rude employees, they always tell me that I have to leave my backpack at the entrance but all the time others they know are allowed to enter with their backpacks, this employee and the supposed manager threatened to beat me up and not serve me for making it clear what they are doing to me

More often than not, I can find just what I need in a pinch. It’s a smaller store so the selection on some items are limited…but there are usually decent options. I’ve picked up a quick dinner here, clothing, cosmetic items, and some things for the home.

The manager at this Easton location exercises a very bad customer service. I went in the store and according to her I couldn’t get a receipt because the register had to be taken apart since I used Apple Pay. She served an entire line of more than 20 people while I just stood there waiting for my receipt. She sounded angry like I was at fault for using Apple Pay. She took less than a minute to do what she made me wait more than 30 minutes for. She’s lucky that I’m generally a calm person. This was my worst customer service experience ever. Ruined my entire day.To the manager: If you ever read, remember that the universe never forgets.

This store recently underwent a a remodel and they added frozen food section and a refrigerated section which would be great if it was stocked. These sections are always half empty. However, the prices are great and it is convenient for residents of the downtown area. There is no other store walking distance to downtown that sells all the items they sell. Granted, it's not high-end merchandise, but it's good value. If they could keep the shelves stocked I would give it five stars.11/19/21 Stopped in after a doctor's appointment and the frozen food section was almost completely bare. I know there are supply chain issues throughout the country, but I'm not sure this is their issue since it's been an issue for several years.

Warning!!!! Recently this family Dollar has been try to accuse people of stealing merchandise. Some employees are nice but most a very rude and accuse. If anyone has a complaint call the corporate number and tell them what is going on. And always keep your receipt because somebody will possibly call the police and say you are stealing. Some of these employees play victim. So be careful. I myself will never go into this family dollar. The one on butler st is way better and very friendly atmosphere.

Convenient location for Downtown Easton. Right in the main circle. Only down fall is that it's all meter parking and there are not many meters. Store has a good selection of items and friendly staff.

This place is filthy. Needs to be shutdown and completely cleaned and remodeled. Floors are dirty. Workers aren’t friendly.

Place is always cluttered, out of stock on freezer foods, milk, Jack links Jerky chew. Out or low on bread often. No variety on wheat breads. One brand only. Cashiers cant even count change
