I like shopping at this CVS but would prefer to do the self checkout at my own pace and not go to the counter where I feel the need to get on with it! in terms of getting my coupon and the ability to get the right product that applies to the coupon. I feel the team member was a little short on patience as the product did not qualify me to use the coupon as she described, "I could not use the coupon because the item was on sale. This is where is gets complicated trying to figure out what item is not on sale which qualifies you to use your coupon.

The pharmacy is ridiculously rude. My prescription was sent in on March 6th. They communicate via text that there is a delay, nothing else. It's a once-a-week dose and I will be due tomorrow. I called the pharmacy to ask if by chance they could get the medication by tomorrow as the request was put in several weeks earlier, with the understanding that this medication is sometimes on backorder. The woman who answered the phone did not give me her name and was clearly irritated that I called. She very abruptly asked me my name and date of birth. She simply stated that, "we don't have it". I told her that I am due tomorrow, and did she know when they might be getting it in. She said in a very rude tone; "no, we will just have to wait and see". Is that how CVS views the need for medications? I am a nurse, and this is completely unacceptable when dealing with patient's medications. The culture in this pharmacy is toxic. I'd like to say this is the first negative encounter that I've had with a CVS, but it is not. When I moved, I chose them because they are closer to my home. When your commercial comes on about how consumer centric you are, I laugh! I went right down the street to the Rite Aid and immediately felt the difference in customer service. I will never walk into a CVS again and will make sure I recommend to people that they don't go there.

So this store has always been great till recently. I have gone in several times around 7 sometimes 8 and there are no sales personel on the floor. A sign is put up for self check out and walking around no one is on the floor. Tonight I had a question. No one around. I want to the back and knocked on the employee door and no answer. Not only annoyed but this is unsafe. Amazing.

Extremely rude pharmacy techs. I had this drug store when I first moved to PA and then I switched to the location by Taco Bell. I didn’t remember why but now I do. I only had to go to this one cuz the other cvs didn’t have my prescription so they sent it over to the one on fox run lane. Stay clear of this location. Use the one by Taco Bell. Much nicer staff 😊 i called the store and even the manager was rude. Nope 🙅🏻‍♀️

I actually like the front general part of CVS cash register operators. They help when needed and even walk to find a needed product.It’s a different story the pharmacy itself. They radiate an attitude of when I will be left alone.In many pharmacies the pharmacist explains the usage of medication, or at least asks whether you know the way it used. Forget those niceties.Last time I was prescribed a medication after a recent surgery. A new and heavy on side effects. It was ordered in the amount of 30 pills.They insisted to sell me a three months supply, explaining that’s how it was ordered.Actually doctor had to change that medication. Now reordered, and his nurse underlined 30 pills. We shall see how this one will go.But I didn’t meet one single person in the area who would mention anything positive about that team. And I remember years when it was different with other pharmacist working there.

Horrible customer service. Especially the leadership team. Pharmacy is horrific too, one women stands out as loud and obnoxious. Prescriptions are never ready when it says they are. They actually gave my husband the wrong dosage once and did not even tell him it was the incorrect dosage that was prescribed by the doctor!I will not be going there again. Don't go here unless you want to get treated like dirt.

Always pleasant front cashier, and although the making of meds can be slow, I find that to be the case everywhere. Pretty surprised at all the bad reviews. Usually the only rude people I come across there are some other customers.

The older woman who works the front cash register is rude and nasty. There are no mask mandates right now & she says something to everyone that comes in there not wearing a mask. There are people who can't wear masks for health reasons & it's not the employees job to say anything. Then on Sunday I got a text saying my prescription was ready & got there and the pharmacy is now closed on Sundays! I am switching to another pharmacy that's opened 7 days a week & don't have such rude people that work there.

Couldn't do a simple return for a faulty $50 speaker, even though I had the receipt with me. I tried calling their customer support, but they told me to either try to return it again at the same store or wait 180 days to dispute the purchase with them. I went over to the same store for the second time a few days later, but it was the same outcome. It's ridiculous that this can even happen dispite me doing everything right on my part. I think I'll refrain from purchasing from CVS in the forseeable future.

The employees are all rude. My first time there so I asked if the pharmacy was in the back and the lady just looked at me at went about her business. Than at pharmacy was not greeted waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Then to say there is nothing there. Called dr office to confirm they said they sent it 3 hours ago. The cvs employee with an attitude no they didn’t tell them to send it again, it’s not here. Needless to say I just walked out and told my doctor to send it elsewhere. Will never be using this place again.

I tell any one that will listen this is my favorite place for points gift cards we have to save on going out so when you see but a 50.00 gift card and get a 10.00 coupon you only spent 40.and you 10. In free what ever food or good and 10.00 off anything in CVS come on it's a no brain er and do yourself a favor become a CVS member you'll get 10.00 on the spot to use the same day but pay for the year if you can I think its 40.00 for the yr. But your getting 10. Back a month that's 120.00 minus the membership 80.00 you can't beat that and I'm off it's by a little, and if you get 10 prescriptions a month join that another 5.00 come on be like me get that you will love it and last don't forget the app makes life a little better.

I just left this CVS. All the caucasian women who work in the pharmacy department were racist. They refused to ring up merchandise. The pharmacist was very kind to me. Guess what a Black person will come into the store with money to make a purchase. I'm thinking the white money is better? Lol.

If you need medication do not come here. The employees working at this pharmacy are very rude. The front register employees are so nice and always willing to help. Horrible experience with this pharmacy! It’s such a shame!!

Although there is a larger, newer CVS just doen the road, the people at this location keep me coming back. They are friendly and helpful and make me feel special. The store is always clean and well-stocked, and it's super convenient since it shares a parking lot with a grocery store and wine shop.
