I’ve experienced nothing but the best service here for most of my almost ten years here in PA. There are a few occurrences but not much to complain about, I would guess there are great management, that treats me and my daughter with respect. Your customer service is paramount. Thanks for always explaining the medication interactions we appreciate it. Keep up the good works. And to the staff in front you are the best.

I really like this CVS pharmacy however the pharmacy itself is a bit ridiculous. especially the drive-thru. Yesterday I went into the drive-thru to pick up a prescription for my grandson, the girl at drive-thru was first standing there chit chatting with another employee completely ignoring me. Then she opens the window ask if I'm picking up, I give her name and birthdate. She gets the prescriptions and goes back to chit chatting with same employee. Then with the window still open she tells me it will be $1, fine I hand her the $1 and she tells I have to put it in the drawer.afyer that she puts the prescription with receipt in draw under the little thing to hold it down facing her so I can't get it. I have to take my seatbelt off turn in my seat to try to get it out from under the thing holding it down. If you are going to use the draw fine but make it easy for the customer. Stop chit chat and pay attention customers. Also. If you are using the window use the window. She acted like she was afraid she was going to catch something from me. There are very few employees in this pharmacy that are professional. Most are rude and don't seem to care about the customers.

Horrible customer service. Wish I got the name of the female representative who went ahead and cancelled my prescription because my doctor submitted two scripts for different milligrams due to backorder supply. I verified with someone at CVS if this is possible before asking my doctor and the rep said yes as long as you have a script. As I Was waiting to see if one of the medications would be available, for some reason she called my doctor and yelled at them saying it can not be done this way even though the other representative said it could be done, then I called CVS, same women answered, A nasty know it all, that thinks she is a doctor or the mayor of CVS states my doctor can not have 2 scripts on order even though this was the first script moving up in milligrams or I could stay on the lower dose, both are backordered and I pay for out of pocket. At the end she was leaving both orders on but I decided to check later on and she cancelled one, I knew she would with her nasty responses and the way she had that I’m right, I’ll get her type of attitude. Unreal how I have a script and she cancels it out when it was already ordered, one 2 weeks ago and the other one week ago. I was just waiting for one of the medications to be back in stock. She needs a profession change away from people. Rude and nasty seems to be a pattern at this location.

I always go to this cvs for most of my makeup, lotion, hair products, skin care, Paper products and all My prescriptions for my family. They have great service and great coupons. Liz and Joanna were such a great help to me tonight when I had a coupon that wasn't working At the self, check out. They did everything they could to pull it apart. Find the coupon, make it work and it was wonderful of service As usual. Liz and joanna were definitely the best.

Store is always stocked and clean. There have been times in the past where I stopped going to this location due to how rude some of the workers were and I will once again not be going back. I wasn't sure about an item that had a red electronic alarm tag on it (whether it would make a sound if I grabbed it or if I was even able to slide it off the peg.) so I asked the cashier if he could get it for me. He started mumbling something and had an attitude about it so I ended up walking away and grabbed it myself. I'll go to another location if I seriously need to shop there.

The pharmacy staff are criminals! Front store is amazing with the exception of the old box dye blonde and her entitled attitude. Pharmacy on the other hand needs a LOT fixed with it starting with the staff, don't answer phones and when they do they're rude as if your inconvenience them, and never on time with medication refills for medication that has been sent in months in advanced. Every time I go in they're standing around gossiping or doing anything they can to blatantly ignore the customer until they feel like doing their job. And it's not just this cvs and pharmacy, it's any CVS pharmacy. If they weren't the closest I wouldn't even bother giving them my dollar.

