This Dollar Tree is amazing! It is always clean, and stocked with so much stuff! Some Dollar Trees have a limited selection, but this one is extensive! I took my one friend to a Dollar Tree for the first time, and they were happily surprised with it! I highly recommend visiting this store!

The most tidy and clean dollar tree I have ever seen! The cashier was also very nice and respectful. The workers were asking if I needed any help the entire time i was there!

I was treated very very very badly by a snotty manager. It was 940 am on a Friday morning, I spent 11$ and only had a $50 bill... the manager treated my like garbage, saying this is the "Dollar Tree, not a bank.".... I was appalled. I bought their products with cash. I don't see what the problem was. Then when trying to lodge a complaint on the phone to corporate not just once but 3x I was on hold each time for more than 19 minutes. Never ever again will I shop here.

I am appalled by the behavior of the woman who was working yesterday during the day, possibly the manager. (November 1, 2018). My dad is disabled and has a handicapped license plate, as well as a card in his wallet. He parked in the handicapped spot and started to head into the store. The woman came out and demanded he move to another spot because he didn't have a placard on the mirror. My dad explained that he doesn't need a placard since he has the license plate and also showed her the card he carries in his wallet. Instead of apologizing, the manager refused to back down and continued to verbally attack my dad. He just wanted to go in and buy batteries. Instead, he was attacked and humiliated. He turned around and left without even entering the store. This is such shameful and insensitive behavior on behalf of this manager. I am a teacher and always enjoy buying items for my classroom here. I will no longer be shopping here as long as this woman is employed there.

In 2017 I applied for an assistant manager position with Dollar Tree and was contacted immediately to set up an interview. During this interview I was informed that there would be a new Dollar Tree location opening in Edinboro and that I was in fact being interviewed as the Store Manager. I was hired on the spot to run the new Dollar Tree location as the Store Manager. I felt the training was O.K. but did not prepare me enough for the day-to-day demands and issues I encountered daily at the Edinboro, PA location. There were numerous issues with doors and locks, alarm security issues, and pests entering the building. These pests included bees which me and many customers alike are allergic too.For 3 years I struggled with roof leaks, and I was eventually told needs a total roof replacement. If you continue to shop at this location, please be aware as Dollar Tree has continued to ignore the roof leak issue.I battled the property owner with the location of the dumpsters and struggled in the middle of winter to drag 500 cases of empty boxes across a frozen parking lot because DT would not do anything to keep the dumpsters in their main location that was more accessible to myself and my staff.I fought for my management and cashiers to be able to earn a livable wage above $7.25 an hour! Dollar Tree is a multi-billion-dollar company and still paying minimum wages when McDs across the street starts at $10.00 an hour! I lost many cashiers due to them not being able to make a living to support themselves!Dollar Tree hired me on a “salary” that was barely livable. The company claims a 45 hour work-week for their “salaried” managers on their Compass scheduling program, but in all reality works store managers more than 60 hours a week! No over time. Since salaried managers do not punch in and out, Dollar Tree gets around the 45 hour work week by forcing “Store Managers” to cover any call offs, work 5 am and over night shifts, and “help” prepare at other stores for inventory. They expect you to travel and there is no compensation for gas or mileage.I went above and beyond my job description and wore myself thin to the bone to make sure that the new Dollar Tree in Edinboro would be successful this time, as the previous location in Edinboro was not.I would hear EVERY DAY how clean and organized my store was and that it offered a different type of atmosphere than any other Dollar Tree customers had been to before. The hard work I put into Dollar Tree Edinboro, the arthritis I have formed in my hands and knees from extensive bending, kneeling, and lifting meant absolutely nothing to the company after 3 years. When I finally reached the point of being able to move away from “home” and purchase a house of my own after working as a Store Manager for three years, Dollar Tree told me I was only worth a PT cashier position, revoked of my FT benefits and 80 hours of sick time I had saved up. I had to fight more than 3X in written communication to be able to use my EARNED PTO to move from PA to MI.DT told me there were no mgmt positions, while I simultaneously applied for 1 SM position and 5 ASM positions on the company computer in the company office on the company website.I was hired on the spot to run a brand new DT and DT stole every sense of pride and hard work I put into that store for 3 years. I am writing this review for all my LOYAL CUSTOMERS who are wondering what happened to the store? I know the community has noticed the difference, as I am still receiving texts and calls about the new condition of Dollar Tree Edinboro. The community deserves to know how I was treated and exploited and this isn’t just happening at Dollar Tree. Dollar Tree owns Family Dollar and Family Dollar was found guilty in the court of law for under-paying female workers.I hope that the new store manager can upkeep the cleanliness and fullness that I always portrayed in my store because Edinboro deserves better than your typical “Dollar Tree” and that is what it has become without me managing it anymore.

I had friendly cashier service, after paying for my items she also offered to open the door because I use a walker. It makes my day knowing that there is young adults that actually care about others instead of being in a hurry to get back to their smartphones. . .

Small store. The manager should go back to management training. Never ever should you reprimand an employee on the sales floor.
