For God sake get a microwave! If youre gonna sell food that is prepared and refrigerated, and have a place to sit down and eat, where is the microwave? Only Giant Eagle I've ever been in that did not have one. Almost asked for a refund on the food I bought since I could not eat it! Do better!

Every time I check out as I did tonight, I have NEVER been so uncomfortable with the one cashier who was not bagging and was not my cashier stood there and watched me the entire time I checked out. I spend hundreds of dollars every trip I make and I will NOT be back after this last time. She makes everyone who comes into contact with her uncomfortable and I hope she learns to give people distance it’s ridiculous.

Of course with all my reviews. I like to rate parking first. Big parking lot and the staff kept the buggies out of it. First walking in the environment is inviting. The store was clean and well stocked. Now to the problem is the check out lanes. There was a long wait to check out. Like many places finding employees is hard. This location could really use some self check out lanes. Would speed up the check out process. As popular as this store is. It needs some help balancing employee vs customer.

Was in town to visit with family and stopped here. Wow, this store is stuck in 1980s. Coming from Ohio and this store looked completely different and run down. Rude staff and the public restroom was disgusting. My husband said the men’s bathroom was the grossest bathroom he’s ever seen in his 35 years. It was also hard to find as the doors to go back to the bathroom said employees only but the sign above said public restroom.

Cashier Elaine is grumpy and downright rude, every time I see her. I'll try and avoid her altogether if possible, but I always end up getting one of the young kid cashiers. Do these kids even know how to speak?Put in some self checkouts.I'm done shopping here.

Giant Eagle has all of my favorite brands and the GE card savings, and gas perks are well worth the trip. Location is convenient and easy to stop in and get back on the road home. Employees are much friendlier than the other stores in the area!Very pleased with the in-store pharmacy staff and prices! Overall, I recommend Giant Eagle! Hope your experience is also pleasant and worth the trip ☺️

Always a great grocery store. Well kept and plenty vegetables to choose from. Nice staff. The only drawback is its pricey compared to other grocery stores. A++.Great staff.

Dingy. Needs a facelift. Meat selections are limited. Very few organic offerings. Hard to find nice thick steaks for grilling or roasting. Produce section acceptable but again, could use more organic and local items.

I live right at the top of the hill from it so its convenient for me. It's basically the only real grocery store left close to here because save-a-lot is gone. Prices are ok but I'm biased because it's close and I've always gone here. The atmosphere is great though and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. It's definitely a staple around here and worth shopping at

The bakery at this store is awesome! Last year I was getting married and wanted to save money, so I decided to go with giant eagle for my cake. They made a beautiful three tiered cake for me and my husband to cut! They also made 2 different sheet cakes with filling. Everyone raved about how good our cake was! Thank you!

I have been very impressed with the employees at our local Giant Eagle in Ellwood City. There is a young man in the deli that always has a smile on his face and always wishes you a blessed day. Another time I was having a particularly bad day and had a cashier noticed and ask me if she could pray for me. The store is alway clean and everyone is very helpful and polite. A lot of times people are so eager to take time out to write a bad review and I just wanted to let them know that this hasn’t gone unnoticed. I have had many pleasant experiences with the employees there and really appreciate them!

The Bakery did not have a dinosaur cake kit so they told me the decorator could free hand a T-Rex. I gave her full creative control. Picked the cake up and was blown away by how amazing it looked. Was a huge T-Rex with teeth, claws and all in a jungle setting. Absolutely amazing!! Plus as always tasted wonderful. The only bakery I ever use.

Some of the cashiers are downright grumpy The one today was pleasant. They have been out of weird things like bananas and angel good cake. Not bad for the most part just need friendlier more aware staff. Like today I was leaving and an employee (Colin or Collin) walked right in front of me as I left the cashier carrying my bags I had to stop or get run over two steps later he walked right in front of me again and I had to stop or get hit That's inexcusable and poor manners.

Hours listed online are wrong. Employees at the store are extremely rude. Used to shop here several times a month, until a few years ago. Decided to try again today before work, employees were extremely rude. Someone even thought I worked there, until they realize I didn't and then straight-up ignored me like I wasn't even standing there. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Pretty typical Giant Eagle. Nice home decor section, friendly staff, large selection of foods. Only sad thing is this giant eagle no longer sells the icing buckets from the bakery like they used to, instead they keep 100% of them to fill up with grease from the deli and throw out.

Well their green onions were out of date... and i selected the best looking ones there...a gelatinous substance oozed out of the stalks as i chopped them. First time I've ever seen this. The shopping carts were about two decades old, the store felt dirty, and it felt far from a Giant Eagle. Felt more like some Dollar Store that sold groceries. Won't be back.
