It was okay, nothing special. We got food as well as ice cream. Food was pretty good, didn't get dressing we asked for though. An older lady yelled at my friend for bringing my food to me. The sundae was smaller than expected- I'm still convinced we got a small instead of a medium. Cone was stale. There were weird specks throughout the chocolate ice cream. Weird.

Must be a new cook or something because I never had a problem with the food from here before. food is always amazing but not this time. Pizzaburger was mostly pink and uncooked and Italian stromboli was 90% cheese which was hard to chew and swallow. This place is normally a five star for sure.

I really wanted to like this place but I can’t because we waited over an hour for one pizza. I watched people that got way more food than us be served before us. This was on purpose because we didn’t tip. Will never go here again.The older lady who waited on us was so rude and disrespectful. When we finally did get our pizza it was soupy and undercooked. If i could give this place zero stars I would.

Edited to add. This place is amazing. I am eating the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had right now. I know gluten free at a restaurant is almost always a joke. I was a pizza cook for years. I love gluten, but it doesn’t love me anymore. I was craving pizza tonight and ordered the cauliflower crust with white sauce, tomatoes, bacon, and spinach. It’s so dang good. They are never stingy with the toppings either! Thanks again pizza man.Best pizza in the area. My favorite. Fries are meh but everything else is tasty.

This place is a hidden gem! Came here one day after driving by and they have the best ice cream in the area not to mention their grilled hot dogs with grilled buns. After coming a few times we noticed numerous people in the 30 min we were their coming to pick up pizzas they ordered so after seeing that we ordered one to go and dayummmmm it was sooooooooo good!!! Y’all really need to check this place out!!!

Great portions for the $$, got the Cauliflower pizza and regular pizza, both were really good. There is outside seating, so we're able to bring the dog. Table a little dirty/sticky from the previous patron, so I had to do a little cleaning up before we sat down. Will definitely go back again.

My family and I stopped for dinner and ice cream after playing all day at the park. I was so happy with our experience. The food was excellent! It is made fresh so there was a tiny bit which was totally understandable! I will recommend this place to anyone. The staff were friendly and they were working so hard to accommodate all of us. 👏🏻

This place is disgusting cat food bowl on the outside table with cat food canned cat food all over the place with a cat house right next to the patio the screen door wide open letting in bugs and cats to roam the kitchen the younger workers there are rude and nasty we use to go there ALLLLLLLLL the time and we will never go back along with a few companies that we work for that use to order lunches there terrible terrible place to go now good luck for anyone that goes terrible service always out of stuff they say they have and not clean by no means no gloves no hair nets not nothing

I finally decided to stop by today after many times passing this establishment. I regret wasting my time and money. The place is ran by a bunch of teens who act like they don't want to be there & the product is some overpriced ice milk. I got a small vanilla cone with crunch coating & artic swirls for my husband and son. We received ice milk with very little toppings...what a huge disappointment!

This was an absolutely wonderful experience with a special surprise. We stopped by there on the way back to that area for a Frozen treat. To our surprise they were having a backyard Drivin movie type set up. They provided picnic tables and free popcorn as we were able to watch on a large screen a movie that they had For all age viewing. This was the coolest thing I have ever seen at a nice green place.(pun intended)

Simply wow watched worker carry out garbage. Which no big deal but after returning inside neither 2 employees washed their hands and continued making ice cream cones. Mentioned it to their supervisor she claims they don't have to wash their hands to nasty.

Was doing some local Handyman's work for TEDWEN Remakes LLC (my business) in the area and stopped for dinner. Love the sign for impatient people "we are not fast food, we make each order as taken". Ice creme hit the spot, slush to wash down the 2 hour dogs. Plenty of stuff to choose.

We have gone here for many years and always enjoyed the food and ice cream. The last year or so the quality of the food and cleanliness has gone downhill. The food takes a lot longer to make, pizza is soggy, the kitchen is messy. There are cat houses and food and water bowls where customers can sit outside. There have been a lot of things added to the menu but maybe if they focused on a few items and did them well, the quality would improve.

