This is a nice store. It's far larger than I expected, and it has a lot of the hardware that you would need. The employees are kind and understanding and always willing to help answer any questions I had. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the parking lot is strange, but it's not really their fault. I'd recommend going there for your hardware needs.

The convenience of this store in our small town is nice. While the prices are a little higher it's nice to have a local business with all the necessities to work on your home or whatever other project you may be doing. The workers tend to be extremely helpful and answer questions you may have.

Has a great family-owned feel with friendly service. Always at least one or two employees who know just enough about everything you need to get what you need to get the job done. They always seem to have the right parts and pieces and will go however many extra miles it takes to help you get what you are looking for. They even know how to translate what a thingamajig or whatchamacallit means. This place makes it a pleasure to shop local!

I go there for all my hardware needs, you explain what you need, and they will help you get what you need. Definitely not like Lowes or Home Depot.

Great place to get your hardware. Lots of electrical and plumbing supplies. Great paint and outdoor stuff as well. Very reasonable prices and the older staff are helpful. Sometimes the younger crew can be not as helpful or polite but always worth it.

Kratzer Hardware is not the cheapest source for everything under the sun, but they are competitive and fair. For a hardware store located in a relatively rural area, they have the best selection and, more importantly, by far the best service of any area store. They are more than willing to special order items not in stock, and they have selections of hardware that are sometimes even hard to find in the big box stores in Harrisburg. In the days of pandemic, they wear masks and ask you too, as well, although they won't badger you about it. Over the past year I have visited this store dozens of times for things like hand forged nails used in an outdoor project,, outdoor faucets, plumbing supplies, and more, and they almost always have what I need.

Today I needed two gal of color matched paint ...with the virus restrictions you cant enter their store. However, they had two of the nicest and competent young men working there. In a short time they delivered my paint to my car! Very impressed with the service! Thank you!

This place is really cool it reminds me of Walker's hardware they have everything everything the place looks small on the outside till you walk in there's rows and rows and it's all nice and neat and tidy the people there at work there very very polite it's a good place to be I liked it thanks

Surprisingly well-stocked hardware store in Elizabethville. Vastly more selection than wally-world just up the road, and vastly closer than any other option. Only true weak spot is lumber, but Klinger's is 2 minutes away for that... so understandable they don't focus on it.
