The food was decent for what the location is; a mom and pop type of establishment. I'm sure that the pandemic took a toll on their prices which felt high for the average menu offerings. Everything was fresh but not anything I would write home about. The atmosphere could use some love but overall it seemed like a reasonably friendly place. We had a burger and a small pizza between us, shared fries, mozzarella sticks, one corn on the cob, and 2 sodas and spent about $70. I respect that they've been in operation since 1946 and I hope, with some fresh updates to the interior and menu, they can continue to operate for a long time to come.

Stay away! Stopped in while up at the falls and what a mistake. It is so bad I'm still sitting at the table writing this review. The ribs are down right disgusting and we sent them back. The spaghetti sauce taste like cheap store bought garbage. The veil was soggy and that went back too. My burger that was ordered medium came out looking like charcoal and dry as a brick. Then they actually bring you packets for everything, even the BBQ sauce! But wait it gets better. They charge you for sour cream, they add 18% tip regardless party size and they charge $4 to use a credit card. The icing on top is all the flies! They are everywhere and annoy you the entire time. Just look at how expensive a few drinks and a burger were. Do yourself a favor and go down the street.

Uhhh, honestly the weather was super good today, so it made the food better, but I went here with my family after hiking the Bushkill Farms in hopes of a decent meal. Well we got what we expected. My brother says, “It tastes homemade but not the good homemade”. The one thing that was pretty good was the ribs, very good texture, but the other things we got were overall decent. Pretty reasonable prices overall and good waitresses! Good atmosphere for a nice drink or a very casual meal. (obviously the pics of food were after being eaten)

I wasn't going to review this place because, you know, if you don't have anything nice to say. But, I left my nice leather jacket on the seat when we left and called today and the rude lady said she doesn't know of anything turned in. She didn't bother to ask other employees or get my name and number if she found it. So here goes my experience. First, not welcoming when we entered but ok she might be busy. Clams were absolutely delicious. My husband asked for oregano and parmesan for his personal pizza. She brings parmesan but no oregano. I had to ask the other lady to bring his oregano. Also, they were brought in portion cups. Seriously! Service was horrible. I asked for pickles with my cheesesteak which she brought 5 minutes after my food. 3 small pickle chips for 50 cents. We waited and waited and waited for our check. And waited. One of he 2 older ladies came to check on us carrying a bottle of jack Daniel's. Hubby put credit card on the tray to pay with $10 cash for the tip because we always pay tips in cash. In the meantime friends of servers come in and they all proceed into the kitchen/bar area and carry on loudly for about 20 minutes while we waited for her to come take our credit card. And waited and waited and waited. Finely I told my husband to just put down cash so we could leave. Upon examining our receipt he noticed they added a $9.44 gratuity. There is No Way he was going to give them this amount at this time. And the loud party was still going on in the kitchen. Wow, is all I can say!! I hope whoever took my leather jacket gets enjoyment out of it because there is probably way more than a customers jacket going missing. We should have went to guisseppis. And hubby said pizza sauce tasted canned.

This place was suggested to us by several different people or we would have missed it. We had mushrooms, pizza, and veal parmesean. The menu says fresh veal but I really doubt that. The mushrooms had good flavor but for $9.00 for four small ones, we won't be getting those again. Pizza was good. This place is small in winter and obviously thrives on a summer crowd.

Food was good, shrimp scampi was really good, shrimp was cooked perfectly. Chicken Parm was really good, sauce on spaghetti just ok or might have been 5 stars. The staff was awesome! Karen who I think was manager and our server from Washington via Texas (sorry, forgot your name) were excellent, friendly, attentive, I can’t say enough about how nice they were! Recommend!

Walked in to the workers talking loudly amongst each other. A young lady saw me and pointed to the area in which I was supposed to find a seat. I sat for a very long time before an older woman comes to the table and says “Ca____ didn’t get your drinks?”I didn’t feel welcomed at all. I ordered a drink that I didn’t even sip. I left without ordering anything. Expect zero customer service if you’re a black person. I suppose this would have been awesome had I been white and the employees more mature and professional. The food looked awesome.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. My partner and I were visiting from Jersey and were making it a point to try local eats. We went to Petrizzos for dinner but were disappointed by the menu options (not many entrees and we were told many things weren’t available during the winter). We didn’t want to just leave because it felt rude, so we each ordered an appetizer and a drink. When we got the bill it was $55 but the receipt wasn’t itemized. I asked the waitress how much the drinks were because the total seemed a little steep and she gave me the full receipt. She had automatically added gratuity to our bill without making us aware. I’m not sure if this is typical for this location or if the waitress just assumed we wouldn’t tip her, but I was not happy. This type of thing should be made clear at the beginning of a meal. Honestly, I would’ve tipped her more than what she gave herself.

The tiki bar with the live music is great and our drinks were decent. They forgot to add pepperoni to my so called pizza, the Italian sandwich my significant other had was mediocre at best and they forgot the French fries for the sandwich twice, yes we are still waiting on them. Lol My mom got the spaghetti and meatballs, no complaints from her, but she didn't look satisfied really. On top of that, they added an 18% tip to the bill for us automatically, with the poor service received, that would have been much less, no offense, but you should be paying the salary of your employees, tips are for exemplary service, or am I wrong here, not saying I wouldn't have tipped but definitely wouldn't have been 18% with all the screw ups. Just sayin.

