This pharmacy has gone down hill entirely. They are not helpful, they don’t communicate clearly, and have very poor attitudes. I am officially switching to rite aid.

Very poor customer service. Watch out for bald head glasses overweight guy and doofy clueless kid both in blue scrub uniforms. Had to describe them because unsure of their names but you'll know if you see them. Dismissive, shut the gate on us before we even left to help us, very rude on the phone toward the end of the phone call then hung up on us abruptly. When prescriptions were ready, when we walked to the register, they deliberately walked away just to not help us. Another third associate had to assist us. done with this CVS. Going to Rite Aid from now on.

Locations customer service has been non existent in the last 6 months every script filled is an issue and when you call good luck trying to get help you are met with attitude and rudeness You have to push them to do their job Been a customer for 6 years and I am so fed up I am considering moving my scripts to another pharmacy
