Everytime I come here it is awful. Workers singing terribly, obnoxiously, and loud, never acknowledged, Workers arguing in the back, and store is never cleaned. Today I was yelled at from across the store because I had a backpack purse on. I did not know about the store rules. There is a different way to approach someone besides yelling and making me feel like a criminal. I was severely embarrassed and rushed out the store.

The store is totally disorganized and unkept. The clerks sit around, are eating pizza, watching TV on their phones at the register with open boxes of dominoes on the counter. I spoke to the young gentleman whom I believe is supposed to be a manager, and when I commented on the open box of dominoes and eating pizza, he said well that’s a good smell, isn’t it?The only reason I shop at the store is the convenience to CVS. After this evenings experience, I will drive anywhere to avoid going there.

Purchased food that evidently expired two months ago. The phone number for this location does not work and none of the other locations that do have a working phone care to address the fact that this location is selling food that expired two months ago. I don’t know how it is legal to be selling stuff that has expired and to be charging full price without letting people know. Will not be purchasing food items from here anymore. Every single day this week I have had to spend my entire lunch break on the phone resolving some kind of issue very disappointed that today was a continuation.

I love stopping in here to see what they have. Seasonal stuff is usually really cute. The point of the bell is because the employees are actually working there.. having the shelves stocked and no unfinished shipment out cluttering up the sales floor, unlike their competitor down the street . I, for one, can appreciate that. Plus they never mind that I can sometimes easily spend 30+ minutes there and $0

i have shopped at this location for a couple of years, but i have no idea what changed over the past couple of months. the man working the register at night (and sometimes in the afternoons) is incredibly rude, says very unnecessary comments, and i’ve always had atleast something happen revolving around how he treats me. there is definitely a staffing shortage, and i’m very sorry for that (and i hope it is resolved very soon) but every time i am in this family dollar i am just insanely uncomfortable with how he treats my friends and i. it’s so infuriating and i am sorry for anyone else who has gone through this as well. terrible service. please do not go here.

Employees were rude and on their phones. My wife tried to return 2 light bulbs that were the wrong size. The package wasn't torn open and they in resellable condition. The employees told her she needed to walk around to get to the counter even though the store was empty. After all that they told her they didn't do returns. I did not see any signs that said no returns.

Everyone is Very important and Helpful to their customers and I prefer to go here then any of the other Dollsr stores.Definitely recommend going there if on a tight budget. They have carried Everything I have needed!!!

The employees were so nice to help a brain tired tourist find the things that I need for my stay. There were funny and so helpful. And they had the air mattress we needed, thank God!

I like our local Dollar Stores. I am often times, surprised by some of the bargains I find in them. Cashier was a bit snippy, but I think we all have an occasional bad day!