Just wanted a plain large cheese pie….Shared on Facebook and over 45 others agreed this pizza is gross. Way too much cheese. Not sure if this was a joke or not. Busy mom always getting take out spending good money.. First and last time here. Unless someone gives me a free meal too change my mind and experience. I live right in saw creek nice and close.. Such a shame I have to drive further for pizza as a busy working mom, this is frustrating I still had to cook after spending 20 bucks on a pizza. Disappointed, as I had high expectations from this place.

Nice friendly outdoor dining place with friendly staff and some chickens outside you can see and sometimes feed, the food could be better their pizza we expected to be better tasting, it was pretty oily and the fries as well.

My son and I stopped by after going to the falls. The food was great and the place was so cozy. The service was great! I wish I lived closer because we would be regulars!Karen, our waitress gave us a map of other places we could go. She also told us the history of how long this place has been open and how it was family owned.I felt like family while there.Even other waitress would randomly ask if we needed anything!Super nice! Food was great! And music was rocking!Karen God Bless you!

Nice tiki-bar.Wood burning stove created a warm environment to enjoy drinks and "New York style" Italian food.Friendly staff, and happy customers make it an enjoyable place to visit.Only negative, and I totally understand, but smoking in the bar area is a downer for me.Doesn't stop me from looking forward to coming back!We have been back multiple times,And unfortunately the smoking in the outside area is an issue for us.Hopefully once all the tiki bar panels are open for the summer the smoke won't be an issue.

This is a historical place in the Poconos. It's a generational family business with a lot of crazy stories John is probably one of the most down Earth Nicest guy you're ever gonna meet. .he hosts bushstock every year an raises money for charity, he employs a diverse group of people to run the place ,so no matter what your thing is there will always be someone there you can relate with .that also applies to the customers that come and go .I've been going for 35 years and I'm not a local .check this place out ,or miss out . Live music. Good people watching.

Absolutely amazing food and staff. The burgers are done to perfection, the pizzas looked great! Maryann the waitress is a true new Yorker and knows how to cater. We came as three adults and three kiddos. Everyone is satisfied. Please side order fries and calamar. Very very yummy food. We sure will be back!

Our server Debra was great and other staff were nice too. Food was good, outside felt like I was in The Floria Keys again. Top it off Elvis was playing the day we stop in. We will be back. Oh yay there’s chickens to feed. Definitely felt like the keys!

Maryann was the best! We came here after a hike at Bushkill falls wanting a tiki-inspired beverage. The outdoor bar has a wonderfully laid-back vibe where we got tochat with a few of the locals (and their dogs). It’s our second day on a camping trip and Maryann informed us about a concert up the road so we decided to stay another night. Visiting from Philly and can’t wait for our next visit back, where we will most definitely be stopping at Pertrizzo’s again.Also, a special happy birthday shout out to Karen!

The outdoor seating area is run down with the smell of sewage wafting across your nose while trying to choke down a moldy tasting tomato. The best thing we ate was the free corn chips and dip and the cheese covered Italian bread. We were here 3 years ago and the place definitely went down hill.The staff was friendly, but due to staffing issues the service was extremely slow.

They offer a lot more than pizza. I had lobster ravioli that I swear were home made with lots of chunks of lobster and my husband had chicken marsala. Both were excellent. Our server was friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable and also makes a great drink. (She was the bar tender.) Will definitely go back if we are in the area again.

My lunch was perfect with my husband.We stopped and asked if it was dog friendly outside. They allowed dogs outside, ate under the Tiki Hut. Our server Debbie was so nice and brought a bowl of water out for my dog Summer and she gave her so much attention!Come to this place and ask Debbie to be your server, she’s AMAZING!!!!👍❤️

We were so hungry after we visited Ditmars and Raymonds Falls. So we decided to stooped at Petrizzo's restaurant. Food was delicious. We ordered Bacon Cheeseburger, Mushrooms Burger and a Regular Burger with fries. Fries were not greasy at all. Also, I ordered my favorite, chocolate lava cake. Liked it so much. Staff was friendly and professional

STAY AWAY * * * * You can help! Take your money somewhere else. They will charge you full price for a small portion cooked with can tomato sauce, served with a plastic utensils. The food and presentation are mediocre at best. The only thing worse than the food is the service. No greetings, no smiles, no assistance. We had to stand up and get someone to pay the bill: that is how disconnected to customers they are. The poor service is explained by the practice that the restaurant will charge you the tip automatically. So the employees have no incentive to be pleasant, helpful, or provide good food. STAY AWAY

Ordered the Chicken Parm, worst I've had in my life. The sauce and pasta were watery and the waitress brought out a bottle of ketchup, for what I don't know. Would not recommend and probably the worst food I've had in my life. The only reason I could think why this place has so many 5 stars reviews is because people get drunk at the bar enjoying the performance of Elvis. Should have left once I saw an empty table with all the food still left on the place.
