Delivered a load here 2/28/24. Checked in first thing in the morning, was assigned a door about fifteen minutes later, backed in, unloaded and on the road in less than an hour. Very friendly and professional people, ample room to back in.I love deliveries like this !

These people discriminate on small owned business ,if you are a small business be prepared to be put through the ringer with a million questions and photos to prove you are worthy of becoming a customer. The WORST experience I have had as a business owner to date. Horrible Service from beginning to end. They gave me the run around, made me apply 4 times only to ask me to prove I want to sell animal related products...?

You better know how to read minds. It will be expected here. Park on left when you arrive, walk to double doors and push them open like you own the place. You'll get a door assigned. When they are done unloading you,(green light) walk back to office. Why nobody has previously mentioned directions is beyond me. They don't have anything posted here outside. So again, it's expected you know exactly what the standard operating procedures are for this business. Amongst the 1000 others that we deliver to. Staff isn't bad if you can actually find one. Good luck

Tight parking lot to turn around in. Really professional staff checking you in and out. They were not racing on and off the trailer. Very respectful of my equipment. Left my trailer clean. Appointment was for 9 AM, they had me in a door at 4:30 AM and empty by 5 AM. Their boss is getting their money's worth. Good Job and thank you!

They were previously informed my store is e-commerce and I was still able to get approved for an account. All of a sudden I’m told they can’t service me anymore AFTER they did a delivery. Had they been detail oriented, this altogether would’ve been avoided, waste of time and service.

My Delivery Appt was 9amI arrived last night and parked 5 miles away.It’s 11:16am and I’m still in the dock door.They started unloading my truck then quit, I went in and asked why.They went to lunch.I have a 2 pickup in New Jersey that needs to be picked up by 1pm and I’m still sitting in the dock with nothing happening.This guy in the office tells me it will be ok.What!!

Stay away... Not organized at all. No where to park first of all to wait for them to call you to be loaded. Then you sit for the entire shift to get on the dock to be loaded. I mean come on now it shouldn't take that long to get rolling. Rolling is how I make my money. The people there are nice though, that's the only way they get 1 star.😡😷😡

Have been using Phillips for about two years as a pet food supplier for my small business. In that time I have put up with surprise charges on my invoices, misinformation from their customer service team, receiving damaged products and much more. I closed my account today along with my final payment but that payment was charged twice after I was assured it would not be. They received my check by mail the same day that they demanded payment over the phone and said they had not received my check. I called and stopped payment on said check but it has already been cashed. Since this is 2021 and we just made it through a pandemic this double charge pushed my bank account into the negative which will mean overdraft charges and they can not get me my refund until the next of next week. I received no apology and no compensation. As a small business, I have had a great experience with Frontier Distributing.

Had a del that was not set for an appointment. Ppl were great got me right in and unloaded in less than 30min. No overnight parking a few spots to park for just a few hours. Hotel the view inn has about 10 spots in it but ya gotta stay.

Was delivering here 3 month ago, unloaded in less than hour.Today was picking up load here. Everything went smooth, got loaded in less than 2 hours.The lady in a shipping office was super nice and caring! She called me on my phone once they were ready to load me and once loaded.Got extra couple hours for a nap, no stress to miss green light once loaded and absolutely positive experience!Thank you!

Literally, one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. Comparable to cell phone or cable companies. I wish there was a negative star rating. Orders don't show up and I have to call for explanation, talk to several different people, and they take forever to credit your account, if at all. Still waiting on $100s in credit for a rock order that never showed up. Tanks show up broken all the time. Ordered 100 packs of frozen food, no show and had to call and find out they don't deliver frozen food to my area. Thanks for the heads up! I am currently looking for a new supplier. Anything to avoid ordering from them. Also, they are going through some type of merger, so none of my order information shows up correctly.... ever. Online or when I call in.

I currently use Phillips as one of my pet suppliers only because they are the only one in my area who has some of the brands of food I need for my store. First off the drivers and people in their call center are great. The company though... not so great. They’re constantly changing item numbers or just stop carrying certain items at all. They have introduced a new website called Pet Flow, which they claim is there to help you but is really only there so Phillips can compete with your store. They’ve also delayed my shipments before, which can be understandable. However, they then sent it through common carrier which arrived two days late. They were very cavalier about delaying it when I need the products to literally stock my store and they provided no information when the shipment got delayed further. Also I don’t want to speak for all their reps, but my rep exists solely to sell you things you don’t need or push Petflow until it drives you crazy. Anyway if you can get the things they offer elsewhere, definitely go elsewhere to save yourself some headaches and the prices will probably be lower elsewhere anyway.

Appointment at 10am got there before 8am right to a door and I was out before my appointment time. Nice efficient place n the guys at the office seemed ok to me, nice place to deliver. Others should learn from them on how it's done. Ty guys

Been a customer with this place for 4 years. They have horrible sales reps that never call or answer phones. There shipping is a nightmare. I've been waiting on a order for close to a month with no workers being able to tell me where it's at or if it's even gonna show up. You've lost my business and I will never refer you to anyone. This place is a shame.....

I had put in a order for my store on the day it was suppose to be in. The next day our order did not come so i called the main office and they stated that i was 20 minutes late so they did not ship it. I never received a phone call from the distributor letting me know that my order was late. I spoke with a Mr. Branner (name could be spelled differently) and he stated that he could not help me and seemed like he didnt care about my situation. I advised him that i have a puppy program through health extensions and i need the food for the puppies i sell. Again Mr. Branner seemed like he didnt care. I have gone to many Global Pet shows and have spoken to many vendors about Phillips. Many have stated that they are not a good choice to use because one, they do not keep things in stock, two they do not back order, and finally they just don't care. The bottom line is more important than helping. All i asked was for a phone call to tell me my order was late but in the past i have ordered many times past noon. The funny thing is if my order was a minute late they refuse to ship it to you on your date. So i left my number for a supervisor of Mr. Branner to call which probably will never happen.

TERRIBLE customer service. Their app is worthless, orders placed get discarded without warning, their employees like to scream at you and can't seem to remember previous dealings (with the same person). Their communication is nonexistent. Had originally started out using Pet Food LTD, they were great. Then Phillips bought them out and everything went down hill. Every single order has been messed up in some way, and they DO NOT care or help; nothing is their fault (even when it absolutely is).
