The Reptile Depot has become my go to destination for reptiles. The store has everything you could possibly need and more. The animals are all very healthy and well cared for. Pat the owner has a wealth of knowledge and is a great resource for information. I first walked in new to the hobby with no experience and he has helped guide me every step of the way. He has excellent customer service and is extremely patient. I can tell how much he loves what he does and wants to make sure customers get everything they need to be successful in the hobby. He is very honest in his opinions and I appreciate this as my experience is minimal and his advice has been well received. His staff is also great. Miguel who is there on the weekends is really helpful with anything you need. The prices are hard to beat as well. If you’re in the area definitely check them out. It will be worth it.

This place is amazing! The reptile and amphibian selection is great. Miguel, who works weekends there, is very helpful and knowledgeable. Even when I leave with no new animals or supplies, it’s nice to go and just look around and talk to someone who cares and knows so much about they animals. Would definitely recommend if you’re thinking about getting something new or need supplies!!!

Great reptile shop. They sell all types of Snakes, Chameleons, frogs, turtles, and geckos. Food: (rats of various sizes) ( crickets roaches and horned worms) supplies and supplements. Variety of tanks, enclosures, and live plants. They are cheaper than larger retailers, too. Love this place!

3/2/24. Today was my first time there. I love the place. Even more so love the custom service that was given. He greeted us at the door. He did mention his name, but I forgot. He was extremely polite. And was knowledgeable on the question I ask about the snake. I definitely recommend this pet store. So clean and organized.

Great store! I used to make weekly visits to their Whitehall location but this new one is closer to home. Like their original store, they have pretty much everything you need to raise happy, healthy reptiles...including the REPTILES themselves. Very knowledgeable, helpful and full of good info. My kid lives shopping there with me! Highly recommend! FIVE STARS.

Had no idea what I was doing when it came to reptiles. I've had an interest in ball Pythons and Pat ran me through the basics and showed me around the store while educating me. Genuinely a 5 out of 5 experience, Totally recommend!

First trip to this reptile store today, I left very impressed and looking forward to my next visit. Today's trip was about information and what we needed to build out a larger tank. Miguel was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire visit as he answered our questions about general care and of course various items we needed to get fully setup. Would highly recommend anyone to give this shop a chance!

It’s a very nice store little smaller then other one. But the animals here are so beautiful. And there always clean. Owner is very knowledgeable and kind. Have feeders here too.

I recently visited this store to purchase a UV bulb for our bearded dragon. Please know that we are not newbies at caring, both conscientiously and educationally for bearded dragons… Have been doing so for many many years, 30 to be exact! Probably many more years than the owner of this shop, who after a few days with receipt and neatly packaged UV damaged bulb in hand to return it at this location was flatly refused. The owner’s reason was as poor as his bad business ethics!He stated he sells them cheaper than the pet stores, and therefore has new room to accept returns ??! The bulb was first so defective that it had to be lowered too low to work, so of course, that is when I brought it back, and then immediately when I came home upon not receiving compensation for the damaged bulb… It did blow out! The owner also stated that I should go back to the manufacturer which is Repti-zoo. I did so with all the facts that I mentioned here and the manufacturer sent me back to the local store. I might add to add insult to injury, the owner asked me to send him pictures of the set up just trying to make excuses for his bad business practices, I did that via Facebook… But to no resolve. Also, I might add that I was informed by one of the employees there when I went to purchase the bulb… That this owner is opening another store in this area and already has one or two… When I was in there there were two baby lizards in the same enclosed aquarium with an exotic chameleon. The chameleon was so stressed and sad. He wouldn’t come out of his water bowl, and the two baby lizards were also stressed and at the top of the cage and wouldn’t come down… All because they had nowhere to put them… Per the employee… While waiting for someone to come in and purchase the chameleon who never showed up! It was painfully obvious to me that there were too many reptiles in there, unaccounted for, not enough space, not enough good care to accommodate for the situation, and it looks like he’s very corporate minded and getting greedy with opening more shops when he can’t handle what he has. I will say that the face and first look is good because they are very kind. Especially the worker in there. He is overly kind and really tries to be helpful and seems to know a little bit about the reptiles, but that is not enough when you are in business… If you can’t handle what you have for these already caged animals that should not be here and aren’t here by choice, then don’t open another store! Don’t be fooled by the kindness bad business practices says a lot! Fortunately, I will be able to get my money back for this defective bulb through my bank… Thankfully, I got a representative who also loves Beardy and has a few of her own, and was really annoyed with the facts of the story… I will be compensated quickly through my bank… Buyers beware!

They sold me a sick chameleon then tried to claim that it wasn’t sick. It died less than a week after taking it home and they weren’t able to replace it or issue a refund. Better off going to Petco.Edit 3/19/24I went and bought a new chameleon from petco shortly after the one died that was sold to me from the reptile depot. This chameleon from petco is doing fantastic in the same exact set up as the other one. The one from the reptile depot was clearly sick and died within the 7 days and they still couldnt refund or replace. The PETCO in Easton has much healthier looking chameleons and they have a return policy of 30 days for reptiles, unlike the reptile depot who wont even help you even if something happens within their 7 day period. The owner can say that that my review is “100% false” but the chameleon he sold me was 100% sick and dying before i even brought it home. Id just shop at your own risk.
