Menu is 1/3 the size it used to be. A lot of the staples they had are gone. The service took forever when it wasn’t busy. Not to mention the portion size was extremely small on the same sundae I used to get all the time. Very disappointed.

54 years ago, I would come to Frosty Cone after my Little League games and the coach would buy the team ice cream cone. It has changed quite a bit since then, it’s larger with a larger menu, but the ice cream( custard actually) is just as creamy as I remember and tastes just as good!

I don't know what happened to this place used the love it because of their low sugar option. We were here almost once a week. We drove 40 minutes for this. Literally one of the only places that had a decent low sugar menu and not only did they not have low sugar they removed the whole menu. No way I'm the only one disappointed with this. And it's always the same excuses... money, no one buys it (which is impossible I know plenty that are not happy about this), new owners.... always trying to reinvent the wheel but being in the food industry there is always a way. You could get rid of the 2 page menu and go to a few flavors so me and my diabetic wife can at least come an enjoy a cone together. It's not here it's everywhere. Customer isn't right at all anymore it's about the dollar.

This place has the best soft serve in the area hands down. They flurry flavors are more than any other place I’ve seen.The girls than man the windows are so sweet and always so efficient. I always put money in the college fund jars. They definitely deserve it and how can you not!

Awesome, great place to have ice cream. I've been here so many times, and they have lots of unique ice cream like the dirt sundae with gummy worms. I really recommend.

Writing this after my first and only visit yesterday...When I think of a brownie sundae, Frosty Cone delivers. The brownie is perfectly warm, moist and fudgy. The ice cream is a perfect balance with the brownie since it isnt too sweet. I had mine with light fudge and no sprinkles. I will be coming here everytime I want a brownie sundae for now on. I think I'll get some more tonight 😋

Excellent choices and the staff are friendly and efficient!May 2021, stopped there again, and I just want to thank the owner for offering fat free, no sugar added frozen yogurt and no sugar added sundaes.Also notes some smoothies I may try. Again, the young ladies waiting on customers were pleasant and efficient!

Every week or so my husband stops at Frosty Cone on his way home. He loves their milkshakes, I like the hot fudge sundaes, and the dogs get their pup cups. They even put a milkbone on top of the pup cups. As soon as the pups see him get out of his truck with that paper bag, tails are wagging!

I love frosty cone.. that's all! They have everything from soft serve to frozen custard, sundaes, sugar free options. The cyclones are amazing!! Milkshakes are great and they DO NOT SKIMP on portions. I can't say enough about the service and staff. If you want some good old fashioned ice cream, this is the place for you!

Great ice cream and treats, it is a staple in our summer! The staff is great even though it's sometimes crowded and not many seats it is still worth it! It's like one of those old family places that aren't around so much anymore, makes me feel like a kid again, and my kids LOVE IT!

Great local ice cream shop. A perennial favorite! Lots of flavors and options, including sugar free and fat free too. Soft serve, hand dipped, frozen yogurt, even custard - you're bound to find something you'll like. I think they're even offering food options too now, but quite frankly I just go there for the ice cream!

The best of the best when it comes to ice cream! Very filling and big portions for a great price. There's a lot of options and options for people with food allergies and restrictions! I really recommend this place. Its a tradition of mine to go as soon as I can as soon as they open.

I LOVE this place. My entire extended family recommends it. They have THE BEST frozen custard. You seriously can't get custard like that anywhere else. I always get the largest cone. Everything's relatively inexpensive too, around $6 for the most expensive menu items. They even have pup cups that benefit an animal rescue!They take cash only, but there is an ATM right outside. There also may be a bit of a line during the busy summer months, but it is definitely worth the wait.

Our favorite ice cream shop with an amazingly wide variety. The proprietors are a friendly husband and wife team that recognize customers after a few stops.My wife has an unusual favorite milkshake, not on the menu, that they make for her if she asks.Great place, great people.

Stopped in for a cone/shake. First thing I noticed was a number of people outside enjoying ice cream.One couple had two dogs which were very friendly and quite interested in some ice creme from their owners. Come to find out this place sells 'Pup Cups' which is a small serving of vanilla ice cream with a dog biscuit on top. Too funny!Owners said they had already eaten their 'Pup Cups' but were begging for more.Super friendly young lady behind the counter with mesmerizing eyes. Very helpful and patient with a dull witted and overly tired guy like me. Thank you!

I've spent many summer nights coming to this place over the years. The classic ordering windows and the outdoor seating make it a no brainer on a warm summer night as a place to cool off and hang out with friends and family. The ice cream is delicious and quick.

So I'm evacuating for Hurricane Irma, come back to my hometown for some delicious ice cream that I've missed for years. I ordered the Apple Pie Sundae, that has the description, "a slice of apple pie, topped with a scoop of PUMPKIN ice cream, and hot caramel. You can get it with vanilla ice cream, but why would you?" I get my sundae and they gave me vanilla ice cream. I took one bite, realized the mistake, and kindly explained this to the window girl. I got the worst attitude from the owner, saying I didn't specify what ice cream I wanted and if I wanted pumpkin ice cream I need to buy another. UM, YOU GUYS messed up. Even after reading them their own sign several times, they insisted I was in the wrong with the worst attitude ever. Listen lady, I'm the one out $5, after I had to pull out cash with a surcharge at their ATM because they're too cheap to update their system to the year of 2017 where everyone owns cards. I really just wanted my ice cream made correctly, I really missed this place. But now it's ruined. This was not the Pittsburgh welcome we were expecting. I don't know why it was such a stink to remake my ice cream. I even gave back my one bite sundae. So disappointed.

Frosty cone is about a 25 minute ride from our house-- the trip is well worth the drive.1- they have custard . you know the kind that has a slight yellow tinge from the eggs-- YUM!!2- the service is friendly and quick3- tonight I tried the fresh peach sundae. Oh my!!!
