I have been coming here for years. Always friendly service and reasonable prices. Very accommodating with appointments, even emergencies. Newly renovated Reception Area looks awesome! Comfy waiting area with friendly conversation. They definitely keep you informed of everything going on with your vehicle, and they won't try to sell you anything that you don't need. I like how they send text reminders when your vehicle might be due for service or inspection. Highly recommend!

My mechanic retired. I found Welch’s Auto online and had them change my oil. They were very friendly, got me in in just a couple days and the price was pretty much the same as my other mechanic. It’s nice to have someone local.

Austin is the man he is about the customer and not the money idk how many times he has looked at my vehicle and told me what's wrong with it and gave me Advice so I can fix it myself and tells me how he would do it always gives me good deals when they work on It i don't remember the name of the girl in the office lol but she will sit there and look for hours if she needs to to figure out the cheapest and best way to get your vehicle fixed really good Environment help the local business owners out they are the ones that don't try to brake the bank awesome people over there I won't go anywhere else

I really like this business. They do a great job of not just doing what I requested but if they find another issue, (like they found a loose ball joint which is a crash possibility) will bring it to my attention for me to decide.These days nothing is inexpensive and neither are parts nor labor. But I feel it is worth the cost to drive a vehicle that is safe.

Great place to screw over a 17 year old girl. 1000 dollar job on a car that wont run and for some reason the hood latch cable was cut. Said they would make it right but you see how that worked out.

March 2022 My wife took our vehicle we bought from Walters Automotive for inspection and found we needed to replace both sides (struts) broken spring on one side, didn't care for the fact that old parts were not fully replaced after calling the dealership where the parts were bought. This was over a $1000 Bill. I will never trust The owners or mechanics again with anything. They knew what they did and for money then they would make it right. Not happening. $1500 later, car still doesn’t run correctly. Austin unhooked the hood latch to my vehicle , which I didn’t notice in til I got it home, and now I can’t open the hood. I called to ask if he can come fix it, since I can’t drive the car to him, and weeks later still haven’t heard from him.Update 8/3/2022… car still sits in yard because the hood can’t be opened. When I gave you the car, the hood opened with the hood latch. You have made no attempt to contact me to fix it. You make no attempt to make things right.Services: Transmission, Engine repair
