It’s Mikey, this year was the best year because of you guys. You have helped me so much mentally and physically. You help me feel welcomed and appreciated. Working for you guys this year was amazing and so worth every bump I faced. I thank everyone. Chris is so amazing and an amazing boss. April is very helpful on staying on track with priorities and tasks while still making it fun and positive. Shell is so caring and great at what she does. Every worker is amazing and so welcoming to others even people that don’t really want to listen. I met my best friend at Pet Supplies Plus, Allison. I’m so thankful for her. She is so wonderful to talk to and always brings a smile to everyone. Angel is a great person and will always find a way to make anything positive. I’ve learned how to be myself and improve all my downfalls and face problems and not avoid. Even ex-employees that I worked with were amazing and caring. I truly thank you all for the feelings I adore and will never forget. I hope I feel these feelings from you guys till it’s my time to go to college and leave the company. This is probably the best pet store in the area. The place is clean and the animals they sell are healthy and well cared for. I mainly come here to get live feeders for my reptiles and the quality is better than any local competitor...including other Pet Supplies Plus locations. The staff is friendly, as well.

The employees at this store were the best. They were extremely helpful and waited for me to arrive before they closed. I had to pick up dog food and ordered fromm the wrong store. They waited for me to get there to get my dogs food.

Our guy loves any pet store lol. Had a bath and picked out a toy- not the biggest selection, but he left happy. Had a bath in the tub- he would’ve liked a little wider array of shampoos- maybe with a little more scent, but overall a happy pup 🐶

The staff at Pet Supplies Plus in Bayville are kind and helpful. One even helped by connecting me with ladies who rescue cats. I think rescue was able to get a cat I took in fixed within a week. I'm grateful!

The store is huge. Unfortunately, there's only 1 isle with stuff for cats, and the selection sucked.The girl at the cash register, or the area she was in had a bad urine smell.

A handy location for picking up fish food. We also get the extended release fish food when we go on vacation. I enjoy walking around inside and looking at all the fish and lizards and even the small snakes though I would never keep one in the house. There is a large selection of small critters here.

Every experience with April & Chris is never less than awesome. I have a special needs client whose mom can't always get out to get their dog's food. When my Plan A can't be executed Chris & April are my Plan B for those times. These 2 are the best. April always interacts with Breeze & even looks for us on her way by when she gets her morning coffee. April always gets the 'Mommie someone's here to play' bark. She always asks "how's Breeze?" when l drop by to store in person & always remembers her.

Called earlier in the day to see if the store would match an online price for Dasuquin. A very nice man said yes ...and even went to the shelf to check to see if it was in stock. I went that afternoon and cashier Andrea went on the website to verify my price and matched the price without any hesitation. I always find the best service and product and prices at the store. Always A plus service.

Pet Supplies plus has been my favorite place to shop. They usually have my cat food in stock and it is a wonderful place to give my pups a bath. They have a great supply of almost everything you might need for you furry and unfurry friends.

I love the Easton Pet Supplies Plus store. They have great products and are able and willing to take special orders. The store is involved in the community as well and is very visible at pet shows, and, for example, sponsor dog treat bags at the local drive-in theater in the summer. I always find great prices, and 100% recommend supporting them and keeping them in our community whenever possible.

Chris was the most helpful and thoughtful employee! We had ordered some dogfood online for pickup, but when we got there the wrong food had been pulled and the correct one wasn't available- Chris very quickly remedied the situation by getting the food from another location and when we came back the next day he remembered us, spotting us in the parking lot and bringing the food out to us right away! He went above and beyond- we'll definitely be back!

Good store. We go there for the dog wash area. It's clean, the have towels, smocks, and thye have several different shampoo options unless you bring your own. At $8 a wash, it's a good deal.

Great store. The workers are extremely friendly & very willing to make u feel appreciated for your business. The Store Manager Chris is always welcoming, knowledgeable & kind. Always a wonderful shopping experience here whether curb side or in store.Today I had to take my 12yr old kitty for a sick Vet visit at VetIQ inside the store. The staff there was equally kind, respectful & knowledgeable. The Vet & 2 Vet techs treated my kitty like she was one of their own. Thnx for a wonderful experience.

It was better than all the pet stores we went to the fish were healthy it is actually other animals in the stuff wasn't too expensive and it had everything we needed. All in all I think it would be a good place for you to get your animals and find it fish and other things you need.If possible, could you have more cats, I love to see them when i go there, thanks for the feedback!

Every experience has been great. Super friendly people, have a great selection of some harder to find dog food. They were out of the dog food I needed once (out of 30+ trips with it in stock), and they offered to bring it in from another store by the next day. I also received an email yesterday that you can order online and they'll load it into your car so you can avoid going out in public. Great store and great group of people running this location

I purchased the pet wellness plan thinking it would be a great way to keep up with regular maintenance for my dog such as ear cleaning and nail trims as well as shots . This is my third attempt after waiting in line for three hours the previous tome and being turned away ten minutes before closing despite being the last in line . Every time it’s an excuse of being “short staffed “ but there is no urgency between appointments as this particular vet takes an insane amount of time between appointments doing paperwork . I wasn’t going to write a review last time and thought perhaps it was an unusual week but two weeks later and on a different day same thing. I would like my money refunded for this “plan” I cannot use .

All the employees there were so nice and so kind! We took our two dogs there for a bath and while the dogs hated it the humans loved it. Their facility was clean, only 1/3 of their dryers is broken which is impressive since corporate clearly buys the cheapest ones on the market, we were given the perfect amount of towels for our long double coated dogs, and their pig ear treats get a 10/10 from the puppers. I honestly hope they give their employees a raise! Their employees do not get paid enough for how wonderful they are!
