Usually really really good. This time, not so much. First, we were delayed in picking up because we were victims of theft out of state and had to stay to do police reports etc. , So the dogs stayed an extra 6 hours. Instead of pickup at 11am we got them at 5pm. We were charged an entire extra day because they don’t do “1/2” days. 6 hours is hardly a 1/2 day. Last time I checked, 1/2 a day is 12 hours so I could’ve left them there until the next morning for the same price instead of driving all night to pick up today. The bathing was $15 each for just the bath prior to today. Today was $24 for one and $30 for the other. That’s $54 and we were charged $59. Not to mention this was never relayed to us by any staff, and our dogs have been there before. So, all in all, I feel like we were ripped off at least $50 total. Charging me $40 instead of $20 for the “1/2” day and $29 more for the bathing then what it used to be without telling anyone. Not to mention her math was wrong it would’ve been $54 not $59. Not sure if we will be taking them here again.

I've been taking my dogs and cat here for years. They always take great care of them. Staff is super friendly and can accommodate any additional needs. They also offer walks, playtime, and swim time. Very reasonably priced. I will be using them again.

This place is great for your furry family member. They take great care of them from baths, nail trims, etc... A week vacation or just a weekend away, let them care for your pet. Great prices for great service.

We had such a great experience here! We have a very skittish pit bull mix who was kicked out of another kennel 15 minutes after she got there. Brizes knew exactly how to handle her personality without any problems at all! All the staff were so caring with her. Will definitely use again!

One star for reasonable pricing and one friendly young staff member, plus the fact that our dog came home safely and seemingly fine.Minus four stars for the fact that we had made our reservations weeks in advance, and when we dropped our dog off, they didn’t notify us the price-per-night had changed and even agreed to the price we saw weeks prior on the website! In the weeks between his stay and when we booked, apparently their prices had gone up. We got a cash discount, and so my husband brought the cash to pick-up that we all agreed to weeks prior AND at drop-off. He paid the remaining balance but came back in to the office a few minutes later when he remembered all of this was a fact and his memory was serving him right.My husband is a very mild-mannered guy, and he brought it up on principle that we should pay the price we agreed on when we made our reservation and when we dropped our dog off. He did not yell or act rude in the slightest. We only wanted the $30-$40 extra back, but the older man snatched the wad we had handed him previously out of the till and threw it across the counter at my husband. We would have settled for the extra bit of money back that he tried to milk out of us in hopes we wouldn’t confront him about, but a full refund was nice, even if thrown at us in a fit of rage!Even in the weeks prior to drop-off, I received attitude for things that were very basic questions about specific kennels, such as drop-off procedures, etc. Their cutesy sign the lobby says, “Dogs are welcome, people tolerated” but their attitudes and customer service skills say, “Dogs tolerated, customers do what we say and shut up.”Not that I’d return anyway, but when this is how they treat humans, how can I trust them with my dog who can’t speak for himself? No thank you.

We kenneled two dogs for the day while we enjoyed Kennywood. The staff was very friendly, the price was responsible and the location was on route from our campground to the park. We had planned to kennel another day but our plans changed. They said it wasn't a problem and canceled our reservations. I would highly recommend this kennel.

We boarded our dog there for a few days while we traveled on vacation. This facility was recommended by our neighbor who's boarded their dog prior. Booking over the phone was very easy and they were informational throughout the process. Not to mention reasonably priced compared to other facilities! They didn't ask the breed or size of the dog initially which was surprising at first and once we arrived on the property I understood because the space was the same regardless of the breed. They didn't place the dogs in an area based on their size. Our dog has boarded in a few other places in the pasted and in her return something seemed off, like the inconsistencies of the place effected her in some way. This time arriving home she was SO content and exhausted from playing she generally looked like she had a good time. Now dhe os ready to lay on the couch and catch up on some 💤

My puppy's first trip to a kennel & she did great! Was very calm & confident when I picked her up. Also had her groomed the last day & she looked "mahvalous!" Face especially well-groomed. Will definitely use again. Affordable price too!

Had our boxers there for the week and they seemed to have enjoyed their stay. They both got baths before we picked them up and smelled great. Have been using this kennel for years and would definitely recommend.

This place is wonderful and so accommodating! We had an extremely aggressive dog and we boarded him here multiple times! They took great care of him and by the end his board, he was ok with the staff, which is unlike my dog, which means they made him feel very comfortable and loved during his visit! Not only is the staff magnificent but they have cheap prices too!

We would never take our 3 dogs anywhere else. We have been coming here for decades. We have peace of mind knowing they are at Brizes and are being cared for and treated well. The kennel is roomy, very clean and in a beautiful country setting.I can honestly say our dogs, all 3 of them, are very excited to go. That says it all for me.Can't say enough about Jess and Deidre, they are truly in the right profession.Thank you Brizes!

I had used this kennel two times. The second time was a disaster. Mind you, I am partly to blame because I had a family emergency so I was running late. The gentlemen that I spoke with on the phone proceeded to yell at me that he’s running a business and now by me being late, I’m screwing over the next customer. Yes, that part was my fault. However, do not EVER speak to a customer like that. I haven’t been back for four years, and I have made sure to tell everyone I know about that experience. I was just talking about it today to someone and said hey, I don’t think I ever left a review for them. I found another boarder that are filled with very nice people and they take great care of my dog.

We've used 2 different kennels since we got our 2 havanese 4 years ago. The 1st they ended up infested with fleas! Since we've used Brizes we haven't had any problems. The girls that work there are sweethearts. You can tell they enjoy their jobs. I know my babies are well taken care of. They also allow us to put them in the same run which is so nice. They have it connected to the outside run so they can go out when they want to not wait until someone takes them. They truly are the best around!

I have used them in the past with great service!That is still the case today with the 2 dogs that we recently adopted.I just picked them up after a 4 day weekend and I could not have been happier with the service! I plan to use them when we go on vacation this summer for 2 weeks or so.I would definently recommend them to everyone!!

My dog came home with a skin infection and ear infection. When we picked him up, he wreaked of urine!! Apparently he urinated on his bedding and slept in it all week. They gave it back to us in a garbage bag and told us it might smell when we open it. Also, the hair on both of his "elbows" was completely gone. No idea what happened there! It was not a good experience for my dog or myself!

Brizes will board dogs with different behavior habits. We have one dog that is skiddish and has behavior issues and another one that is extremely friendly. They handle both dogs great!

Brizes Kennel is a cut above the rest. While in Hawaii and being so far away, our trip was stress free and relaxing knowing our baby Mayzi is in the absolute best hands. We got a FaceTime call from one of the workers on Christmas Day showing us all the toys and treats they got our girl. If you want to feel at ease on vacation or going out of town, Brizes Kennel is a top notch dog boarding. Thank you guys so much!

Deidre did an absolutely awesome job withtraining my dog Sydney! I never thought I would see the day that she responded to commands...but she has been so easily redirectable if she is doing something she should be and she walks on a leash perfectly! Thank you Deidre!

My mother loves them. Her dog is a show dog that is a Champion, so she is very particular about her Max (for short). She was injured and confined to bed. Her first priority was to get her baby to them. Because of her I am sending my terrier to them when I leave for vacation. She loves them.
