Not too far from where I live. Service was quickly and efficiently. No long lines that day. On the website, it states closed at 2 p.m. actually, the pharmacists are out to lunch during that time (only), but they are still open and close at 9 p.m. . Everything is within hand reach as well. Will definitely be going back.

Pharmacy has really gone downhill. They have poor customer service skills. They see you in the drive-thru and will purposely ignore you. They looked over at us numerous times and would walk away. When you go in the store to the pharmacy they have you waiting a long time and have a constant attitude when you try to give them info for a multi-person pick up. I'll have been going here for over 10 years but I will be changing my pharmacy, they are ridiculous and should just shut down at this point.

The customer service is horrible, for lack of a better word. The store manager Kaitlyn lacks the skills to be called a manager. The nonchalant and callous attitude is unacceptable and unprofessional. I really believe that management feels because the store is located in a somewhat urban area that they can talk to people any way they want to. It’s the store’s responsibility to make sure that there are price tags on the shelf and that the product depicted is in the right area, that’s the purpose of quality assurance!

Without a doubt the worst CVS on the planet. Cashier Briahni was perfect. Her co worker, a tall young man of color, was beyond disrespectful and needs to be let go immediately. I'm a very good CVS customer, but will never patronize this store again. He has some serious personality problems. Stay away from this CVS...this would explain all the horrible reviews they have..

we just changed our prescription to a new pharmacy. this place is close to us, but the pharmacy department is terrible. long wait, bad information and the employees seem to leave you standing there while they do other things. they definitely dont have friendly or courteous employees. i dont necessarily blame them, it might be a bad work environment We like cvs and even though it is very close to our house, we now use the 15th street store. buying items in the store is good though. well stocked. the photo department isnt the best either.

The pharmacy is horrible to say the least, the tech's being rude, the obnoxious pharmacist. All the times I have went to this particular CVS they always have a attitude problem or just trying to screw people over, literally 2 weeks ago I had filled half my prescription which they proceeded to say oh come back in 5 days to get the rest. So after the 5 days I went back as instructed and they had the nerve to say oh we never said that and refused to give me the other half of my meds but the minute I said I was calling the the FDA they gave it to me but not after they tried to make me look like the bad guy, and the sad part about it was this wasn't the first time they pulled this BS they just need to fire everyone and get new pharmacy staff.

Not the greatest or friendliest staff but they are open when they advertise. Only thing to add is the pharmacy is closed daily from 1:30 to 2:00pm for lunch. So plan accordingly.

Dropped off simple prescription said will come back in 2 hrs .. came back in 5 still not ready. Very high store prices. Pharmacy never has any up to date information on covid matters .. way behind the times!

Nice store that is generally neat and organized. Staff are nice but seem unhappy. The pharmacists are wonderful. Very knowledgeable, always helpful, and get to know their customers.

Head Pharmacist conducted unethical behavior by switching a prescription to a generic one that cost 10x the price. I frankly am in shock that this type of behavior is legal. Would have went to another pharmacy if the medicine wasn't urgent.
