This is my first time boarding my 9 month old dog Bennett and although I’ve boarded other dogs at other locations, this experience was fantastic. Not only did my dog come out smelling lovely from his bath, but the customer service was top-notch, and he got home and there was none of that, crazy behavior that I had experienced with other dogs. He was calm, happy and I loved seeing the pictures of him on his nature walks. He goes to Playful Pups for doggy daycare and training and I feel the experience at both locations is always consistently fantastic. I never have concerns leaving my dog with these groups of amazing individuals.

I board my dog at Playful Pups quite often because of all my travel with work, and they always accommodate all her needs (like needing a million cuddles a day). They treat her like their own pets, and occasionally she doesn’t even want to leave with me. Truly the best boarding experience for both of us!

I was extremely nervous boarding my 7 year old pup Rocko for the first time. He is an anxious boy, and I wasn’t sure how he would do. I can confidently say the staff at playful pups are awesome and it was obvious they cared for him like he was their own. I would highly recommend playful pups, and would absolutely board rocko here again!

This was the first time we used Playful Pups, everyone was so nice. Our dog had a great day with walks, brain games & cuddle time. I would definitely recommend this business for other pet parents. We will be taking our dog back in April for a week. I’m so happy to know she will be in great hands while we are on vacation.

I am always at ease when I’m out of town knowing my young pup, Sammy, is getting much love and attention! Every staff member is kind, loving and knowledgable! I feel confident boarding my dog at Playful Pups Retreat, knowing that she will be well taken care of, safe, and in good hands. The staff cares about the dogs, they're educated about them, and really go above and beyond to treat the dogs well. I known that from the time I drop off my dog until the time I pick her up, I do not have to worry about her or the care she's receiving.

Our girl Clover loves it at Playpups Overnight! She gets to go to camp for her very own vacation when mom and dad go away and can't take he with. The staff there is phenomenal! I trust them completely with my baby!

I have tried to avoid using a boarding facility because of other places/reviews. I had multiple friends recommend Playful Pups and saw wonderful reviews online so we gave them a shot. Our 2 goldendoodles went for a week and a half and I felt very comfortable leaving them there upon arrival. The staff was friendly and helpful. We saw many pics of our dogs while we were away and could tell they were having a blast. I love the add on options so that you know they are getting lots of love while you’re away. I will definitely be using them again!

I started boarding my dog Onyx at Playful Pups back in November and have had to board him a few more times whenever I'm away for work. The first time I had to board Onyx, I was nervous and didn't know how he would handle it. Playful Pups does an absolutely fantastic job of caring for the dogs staying there and I highly recommend them to everyone who needs to board their pup. I no longer feel nervous whenever I need to travel because I know Onyx is in good hands and is having a great time. It's obvious that all of the staff here love what they do and truly care about providing the best experience for their guests. I will continue to give Playful Pups my business and encourage anyone else who needs to board their dog to do the same!

Our puppy Tucker had his first stay here this weekend and loved it! We were nervous at first, but the staff took such good care of him and provided daily updates with all of his fun activities. He will be returning this summer for sure!

Playful Pups Retreat took excellent care of my girl. Being older she has some age related mobility problems which PPR handled very nicely with loving care. This is an elite level facility for pet owners desiring the best in boarding.

I called & made arrangements for my pup to stay two nights with late check in & early pick up. I paid what I was told I owed; when I picked up my dog, I was told I owed more. She stayed one full day & 2 brief overnights. My dog sleeps through the night so there was no care for her at night. I was just surprised by additional fee.

I was nervous to board Chloe because of her previous living situation. Playful pups made the whole entire process easy and made me feel at ease. I loved seeing the photo’s that were posted for me! I also called to check in on Chloe to make sure she was eating and they gave me an overview of how she was doing and told me to call anytime! I’m so happy my neighbor recommended playful pups, I will continue to board Chloe there when I go away. We took a long nap when we go home! 💗

We've been bringing our pomsky, Marshall, here for almost a year now. They have amazing packages, upload pictures of our furball, and tell us about his stay. They are so friendly, reasonable cost, and we know Marshall likes it because it of how he acts when we drop him off. It's reassuring knowing your loved fluff is being taken care of and valued.

My appreciation and gratitude for your kindness and care of my 5 month old puppy is beyond words. The photos were great with the Facebook Group and was so at ease seeing him playing with friends. We absolutely LOVE giving our furbaby a vacation at Playful Pups while we are on our own vacation! We love that our pupIs in a spacious private room and we can purchase up to three activities for her! Group Playtimes are 45min each! PPR posts awesome pics of the pups at play on their Facebook site and we look forward to seeing pics of our pup posted there! They have so much fun! On the day of check out, we can purchase a spa appt for her. They give her a bath and trim her nails too! Absolutely worth every penny! The staff are all so sweet and such animal lovers! Highly recommend PPR!!

Cannot express how wonderful this establishment is. They treat our dogs like they are part of their family. Our dogs get so excited when we pull in and are all tail wags as they go back to their rooms. It is such piece of mind to know they are being spoiled while we are away.

We take our dog here regularly for the sniffspot. The fence is tall enough that he can't jump over it and it is make of solid slats, so there are no gaps for him to wiggle through. We love how much room it gives him to run around off leash since we don't have an enclosed yard at home. And the price is good to boot.

This place was absolutely amazing. My puppy had a blast. There was never a time he wasn’t doing something. They shared his experience with me through pictures on Facebook. This was so nice because i was able to check on him and see what he was doing. I couldn’t have asked for a better boarding place for my puppy. I definitely recommend this place, and i will be using them again in the future!

Ice was taken care of by great people. Ice is a German Shorthair and he has had a great life. He will be 15 on Dec 21,2023. Your staff did keep us posted on his stay and on any special needs we requested.