We were there the other night and young girl who was working was not very nice and seemed to hate her job. Didn't say you're welcome when i said thank you until i shouted it. And seemed inconvenienced when i asked for another cup of dole because there was hair on it. Didn't apologize. I understand if you are having a bad day and hate life but you don't treat customers like that.... Also said the one machine was broken but it looked like the person after us got a typhoon or whatever it's called.

The people are nice. Owners are nice people. Food's pretty good. Workers at the front windows could be a little more present, pleasant and concerned about getting things right and studying the customer but, guess it's not really easy getting workers right now. Iconic place. Great view. Ought to be maximized, add on or reno the deck. Move the pop machine, move the shed, clean up the maintenance stuff laying around.

Driving past the other day and HAD to stop and get a cone. The smells coming from there were so enticing that I ALMOST bought something to eat. But I stuck to the soft serve ice cream. They offer pizza as well as subs, and it was the pizza I think that was smelling so good. The ice cream was delicious and normal soft serve. The service was extremely slow but it looked as though there was only one person doing it all. So that of course would explain it. The young lady that was waiting on everyone was just middle of the road. Not nice not mean, I guess just overly worked? She looked to be about 13 so Kudos to her for going after it, but a smile goes a long way when you’re dealing with the public.

Great place to eat. A little slow on the service but that's because it's some of the most phenomenal food you'll ever have. The cook made me a special order of bacon cheese fries and they were out of this world. Truly amazing cuisine and all homemade, so you really get that quality that you want when you pay for it. Would definitely recommend stopping by if you are in that direction. Seating is limited but the trip is for the food!!

Had Italian hoagie and a small pizza tonite. Absolutely delicious. Lots of meat on hoagie and real mushrooms on pizza with perfect crust. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Waited 53 minutes cold food workers taking out trash not washing hands and going straight to handing out food mentioned to lady in charge she said they don't have to wash their hands. In food service I thought you had to wash your hands rude when told my daughter isn't eating cold chicken and we want a refund and mentioned about hand washing will never go back

Update - Stopped by Sat, Sept 17, 2022 around 3pm with my wife and some friends for ice cream. It's hard to believe service could have got much worse then 3 yrs ago when I originally posted but it did. We waited at least 20 mins to get our ice cream. The whole staff seemed to be in disarray and in some cases, not know how to make certain specialties. To make things worse, the ice cream wasn't very good; at least, not what it has been in the past. I think I heard or read they may be under new ownership. Their ice cream used to be very good. Maybe, something is wrong with the machine. If it's a training or staffing issue, put up a sign saying such. For me though, two bad service experiences is enough. I won't be back anytime soon. Such a shame.I stopped here on a Saturday evening around 7pm in June 2019 for ice cream. They have a large selection and it is very good. The issue was the service. It wasn't that busy and I was only one customer back. It took about 10 minutes to be waited on. As I recall, the woman in front of me was ordering ice cream also. They had four people walking around inside but I don't know if they were assigned to the front window, came from the back or were new. I hope the service improves because the ice cream is very good but I'm not waiting that long when I'm only one customer back. I'd say give it a try if your driving by and it you hit a slow time.

A true treasure in beautiful Eighty Four PA!! The BEST fresh banana shakes anywhere!! Fresh homemade apple dumplings are to die for!! The VERY best ice cream flavors with their own twist!! Amazing owners and a happy staff to complete a great experience everytime you visit!

This place is not your average ice cream stop it has great scenery and it's a couple minutes away from Mingo Park. They also have lunch specials and so much more food than the average ice cream store shop. With seats outside or you can wait in your car for your order. Ice cream is tasty, food is good try their shrimp, and alfredo pizza was really good. We had a big order and the staff made it quick and the food taste great.
