly I couldn’t have picked a better groomer. Darla is absolutely amazing. Not a single hair out of place.

Took my pup Bear to Grand Paws and Jess did such a wonderful job with his cut. I highly recommend them. He was scared when we walked in and I think that was from the first place I took him. So I thank Jess from the bottom of my heart for making him comfortable and taking care of him.

We have a Malamute, maybe they can't do big furry dogs but my dog was a mess when he came home from there! If they can't do a certain type they should say so!

Today was my second time taking my schnauzer mix to Grand Paws, we just moved here from Texas and I used to be my dogs groomer because she was so difficult and mean to other dogs and groomers that no one else could groom her properly without being stressed out or stressing her out. But so far she has done great at Grand Paws and she always leaves super happy and not stressed at all! So thankful to have a good groomer near by for my girl!

After trying so many groomers in the past for our Pomeranian, Grand Paws exceeded all of our expectations. The girls were all so sweet and Rachel was just pure awesome with our girl. This groomer is super friendly. They take care of your furry loved ones with utmost care and they perform an excellent grooming service. They also offer a variety of products in store that I can depend on such as blue ridge buffalo organic meat for my dogs. Definitely worth the price.

I returned to the area about 6 years ago, with my Portuguese water dogs and my Yorkie poo. I've been here for a little over six years. after 7 other groomers, I finally found one that I absolutely love! Jess is amazing. they look fabulous! and I'm told this is the first time that she's grown to any Portie!! I will be a long-standing loyal customer from here on out. Not only do they look fabulous, but they had a fabulous time there. when I pick them up they were so happy, and they didn't even care if we left right away. awesome job Jess!

I have been taking my 2 year old dog to Grand Paws Pet Salon for over a year after moving back to Ellwood. My dog is extremely hard to groom due to his high anxiety but Kelly is AMAZING with him. He loves going to the groomers now and does not come out nervous or heavily panicked. I would recommend Grand Paws to anyone and everyone!

LOVE this place. Just moved up from South Carolina about 2 months ago and was hard to find a groomer because of covid. Finally heard of this place through a co worker and decided to give it a shot. Rachel did an amazing job on my yorkiepoo Nylah!! She even went the extra mile to make sure her bows matched her harness! Lol. They are so friendly and the shop is very welcoming. I will only be bringing my dog here from now on and will definitely be telling everyone how awesome they are! Thank you guys!!!

Took 3 people to hold my pup. Hes still getting used to his nails being trimmed. Anywho they treated him great and for they charged i was sure to tip them.

First time going to this place and we where very unhappy. We had a time slot, that was blow to hell. Our one dog was complete cut unevenly. He had three areas that were. Completely missed, his fur was as long as when he was taken in. The service left much to be desired with the rudeness, snide remarks and lack of curiosity. I would not recommend this place to anyone even with a dead animal for a funeral.

My cat can be on the aggressive side when it comes to water and brushing him. Rachel did an amazing job Jasper laid on the table no restraints at all and let her brush him.

I have to admit, I was leary about taking my Abbey to a new groomer but was so happy with Grand Paws! The girls were so nice and I loved the way they groomed Abbey, she looks adorable!
