I have been with some terrible insurance agencies in the past, but Eric L. Ash Insurance is nothing like them! I cannot put into words how wonderful everyone is at the Eric L. Ash Insurance Agency! Rebecca was the first person I talked to when switching to the agency. Everyone is caring and professional. Heather helped me with my claims adjuster by personally calling when I couldn’t get in touch with him. Eric was there to make sure my questions were answered, even though it was Labor Day weekend! I was with a another insurance company for 23 years. My homeowners insurance company increased $300 so I asked my agent to look into it. I called 4 additional times and nothing so I shopped around. I called Eric Ash Agency for a quote. They took my information down. Within 24 hours I had a quote from them. There were many questions that I had. I called Rebecca 6 times to explain things to me so I understood. She was very kind and considerate. Now my new insurance company covers utility lines where I paid extra for it outside of my previous company so I saved $300 there and $111 from the other quote. My car insurance was $50 less. It pays to shop. You get both at this agency. . . .they also shop around for you to get the best quote from different companies. . . save time and money and get treated as if you are the only customer around. Also. . . .kindness goes along way.
