Great menu selection of all sorts of items..ice creams in particular. The vanilla soft serve ice cream is very smooth and tastes great. The service was fast, even for the warm evening with a line it was smooth. The two who helped us were polite and friendly. They have a nice outdoor seating area and an area for kids to play next to it.

I was really hoping this would’ve been better but it isn’t a place we’ll be going to again. Despite the sweet customer service, the ice cream was not flavorful (plus my waffle cone tasted stale) and the pretzel was very obviously heated from frozen in the microwave.

I got the cappuccino milkshake, it was really good. The girl who served us was great. Very polite and took the time to answer any questions we had about menu items. My wife and daughter both got a few different flavors of ice cream and said it was great.

I had a waffle cone with maple walnut. As good as it gets. I was the only person in line so I can’t speak to the service when it’s busy. For those complaining about the price you need to look at the prices at other shops with similar quality, there is nothing out of line with the prices here.

Best ice cream ever. My absolute favorite is their banana split, it's so big you probably won't be able to eat the whole thing. The milkshakes are so good and you can get one in any flavor they have. I can't pick a favorite flavor because they are all so good. There's food also which is really good. They even have a pup cup for your dog. There's a cute little boat with swings for the kids to play on. And the prices are so affordable. Definitely a go to place for great ice cream. It's my favorite ice cream place ever.

The employees were incredibly nice and the ice cream was AMAZING. so many different flavors to choose from, and tons of food to boot. the seating is outdoors, and its a large shelterhouse with picnic tables. they also have a nearby playground for the kids. overall it was a fantastic experience, i cant WAIT to go again!!!!

I absolutely love this place. Came all the way over there from New York! I love jimmy, he’s great. The waffle cones are extremely fresh & jimmy accommodated All me & my sisters needs when it came to the things we wanted. I love it & RECOMMEND IT ALWAYS! The chilli cheese dog was GREAT & my reeces arctic swirl was everything. Come on down , you will not be disappointed. I also had the birthday cake milkshake… amazing !

Best icecream been going here for years. If I could give 100 stars I would I’ve been all over. There is no better place to have sandwich fries. They have a great menu and great snacks and superb ice cream then Jimmy’s hilltop route 209. Great people friendly atmosphere. Seating indoors and outdoors available.

My first experience at Jimmy’s was exceptional, the food and ice cream were great!! Even got a dog biscuit in my puppy’s ice cream!! However things changed on our next two visits! On both occasions I ordered a sundae!! To call what I received a sundae is beyond disgusting! My sundae consisted of black raspberry ice cream a dollop of whipped cream and a cherry!! Umm sorry buddy but that’s not a sundae! On the next visit my boyfriend ordered a hot fudge sundae which we’re pretty sure they forgot the hot fudge as there was barely any hot fudge (again) to pay over $5 for a sundae and not get a sundae is insane! Maybe it was the fact that the employees weren’t trained on exactly how to make a sundae if that’s the case May I suggest some training!!! Cmon Jimmy you can do better!!! We won’t be going back guess ifI want an actual sundae I’ll have to drive 15 minutes and go to Big Star

Great ice cream at very reasonable price and good portion size friendly owner and staff. Always hire the local girls. Gives them a job and a good wage. A must place to go if you like ice cream. A good selection of soft serve flavors. Not the vanilla and and flavors like some places.

The best grilled cheese I’ve ever had! French fries were nice and crispy. Cheesesteaks needed more cheese, but were delicious. We didn’t have room for ice cream after our meals, next time we will get ice cream first :)

Everything they have is delicious and the portions are huge. I honestly order a kid's size cup because even the small is too much for me. So much better than any other ice cream in the area. The staff is always friendly and never rush you.

I always go for there funnel cakes in i never had problems but this time my funnel cake was burned and i can tell they wasn't really watching it.. i like mines soft and chewy overall this is handsdown the best place for dessert 🍨 😋 in its always packed full of people better then ritas.. I will be returning until summer over

Great ice cream and a ton of flavors. Good selection of toppings, sundaes, milkshakes, etc. They also have food too. Sit out on the picnic benches under the covering and enjoy. Always clean. Staff is friendly. Prices are good.