Easy in and out. Has drive-thru pick-up or drop off for your convenience. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Pharmacy is closed daily for lunch from 1:30-2pm

If you take narcotic pain medication save yourself further pain by not dealing with cvs specifically WILL the unpredictable. One minute Will is gonna treat you as a normal patient and the next WILL is going stand in the way of you receiving your meds as WILL has created this schedule for you, this makes it very difficult to plan your day to day life. And if you question WILL THE PHARMACIST he will yell at you and be very disrespectful. Maybe WILL should treat everyone with respect instead of singling out pain patients. It's seems WILL has many issues with his job. Pray for WILL .by the way it takes 5 minutes to call corporate 1877-cvs-2040

I came to CVS to get my prescription filled. Unfortunately, I don’t have health insurance and I had to use GoodRx. My prescription of ear drops was going to be $78, but Melissa told me where I could get them filled for only $33! Nobody else in the pharmacy told me this. She was very kind and actually cared about my pockets.

Over the years I have received excellent customer service at this location. Today Melissa, the Pharmacy Tech, extended to me her unused water bottle after seeing me cough due to my allergic asthma. Her dedication and congenial manner enhances the quality of service delivered to cvs cusomers. Thank you

DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY EVER!!! would give them zero stars if that was an option. My family moved to PA from CA for many reasons. I have been dealing with severe chronic pain in my knee for over 10 years now. I never had a problem in CA getting my opiod pain meds. I even would call the pharmacy four days before I was due for a refill and they would ensure they had my meds when they were ready to be filled. I even had the same amazing experience at the pharmacies in PA until we were camping in East Stroudsburg. This pharmacy has been a nightmare to deal with when it came to the meds I needed. I would call them four days before I was due for a refill of my pain meds. Every time I was told that they were not able to ensure they would have my pain meds in stock until the day it was supposed to be filled. This lead to me being unable to receive my meds on time on many occasions. I would be given a different reason each time I called. I had many times I would have to wait over 7 days to finally get them. Every time I would call amd ask why they wouldn't order them so I had them on time they would act like they didn't care I would be without my pain meds. They would be very cold and I always understood they didn't care about the pain I would suffer due to them not looking ahead. I get the same meds every month too. I would encourage everyone to use the other CVS or any other pharmacy besides this one. I would hate to need meds for other services health issues from this place. Be warned now. They don't care and it shows. I wish someone working in this pharmacy to would have compassion for people in my situation. They truly don't care if I suffer with horrible pain waiting for my meds to finally arrive after they placed the order.

4 hours to fill 20 pills. My mom took me after my KNEE surgery to pick up what my doctor from ALLENTOWN sent hours prior- get there they tell me it will be 30 mins. Well I’m not going to sit in pain in a car in a huge brace for 30 mins because everyone just wants to wait. And this happens ALL THE TIME. Usually I don’t mind waiting, but for medication to help me feel better after a major surgery is ridiculous. But I guess this is what we get when we raise the wages….. BETTER SERVICE HUH? Please. My husband had to go and get them. Switched from Rite Aid because I had issues, looks like I’ll be switching again.

While the front end is typically very helpful, the pharmacy itself is a nightmare to deal with. They are constantly short staffed which means ridiculously long waits. The app will show that your medication is ready to be picked up but upon arrival, you’re told it’s not done and will be another 15-30 minutes. Then you have the fact that the majority of the staff are extremely rude and unpleasant to interact with. The pharmacists themselves are kind and patient, but the rest of the women who work the counter have attitude beyond belief. You can ask a simple question to clarify that they haven’t made the same mistakes they’ve made in the past and you’ll feel scorned just by the look they give you. Maybe some staff training on professionalism and customer service is needed. And maybe the corporation should be ashamed that they allow a store to operate without the proper number of staff needed to function, causing everyone there to have a nasty face and cocky mouth.

Red haired Karen seemed really inconvenienced by my presence when dropping off my girlfriends script. Even before she came over to “help” me I watch her being very hostile to the other pharmacy Techs clearly creating a toxic work environment. Be mean to me all you want but don’t treat your coworkers like that. CVS I hope you get this woman some help that she needs.

