I got everything bagel bites that were frozen in the middle. I also ordered a large berry sparked energy and I asked for light ice like I do at any other Dunkin’ and they said we don’t do that. Okay that’s fine. Then when I pulled around to pay, the lady rudely ask “do you want your change” nothing like saying do you want to tip me. Over all a bad experience. I will not be stopping her again. The effort Dunkin’ needs new employees.

I don't understand how an establishment can charge two or $3 for a cup of coffee and the coffee is ice cold when you order a hot coffee and stale. How is this even possible that this would be acceptable for any company to actually give this to a customer and feel like it's okay? This place constantly makes mistakes with the orders. Even after the remodel. They still don't know what they're doing. You should avoid this place at all costs and go to a local coffee establishment, make it at home or go somewhere else because the level of competency within the establishment is terrible.This is not geared to the employees either , the owner of the franchise. If you have systems and processes in place, this would not have happened. Coffee and items are increasing in price, but level of quality of going down. Dunkin Donuts is the worse

They need to pick up speed. and stop making drinks for their friends first, who show up. The line is too long. I saw employee make 4 drinks for their friends, who were 2 cars behind me.

Wow, worst dunkin! Got everything wrong. 1st gave me the wrong order. 2nd gave wrong order again. 3rd can't count a 25 munkin order only gave 16 and then got upset when I told them they counted wrong. Didn't give a straw with husband's frozen coffee. Food was not edible. Frozen frozen was only half blended and tasted horrible. Wow, just wow. They really need to train employees better. Oh and each time they gave us the wrong food they had us give it back so they could use it for the next orders. We touched the food and then they didn't care about giving it to another person. So disgusting

In the past I was a everyday customer sometimes multiple times a day but lately the morning crew has been chasing me away more and more. Last month I went to get breakfast for my kids cheese was not melted eggs still cold. Fast forward to the passed Two days that I've tried getting breakfast before taking the kids to school I walked inside to order as I never know what donuts bagels or muffins that are in shock sign by register states if your paying cash we will be glad to help you at register if paying with card please recommend to use kiosk I was told by a employee who seen me and my children standing there we had to use the kiosk even tho I didn't have my card I ask to be rang up I was told to hold on lady never came back. Today we try it again as we are standing there not one employee came to the front there was only one other person in the lobby and atm 5 cars in drive through had multiple employees look at us and not one said ill be right there they turnt they heads walked away I was then told use the kiosk stated I couldn't because I was waiting on new card I have cash only and they walked away saying your gonna have to wait. Needless to say my kids once again was upset and we went across the street who never let's us down. If you end up going to this dunkin go during the later shift because morning shift SUCKS.

By far, the worst Dunkin I've ever been to (and I've tried this one multiple times). The coffee is never that great, they are always out of at least one thing. There has never been a morning I have gone through the drive thru and waited less than 20 minutes in line. All together horrible experiences. Save yourself a headache and keep driving!

They are very slow in the drive thru. I ordered a LG hot coffee with carmel. Got a cup that leaked all over the car, then they got me another cup but gave me someone else's order of a LG with sugar & milk. I can not drink milk!!! Very disappointed

Even though the selection of donuts and muffins was not the best, however, I can see the potential of this store. My wife and I are not coffee drinkers, but we love our sweet treats. The prices are little high to indulge our sweet tooth, but every once in a while doesn't hurt. The most expensive of our treats was our drinks; strawberry passion fruit drink, over $7 for both, and that was a medium. Almost worth every penny.

Your staff doesn’t care how the customer is treated . Employee fight had broken out in the store over me coming back in to get the order that I had asked for . One black gentleman tried to help while the manager yelled at him to not get involved . This is by far the worst Dunkin that I have ever been to. Get a staff that cares about your customers . For customers go out of your way and spend your money somewhere else … this place is not worth my money and I live around the corner . I will drive out of my way from now on . I am in sales and I would fire this staff if they ruined my business like this !! They have an attitude like you owe them .

LOL "Effort Pa." The bar is low- but this was one of my worst dunkin experiences- employees put in NO effort. Order took over a half hour, with some particularly bad moments. I'm not the person to want to complain, but I hope this makes someone else feel better.I went with my cousin and sister. First, when I received a medium sized coffee instead of the large I ordered, they rudely said, "well it's in a medium cup " and did not fix the order.Next, we were waiting on some cream donuts. Instead of telling us that they were sold out of those donuts, they said nothing for over 20 minutes and gave us nothing when they eventually put a bag out (without letting us know our order was ready). When we asked about it and were told that they were sold out, they offered no substitutions. We had to pull teeth to finally get a substitution, but for whatever reason they kept insisting on giving us boston cream only after we said no to that.To make matters worse, multiple other people ordered cream donuts as well and were also waiting on orders. The people heard us ask about the donuts and also tried to ask for help from the workers as well. The one worker had no sympathy whatsoever.Again, just never dealt with so much rudeness in such a brief period of time. Disappointing.

I literally go to this location everyday sometimes twice a day. Recently the new drive through attendant has been nasty. Today I went before my sons game to grab coffees and unfortunately she was the drive through attendant yet again. She asked me what I would like and I told her I just needed a min her reply was yup. Then when I decided to order the 4 drinks in between each drink I got a yup again instead of asking me if I would like anything else (like the others do) this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue with her. The other drive through attendants are amazing and very friendly but the new one has literally turned me away. I won’t be coming back instead I’ll go to a different location .

This is the best Duncan in the area. Everyone is super friendly, nice, polite and professional. I come through with my dog almost everyday and they always make sure she's treated as the VIP. My orders are always correct and I'm never missing an item. Although the lines are always long it's definitely worth the wait.

First time I’ve stopped here and probably my last. The drive thru is a hazard and should be changed especially with the push to be less contact. Because of the drive thru we parked and I went in. Once I got in I was asked cash or card and told to use a kiosk. Only one was working and both were closer together than my contact with cashier. Once I ordered my order wasn’t called out just left there to sit. Seemed that the plentiful staff was more concerned with singing hit me baby one more time. My prediction is your staff is under utilized and overall logistics of store should be considered for update.

I normally go here and they are fast and friendly. However, on my last trip, I asked for a customized drink and was told they could do it. I noticed after I left the drive thru that she had lied to me. Not impressed, it would have been better to just tell me that my request would not be able to be fulfilled!
