We've had heating issues and got this company from our neighborhood, Chestnut Valley in Mount Wolf. Service came out and did a thorough check. Turns out we needed to replace the heating/ac unit, it maybe pricey but it was a must. Financing was available and they will find something for everyone to fit their needs...installation was scheduled, they did an amazing job. Took half a day, everything new and working great. Would recommend this company, 5 star rating.Services: Installation, Ductless heating & A/C services

Carson did a great job looking at our AC system. Was pleasant, on time ( in fact early), and communicated well with me following the service visit. He pointed out areas of our AC system which could include additional cleaning services such has the blower motor and outside compressor, and cleaned up the areas he worked in. Overall, an excellent visit by Carson. Would gladly like to see him return when we need future service or repairs.

Our outdoor unit had been vandalized and we used someone who was recommended to us. We went through the January without any heat , the unit was replaced but it was never finished, supposedly waiting on a part. Finally I decided I was calling Home Climates. I called the answering service Sun afternoon and the service manager was at my house by 10:00 Mon morning and got everything fixed.I immediately signed up for the service contract. Everyone I have dealt with from the office to the technicians have been absolutely wonderful to deal with. I am definitely recommend them to anyone

Zach was extremely polite and courteous. He was very interested in our questions, needs and concerns. Zach was very knowledgeable and answered our questions, talking to us not down to us. He explained everything very well. Zach also was very prompt, bring right on time. And he did not rush through the visit.

Zach was here within a half hour of us calling for an estimate. He went over all our options and answered our questions. He was back a couple hours later with a game plan that worked for us and scheduled our installation. This was one of the easiest decisions we have made.

The guys showed up early which is nice not having to wait in a 2-4 hour window for them to show up. It did not take long for them to identify the issue and immediately got on phone with the manufacturer to replace my unit under warranty. They were friendly and explained all my options as well.

Price was a lot more reasonable than some of these big chain Plumbing companies that are throughout the united states. Home climates was two hundred dollars less than just about any other major chain plumbing company. Definitely recommend for Lancaster County, Jonathan was my plumber.He did a great job. Had our main water shut off valve replaced.

Evan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to get us a quote and new water heater within the day. It may have been more expensive than other places but we felt very comfortable with his ability and trusted that it was done well.

We had Carson who was accompanied by Dylan. Both were very professional and respectful. It was wet and muddy, they put boot covers on. They were very knowledgeable. I programmed the unit wrong so we think it will work when I reboot it but that is on me. The system takes 24 hours unplugged to reset. However, We were able to get the condensor and fan to turn on which is the reason I called them out. I had a loose wire on the board that I was unaware of. We knew it wasn't the contactor or capacitor as I had checked them before their arrival. They explained everything they did. I give them a 10 star out 5. They were that good. And this is just for them. Not to mention Patti. I called on a Friday after we just had 2 hot days in a row. Everyone needed hvac techs. I want to give thanks to Patti. I was setting up my appt, and she asked to call me back so she could check the schedule. Then in that time someone canceled. So she offered it to me. Called me back right away as well. wasn't even 30 minutes. Great people at this company

Excellent Service! My first experience with Home Climates was this past summer. Stephen the technician fixed my problems and replaced two parts. The HVAC system was up and running in a short period of time. Stephen explained exactly what needed to be done to make the repair. Very pleased with Stephen and Home Climates! I was so impressed with Home Climates and Stephen that I signed up for winter and summer maintenance services. I just had my winter maintenance service and was pleased to have Stephen again. Scheduled a ac/heat tune up in October was called to reschedule 3 times and ended up coming at the end of December. I thought a tune up would be them opening up and cleaning the outside unit like any other company, but not at all its just a visual inspection to recommend other services. Technician was nice and polite so not his fault just the company themselves doesn't schedule or communicate what is included accordingly. Literally a waste of money.
