Nice clean store. We are fully vaccinated and so we've been enjoying being about to go without masks. Giant Eagle has released that they will be allowing fully vaccinated to go without masks... On Monday. They didn't give us any problems about not wearing them... The Saturday before. Thank you!

This is a great Giant Eagle! Their produce is always super fresh and offer the best selection in the area. The store is very large but somehow they manage to keep the floors and everything else very clean, which I notice a lot of other grocery stores don't seem to take as a priority anymore. Plus with fuel perks and a get go in the same parking lot you really can't lose.

I stopped here randomly to see if they had a certain soda that I tried 5 other places for and they had it!! It was vanilla coke zero, it was even on sale I bought the last 2 cases, perfect addition for what I bought it for...my spiced rum😂☕

Was very disappointed. I asked if turkeys would be going on sale. They said they had no idea. In the meantime the sale ads were at the store and in the mail. I went to another store and bought a very large turkey. Thank your team for me.

Great store! I am so glad that I can trust this Giant Eagle location to enforce their mask policy and make my shopping experience safe. I don't go into stores much right now because of Covid, but when I need something, I always go here because I can count on feeling safe during my shopping trip.

more like the Dirty Eagle at least that's what I call it not only are the prices for expansive than the prices at Walmart. This place needs some serious maintenance and cleaning. Not impressed even the newly built Aldi's down the road seems to be of better quality.

This store is clean and uncluttered. The pharmacy staff is superior, quick, accurate and very helpful. The service desk staff is great and the cashiers are also friendly and efficient.

I had no idea that they close at 8 at 7:30 lunch meat wasn't available, pharmacy also closed, I don't back in my Day, the customer, a Sale was some cash and a good thing,Today everyone wants big dollars, they don't want to work, and slicing lunch isn't like Digging a ditch

Nothing like being hounded about wearing a mask from the employees when you're just trying to get in and out of the store with two cranky toddlers. You can go anywhere else and not have that hassle.Won't be coming back here.

Store is great but the pharmacy and pharmacist are very rude. I tried to get my medication filled and the lady said you have to be elergic to the other form of this medication to get this medication. I said i am and i will call my doctor and have him conform it. She said idc pretty much repeated you have to be elergic again then walked away ridiculous.

The customer service we experienced last week at the Giant Eagle in Ebensburg, PA was the worst experience I have ever received at a grocery store. Not only did the shift manger attempt to physically intimidate me but purposely misidentified himself as the Store Manager while continuing to be rude and unprofessional. When we attempted to speak to the real store manager the next morning, we received basically the same treatment. When we spoke to corporate, they apologized but said any franchise owner could do whatever they wanted. It is hard to believe a corporation this size would allow franchises to do whatever they like, not have to follow any corporate policies and treat customers however they wish. Not only has Giant Eagle lost our own business but the company we work for as well. Thank goodness for Walmart down the street who we went to after this experience and who went above and beyond to take care of us.

I'm not from these here parts where this giant eagle is located. I was able to shop, get my groceries bagged and didn't have to provide my own grocery containers (bags/sacks). it was awesome!

I've never been to this Giant Eagle before, but it was fast getting in and out when getting a prescription ordered there. Good service as well and the staff were kind.

You say masks are required. It is my right how I choose to take care of myself not Giant Eagles not the governor's. As long as you tried to help take my rights away I will no longer shop in any Giant Eagle store.

I love going to Eagle. They always having great sales and the rewards program is nice. I love getting the rotisserie chix form the Westmont Eagle. So tender and flavorful. Always cooked to perfection. Great to get when in a hurry or different for dinner. I cut the chix into pieces then make a can of cream chix soup and add chix to soup then either make toast or waffles or biscuts then por soup &chix over it and Yum Yum. Try it you wi) love it. Quick and easy and delisious.
