She's really great I would like to request her. Every time I bring the dogs in she discovered that in my Briella likes buffing of the nails which is something I never knew she never let me buff them before they Look so much better and feel so much better I also brought her in for her anal glands and they were honest with me and told me that they didn't need to be done on honesty goes a long way with me good job my dogs aren't scared at all good environment 💪

I recently brought my dog in to be groomed. I have been bringing him to the same store for nine years since he was a puppy. My dog is getting older and he has a joint in his left rear leg that causes him to occasionally pick up his left rear leg. I always bring his paperwork from the vet explaining his condition. I was turned away without much explanation and was treated very rudely. So much for being a loyal client. The new manager never came to explain why. I.i am very disappointed in my experience and will never step foot in the store again.

I like your grooming salon because it has the lift. It makes it so much easier. At another Petco, the girl dropped her trying to pick her up to get her on the table so now she is nervous when going into a grooming salon. Your technicians are friendly and get my dog's confidence before starting to work on her nails.

I have been taking both of my dogs here for over a year. The grooming staff has always been professional and my dogs are always happy to go here. They leave looking great and smelling wonderful. I would take my cat here if they offered cat grooming services.

I booked an appointment for my "Yorkie Tea cup" to be groomed. I explained to them that my dog is very hyper (extremely hyper).They said everything will be fine. Today I dropped my dog off, they called me 15 minutes later saying no service can be completed. Very disappointed!!!!! Team members were very nice. And the manager was not helpful. She seemed to not really care.

Rachel did a fantastic job at grooming Willow, she looked beautiful when she was done. Rachael was very friendly and made appropriate suggestions on things that needed to be done she was not pushy and listened to what I had to say. Willow was done when promised and was happy. Service was efficient. Especially pleased with the personal touch the groomer provided to our dogs. Specifically, the dogs were kept in a calm state while their nails were being clipped. Usually, it is a challenge.

Every time I use PetCo Grooming on 25th Street I am so impressed. My dogs come out smelling and looking beautiful but more than that every single person on staff in the grooming unit has been outstanding. They make me and my dogs feel special

Terrible service the store manager was rude and disrespectful. Yelled at me several times and forced me to buy stuff I didn’t need after I explained to her Several times I have guinea pigs at him I know how to care for them. She didn’t treat the guinea pig I got carefully and threw my baby into a box.
