Nick and Dennis were VERY helpful. Two cool dudes. A lot of good advice and helpful tips. Very nice selection of quality reels and rods. I bought a Berkley Glow stick fishing rod. It was so nice I bought one for my buddy. I found my shop nonetheless. I will certainly come back and would highly reccomend Mutt Jrs Bait Shop to anyone. Old or young. Experienced or New to fishing. Mutt Jr. (Nick) the shop's owner is very informative and really goes above and beyond to get you what you need or whatever your looking for . If what your looking for isnt in stock he'll get it ordered for you if the supplier sells it as far as gear and the flavors he has for bait are in house flavors that work wonders for Carp and Cats. Last Year I ordered a Penn Fierce 2 LL 8000 series off him and i love it ... I will be using both bait shops this year

I bought an Abu Garcia Catfish Special off Nick last year. Couldn't beat the price for the rod and reel combo, spooled up, and three free bags of some Oat Pack thrown in for good measure. This year I did some shopping around, but still couldn't beat his price for my second Catfish Special. He is also one of the rare shops in the area to sell Carp bait (He also sells live baits). It is definitely worth stopping by and checking out his prices if you are in the market for some new equipment or some bait.

$20 for dozen minnows.Dozen crawlers.Ridiculous!Tried his online order.Didn't do it right thru Email.Said I wasn't in system.How do I get Email from you?Oh.I'm in system on your register,not on your phone...don't Email me again.You will never see me or my friends.Bad business practices.Shadlure across the bridge,like I've done for years.👎

This past winter a bought some carp flavoring off of mutt jr's bait shop ....this past Saturday I went fishing at willies carp lake and let me tell you that the carp down here love that flavoring I caught a 25.4 and 19.6 and a bunch of little one...and that flavoring is best I have used...thanks mutt jr's bait shop
