Very clean place and well organized (unless of course customers leave a mess) prices are high though and some are the same price as they are brand newEdit: I’ve noticed a few gross items while shopping recently the majority are clean but I’ve liked some items and noticed it’s covered in sticky stuff or just plain dirt.

I come here literally all the time, and I have to say the staff is not only unique but personable and friendly. I'm genuinely glad to see a smiling face when i walk through the door. And if the cashier isn't busy I'm usually treated with a warm hello. Over all management should be proud of the current staff.

I had a terrible experience with a staff member here. I do not recommend this place what so ever. They are picky choosy with younger customers like myself. I was treated with great disrespect . I had a cart full of things I was looking forward to buying but I chose to leave instead and I will not be back to this goodwill again.

I go in this store 2 to 3 times a month and I must tell everyone how impressed I was today! The store was very organized and clean. I did not need to dig through piles of merchandise as I do in other goodwill stores. Employees were working hard putting stuff out to keep the shelves full. Great staff here! Thank you for making shopping at goodwill easy!My most recent visit I was surprised how pricey some items are. I’m wondering how they can sell items for more than the cost to buy new? That was a disappointment. Store still organized and clean.

This place is just ridiculously overpriced. $3 for a dollar tree item? It’s not even about helping people anymore. Crazy prices for items they receive completely for free. Even consignment shops that actually pay for their items sell things for less.

My favourite haunt! You just never know what you will find. Since they have renovated, it's even better. Make the trip. Buy yourself a good girl present. You're worth it.

Very nice large Goodwill! Staff seem better than some locstions and shelves are organized. Only complaint is that kids books or spread throughout the entire book section...

Stopped in here for a few items for one of our children he’s outgrown his entire wardrobe. The environment could be cleaner and they should be providing more attention to the front of the house. The prices of the clothing that we purchased were extremely reasonable.

Manager was AWEFUL! First she yelled at my 4 year old for running when she should have addressed me if it was that big of a deal, then as I was in line an older lady in front of me was trying to pay with quarters. The cashier called the manager and she rudely and loudly told the lady she will no accept her quarters to pay for her things (luckily another lady also heard the manager treat her like that and paid for her things for her) Lastly, when she came to the register to tell the lady she couldn’t pay with change she saw that the line was really long and didn’t even jump on register to help speed things up, just walked away and left the line long. Will not be returning and plan on calling someone who’s higher up to make a complaint how rude the manager was, she shouldn’t be working in customer service if she’s going to be acting like that.

Beautiful store clean because it's new! I wanted a top that had a tear in it,and they said can't make price adjustments. Parking spaces are very tight!! Only 2 dressing rooms.

This goodwill has lost its mind in terms of pricing since moving to their temporary location They have increased prices to an absurd level making it in many cases more expensive than to shop retail. Dirty used shoes with holes with them are priced at 11.99 Jeans 11.99 Walmart shirts for 7.99 not only that but they have eliminated all discount days. I used to be a weekly shopper here and it’s totally gone downhill. This is a store specific problem with whomever is deciding prices as I frequent over ten regional stores none of which have a similar problem. While The Goodwill keystone stores have increased prices in the past 6 months in conjunction with the installation of their new cash register system none of the other locations have this absurd level of pricing hike. Someone needs to address with the store manager. I would venture a guess that sales have dropped significantly at this location and this would be why.

Place is going downhill quick and I mean goodwill as a whole. Shirts and stuff are 6 to 7 bucks used. You can go buy them new for that price. All items are donated why such high retail value. They now do not accept returns so you get home open box and find stuff missing or not working your out your money on something they got for free. Please ship other places greed has taken over here

New clean store. Everything is organized. Prices are high (less than 5 dollars, most item 1.99) for used items.One can get brand new items at dollar tree for less .

I have never been to this location before. As I was shopping workers in the back starting screaming at each other, and what sounded like throwing things, or slamming doors. The female was yelling so loud I could hear her over the music. I wanted to enjoy my evening off of work, because I work at a drug and alcohol facility and am constantly surrounded by yelling and upset people. Extremely disappointed that whomever it was was acting that way. So I just walked out. Will not be back.

The location in My Joy is extremely overpriced. They had brand new shirts I saw at Walmart that were priced twice as high as they were priced at Walmart. Clothing had stains and tears on them. I expected more from this location. Rude employees. I had a disabled person with me and they were very rude to her.

Agree with the price increases . Looked at shirt for $7.75. You can go to boscovs and get new on sale rack for 6.99. There are way too many other boutique thrift stores with cheaper prices . Also management very rude at mount joy store .

The new building is so nice on the outside, but i was disappointed with how cramped the isles were and how crammed the clothes are. It makes it hard to look at the clothes when they are so tight.

So much better then the other one. I saw some wall art that i had donated that they had replaced the hanger and cleaned up so it looked much nicer. I don't shop for clothes so I had no complaints.

Thank you for continuing to provide such a wonderful and much needed service to our community! Especially since this store in particular is closely nestled in between 3 of the more expensive "used boutiques" - you continue to offer very nice items (even top brands/ labels can be found) for a more than fair Price.Also, extremely proud of our community who so generously donates these items that are vital to continue this great cause!!

This establishment would have received at least four stars if it weren’t for Jackie Kennedy haunting the premises. My cousin and I had a real life close encounter at Good Will and we are scared forever. Other than that they had some really nice bowls and lemon juicers.

small place, good prices. has a good find here and there. I have bought kids movies (both vhs and dvd), khakis for work, jeans, kitchen things, kids books, and various other things for the family. Each week a different tag color is 25% off with the "rewards card". I just use a phone number in stead of carrying a physical card

Too much deodorizer! Recently cranked up the vapors in all the stores. It's hard not to get a headache/migraine (provoker) or start coughing sometimes. The deodorizer is most likely intentionally to cause just that. If I want to look, I have to look quickly and get out or else I start getting a headache. But, I will say that I have found a lot of nice things in the past, for my house in there, especially nice clothes, even though it is a small store. I keep saying I am never going back to Goodwill Stores, but when I pop in there, sometimes I find something. Don't know if it is worth the damage to my brain.

My mom Janie and myself Ricky love shopping at the etown goodwill store ... it has been in Mount Joy the last couple of years but now in the summer of 2022 it has moved back to eTown with a new remodeled store
