I wanted to try Kingdom Grounds and finally made it down, it's safe to say I'll be back much faster. I really didn't know what I was missing. Let me begin with what is right about this place. FRIENDLY SERVICE in a time when it's harder to find.. This cafe doesn't just feed the community, it helps create community. I don't know if I've ever heard so many kind words from a group of staff and I eat at Chick-fil-A where it's always their pleasure to serve. Seriously, this is one of the kindest, most genuine groups of servants I have ever ordered from. I've had a cheery person greet me other places, but the whole staff had this joyful, genuine demeanor that flowed past good training and into sincere customer care. My omelette was delicious as well, full of meat and filling enough for 2 meals. As good as the breakfast pastries looked, I had no more room in the tank. The seating offered several options including booths, tables, pub tables and bar seats. The dining area was spotless and just felt very clean. They even hand wrote a positive message on my cup insulator. This is a place that makes you desire to return because you felt valued as a customer. It's a bit out of my way, but I'll be back again. There is something special about this place, it's a blessing to eat here. Now for the negative, just one thing. My coffee was so hot I couldn't drink it until I got back to Newport. Some people like it that hot but I like to drink it right away so that's a personal preference, but other than that, I loved every moment at Kingdom Grounds.

Our group of 5 had fast service on a busy Friday noon. The food was hot and fresh and staff was friendly and accommodating. We sat at a picnic table under the carport. I recommend the strawberry spritzer and acai bowl. The staff serving orders need to squeeze past the congested ordering line. This business barely fits in their space, but they do a great job at what they do.

A very well hidden gem! It's not exactly nearby to anything besides beautiful countryside, but it's worth the trip out here if it's not far out of the way! Great breakfast food at a good price, and if you don't mind the upcharge their fresh lemonade is fantastic. Tons of baked goods available to go as well. I've been for breakfast and for lunch, their menu does not disappoint.

Whoa😍 This place is my new local ALL TIME favorite cafe!!!The atmosphere is chill and the food is absolutely amazing!! I didn't think cheese fries could get any better honestly.. So much flavor! My husband ordered the spinach cheese steak wrap and a bowl of Chili, I took one bite and know exactly what I'm ordering next time with more loaded fries😁The Strawberry Refresher was soooo good and literally refreshing, as was the low price!! I ordered a cold peppermint tea to go and it was only 1.85 and it was amazing 😍Only 1 negative...plastic cups and straws, l would love to see them switch to paper or plant based, which can be ordered on Amazon for as much as plastic!🌱

We eat here often. As always the was delicious, the staff was awesome. But for the first time the atmosphere was tooo much. I understand school kids want ha g out for football game. But they were so rude. They had there bookbags on tables not being used, throwing open jelly packets or food at each other, laying on the seats, blocking walk way. Talking loud about things i dont want to know these kids know about. I feel that if they are acting like this that the staff should be able tell them they need order food to take uo one whole side of there restaurant. Not order every once in awhile. But I also feel that they should be able tell them, if they cant he respectful, they need to leave. I am not a parent, but I have kids in my life these kids ages and i can tell u right now, if i ever knew my kids was doing what these kids were doing 1 they would come home after school and not hang out til a football game or 2 i would embarrass them in front everyone by making them clean up their messes. Ill be back to eat, but never will i come on a Friday night before a football game. If they dont put a stop to this, they are gonna lose the customers that enjoy coming for dinner.

So fresh and oh, so GOOD! I wish I would have remembered to take pictures before devouring my meal. I didn't have anything overwhelmingly different, but adding avocado to a BLT is a new favorite.I seriously, love the food and the drinks knowing that they are using nothing but fresh and nutritious ingredients for their food, baked goods, and drinks.Knowing all this makes it easy to pick something different from the menu!

Absolutely delicious. My breakfast BLT on a croissant with a slice of local scrapple cooked crisp was added and was delivered hot to the tables. Nice menu with a wide variety of beverages. I enjoyed my toasted marshmallow chai latte made with coconut milk completely. Great service and food! This was an amazing addition to the area and a huge improvement over being a bank. Very appreciative of this as an addition to the area's offerings for dining out. It seemed to get busy quickly, but the staff were on top of it and did an excellent job of taking care of customers. I'll absolutely visit here again on my next visit to the area. Keep up the great work!!

The stuffed french toast with Nutella and white chocolate frappe was AMAZING! They did a great job turning the old bank into a cute and cozy cafe. I love the weekly dinner specials on Fridays and how you always get great service from the super sweet staff during every visit. Let's just say I frequent the drive thru for online orders weekly!

I had the worst time ever it took them more than 30 mins to make me a salad that they even have pre-made like come one. It takes 30 minutes to get a steak and fries at outback steak house but some how it takes more than 30 minutes to make a salad. Worst place ever and when I'm writing this it's almost 4 and I think they forget us even tho workers are looking at us and they can see we don't have our food!!!!!!!!! I could have a whole engine torn apart by now like this is ridiculous!!!! I wish I could give zero stars.Update: they forget about us .literally hate this place. When we told her we didn't get our food they literally gave us a to go order instead of actually making it. Ik it's just a salad but it was a waste of 40 mins of my life that u can never get back.

Kingdom Grounds Cafe is my new favorite! This local gem features delicious home-baked sweets, a variety of savory breakfast and lunch options, and affordable, tasty coffee! The staff are sweet, helpful, smiley, and kind! I love supporting a small business, and this quaint retreat deserves all the support! :)
