I’m writing this review because the cashier Raymond was one of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. He was so friendly and polite and made me feel so welcomed. Whatever Dollar Tree is paying him is not enough. I will be coming back in the future solely in hopes of having him check me out again.

This store is so well ran management and all staff seem to be doing a great job. I don’t think that they get acknowledgment as they should. They are very organized and have a team of great employees. Thanks guys keep up the good work

I enjoyed coming to this location during the summer. It was always clean and the employees were friendly. What happened within the last 3 months??My last three visits everything appears to be disorganized, grungy and the quality of the employees have also declined.They will not acknowledge you at all and in my opinion, treat customers like an inconvenience.I get that it’s dollar tree, I’m not expecting 5 star service, but at least some form of friendly communication? Examples: “Hello” Or “thank you” or even “bye”.Today I was checking out and the cashier did not say one word to me. When the receipt printed out, she just stared at us. Who wants to spend money where they don’t feel appreciated or welcome? I love dollar tree for many reasons but despite this location being the closest to my home I’d rather drive the extra 10 minutes and go to a different one.

Only one register was open and there was a very long line. I found what I needed but quicker checkout would have been nice.

It's such a treasure to shop here. Everyone is so pleasant and eager to help you find things. Collen is the best. And now I can shop locally instead of going to the 611 branch. The store is always clean and everyone wears a mask and gloves. Thank you for coming to Marshall's Creek, PA

Customer Service is horrible. The staff are stocking shelves while customers are waiting to pay.I had to yell can someone please come to the register and ring me up.

I have visited this place about 3 years ago and forgot to leave a review, the customer service is amazing. Very stocked all the time. Staff is very helpful. Very friendly and clean environment.

Beautiful new store!!! All of the employees are friendly and awesome, I find myself stopping by just to see what's in stock. Beautiful clean shelves, clean bathroom and wonderful location, right in town so no need to travel to dirty Stroudsburg any longer! LOVE LOVE this store!!!

Wish their shelves were really stocked like some other stores in area . always looks like they are trying to stock the place but not neat. Messy at times but I find what I need mostly. Need to step up a few areas but the workers are very nice.

I usually like this location because of the convenience, the other store is too far. However, the last time I went in Cassie was not very friendly. I get it was busy but she did not have good customer service so that makes me want to go back to the one in Stroudsburg.

Nice staff. Dollar Tree has really improved the quality of the items they carry. If you haven't shopped there in a while, I strongly suggest that you go in and check it out.

Worker thought it was professional to mock me for social distancing. So if you want to be treated rudely by a complete stranger for giving the customer ahead of you in line personal space, this is definitely the Dollar Tree for you.
