Went to doctors and and was told I had Covid and they faxed my medication to rite aid went to pickup about 5 hours later stayed in line for 20 minutes they said I had to come in and talk to pharmacist because my insurance changed I was not going in store with Covid so I left called next day with my insurance number they said it still wouldn’t process I would have to bring card in so when back to store sat in line again I gave them the card she stated I would have to come in store again then she said can I come back so pharmacist can process it I told them to keep meds 3 trips and still can’t get my meds IM DONE WITH RITE AID

Most of the employees are amazing and always working hard to help every customer to the best of their ability. Only negative thing I can say is that all the pharmacy's I used have been way understaffed and yet the employees still smile and work harder. Walnut Street, white oak, and Clairton are my top choices due to employees and their service.

By far the worst pharmacy anywhere! My wife moved 14 prescriptions to this joke of a pharmacy! My insulin alone is $2k per month. But these people were rude to us for the last time! I get that they are understaffed but that's not my fault. There was a problem almost every time we went to pick my meds up! I would no recommend this place to ANYONE!!!! Actually I'm trying to warn people not to go here!!! They are the worst!!!!

Nice clean organized store, it is just the right size.This store always has what is advertised in stock plus lots of other things you want at good prices. I do not want gallon size anything any more I live alone. The Rite Aid Elizabeth allows me to do this, the cleaning products, everything, in single person size. Only shop here and supermarket never the biggies ever.

Rite Aid Pharmacy needs HELP. People should not have to make several trips to pick up one prescription. So unfriendly and unhelpful. So sad because that was the place to go to for prescriptions and advice on my medication. I want to leave so I don't have to be part of that disorganized store. They are unfriendly because they are understaffed and running around trying to keep up with the customers needs.. NO longer personal acts like you are bothering them...

Absolutely disgusting how your manager treats the employees. Was there shopping and the older man "manager " was awful to the older woman working. All over change she opened she needed . Cause he did not want to count the drawer.She was very upset . Very uncalled for and if he don't want to do his job he should just leave . Bad managers are the reason people leave jobs . Do better Rite aid . This woman deserves an apology!

I went to the doctors with my son on the 6th they said he has strep throat so I had them send the script to Rite Aid in Elizabeth went down to get it that day they said they could not do it they were short staffed I said fine I will pick it up tomorrow I will be here later because I have to work so I get there around 5:00 p.m. and ask the lady for the strip she said sorry they are short staffed they will not be able to feel that today either perhaps tomorrow try again I think it's time to use a new Pharmacy because this one is too busy for my business God bless hope you have better luck than I

Exceptional customer service. Large variety of grocery, health & beauty, electronic, home decor and medical items. As well as batteries, cards and magazines. A self serve lottery machine is also available. The associates are friendly, welcoming and ready to help with any of your needs. A one stop shop for prescriptions & other needs.

Pharmacy closed on a Saturday because they're short handed? The rest of the store is open. Shouldn't keeping the Pharmacy open be the priority? Didn't know that could be something they do. I always have good service there and it's close to home. I may have to consider using another pharmacy.

Cool place. I had troy as my customer service helper and he was chill and cool. I believe he is a new employee as well!Most if not all the people their are helpful and considerate. I usually go there just to buy smokes and tea. Easy in and out.

Big sign outside saying restrooms are out of order because there's a parade today. Also a police officer posted outside the front door telling everyone it's a $300 fine to park there for the parade. You know that guy doesn't want to be the bad guy and you are probably paying the police dept to be there. Not a very friendly business especially when the line inside is really long with customers buying drinks and snacks for the parade. Shame on you Rite Aid. Understand you want parking space for customers but you could do it in a much different and more friendly way. Be a decent and friendly member of the community!!

Everything is well marked up above even giant eagle pricing and above other rite Aids, some items even go as far as being double the price. 1 chocolate bar I got after looking at it shows it is clearly past it's shelf life and should not have been sold. Children running in and out of the place with no general attempt to control by the employees. Not to mention no one even at the front counter at all. I could have walked out with my purchases it took so long for someone to come over.

Pharmacy is very well run. Also they are very helpful and go out of their way to order the medications that you need even if the item is not part of the pharmacy’s regular stock. They have helped me many time during my families medical emergencies.

We have used the Elizabeth Rite Aid Pharmacy for years and they have always been super wonder and helpful, super kind and willing to go out of their way to assist their customers. I recently moved the prescription to another Rite Aid because of a move. The new Rite Aid Pharm did not ask if I had questions, did not say thank you & did not care if I ever returned. I had no questions nor concerns but she was miserable and so un-thankful for the customers that keep that Rite Aid in business. You should at a minimum say thank you. We moved our Rite Aid to the city of Pgh so we won't be at the Rite Aid that is not thankful for their customers every again. Elizabeth Rite Aid, you all are awesome!!! Thank you for knowing that your customers keep you in business.

The absolute worst Pharmacy! Every month they consistently screw up my medications. In addition to, having to wait on refills that were called in days prior. Utterly ridiculous.

Just called on a whim to ask if they had a particular item in stock. I wasn't expecting them to have it - it was an odd item and I figured I'd end up at Walmart. But the wonderful person that answered not only said they had it, she even went to check to see if it was in stock and what the prices were! Saved me a trip as this store is just a few minutes from my work! I'm there all the time to pick up necessities and odds and ends. Wonderful service, well stocked, and very helpful staff. They just made my day today!