Staff is friendly. Average CVS. The bathroom is shameful! It is the most disgusting chain store bathroom I have seen in a long time. Management should be ashamed and do something about this. If that bathroom is the only one there then I feel so bad for the employees!!!!! You can’t make someone work hours at a time and that’s their only option! Hire someone to come in an deep clean of need be but do something! And fix your toilet paper holder for goodness sakes so customers don’t have to pick the roll up off the dirty floor!

Manager Liz is GREAT! I used the self check out and requested cash back, left store without taking it. I called them 5 minutes later and she had it waiting for me! What integrity!

This review is strictly for the pharmacy. I have an issue with medications every single time I'm in this store. Medications that are called in and need to be filled in a timely manner are rarely filled and my doctors have to call them for a second time. With the exception of one woman who works in that department, everyone else is incredibly unprofessional and usually has an attitude.

Do not count on this place for a covid test. I had to schedule a test for travel so i did a few weeks in advance. They gave me all the reminders they typically do, including the one an hour before. When I got there they said they are not doing screenings due to lack of staff. I would normally be understanding, but I scheduled this in advance and if you were low on staff, do not send the reminders and inform us prior to our appointment so we could plan ahead. Completely unprofessional.

This is the 3rd month I have to wait 2 days to get my meds cause they don't have in stock . Why not let people call it in 2 days before so we have our meds on the day we run out of them.if you aren't going to keep meds in stock let us know so we can go elsewhere. CVS has gone down hill in the last year.

Me and my mom came into cvs and we used self checkout my mom wanted to take an item off and A women that works in cvs came up to us and started counting our items one by one and when I asked her what a price of a item she didn’t even know the answer and at the end I was putting a curly iron into the the bag mind you the curly iron was already scanned the women saw it scanning and the cvs worker wanted me to scan the item once again thinking me and my mom and me was trying to steal the item . Very horrible customer service and very rude.

Staff is horrible. Particularly the pharmacy staff. Spent $140 for a covid drive-thru test and had an appt. arrived early and still had to wait 2 hours. Then they had issues with their registration system and could not administer the test. Then I walked in and complained and they finally sorted it out but had to wait in the long line all over again. Terrible experience. Incompetent and very rude and unfriendly staff. Was not willing to help. Long lines and slow. Avoid at all costs.

They want everything to be contactless, yet this pharmacy is the slowest ever. You wait forever to get a prescription when going through the drive thru. Get it together and stop making people wait for ever because the help doesn't want to work and can't even smile and say hello.

Well this rude witch manager if you can call her that named Christina!!!! Was a total nat..... for no reason I had my confirmation slip and receipt for my passport picture that was previously blurry. She stated that I needed the pictures I set them in an the government sent me a letter they didn’t send the pic what would the dam problem be? Who wants a mug shot of there head? She made a big deal An when she realized she wasn’t getting rid of me she gave in an said take the picture an get him out of here!!! Like who the hell is she kicking out like I’m not a paying customer who is NOW on a time crunch because CVS delayed the process for sloppy work. REPULSIVE

I was racially profiled by Ryan the store manager. He requested valid photo ID when I attempted to reload money onto a prepaid card. He stated that if I didn't show him my ID, he wasn't reloading my card. His tone was sarcastic, condescending, accusatory, and just rude. CVS lost a valued customer!

I am a caretaker for my handicapped sister, she is prescribed pain medication along with a slew of others. The pharmacist, William, always has an excuse as to why he can't fill the pain med prescription. He's very condescending.

Hours listed are TOTALLY WRONG! I checked here and it says pharmacy is open until 10pm. NO NO NO. I drove all the way here at SEVEN PM and it was already CLOSED. I do not know the hours to submit a correction because I was too frustrated and immediately left. This is the SECOND TIME I've driven here and it was closed. I have yet to find ACTUAL CORRECT HOURS for THIS pharmacy online!!! My Advice... call them before you drive all the way there.
