Great prices, awesome selection, and good sales. I got some lawn lights and ornaments that were buy one get one half off which ended today so grabbed them before they switched the sales tags. Overall always a decent experience unless it is very busy they don't seem to keep enough staff for more than one register on a holiday weekend Friday. It took awhile to check out for sure. I felt a little bad for the only girl on register she was doing her best to speed people through. Should definitely work on projections for holidays and weekend employees though.

I like coming here for a variety of things. They have nice furniture, home decor, food and just about everything without having to go to big chain supermarkets. Their garden section is great. Lots of flower pots in all sizes and nice garden decors.

Has anyone ever had a bug issue after buying furniture from there? Got my new couch home and took it out of the plastic bag and cardboard protectors and was sitting on it today and a roach was on it. Mind you I have never had roaches EVER! But it was only one trust me I looked. Should I be worried? 😳😳😳

This location in Eagle Valley Mall always seems to have that odd item that I can't find at other locations.The staff is super friendly: Ellen and Dsidris (sic) offered to hold an outdoor chair til next day. Pleasant demeanor.The store is small yet organized and full of seasonal and everyday merchandise at great value.

When ever I shop at Big Lots, I always receive the best customer service. I would also like to say that Alicia the Assistant General Manager is amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you need. Thank you Alicia for all that you do!!!!

I went to Big Lots today and you can always depend on them for superb customer service. Although it was busy and there was a line, Emily took her time and was so kind to us. So nice to see that this kind of hospitality still exists in the merchandise industry. Ten out of ten.

I wish the cashiers would stop asking me if I want a rewards card. I don't want card, I don't need a card and friends of mine who have cards say they don't get the special offers that come with the card anyway so why would I give out more personal info to a company that probably sells that info to third parties. Also, I hear that employees get their working hours cut if they don't enroll enough new members. Is this a good corporate strategy to make the work place for the employee a healthy place to work or just put them under stress for the amount of pay they get. I see how management treats their employees at times when I'm in the store and I just want to slap management in the face or belittle them in front of customers so they see what it feels like. Management needs to treat the lowly worker with more respect.

So I went there for cases of water and saw a backyard canopy i liked on sale. Had my carriage full of water and other items. Told the cashier I wanted the canopy she rang it up even before I went to get it. I HAD to drag it to the register and pick this awkward heavy box onto my carriage as the cashier stood there and watched me. Not much customer service or maybe she just didnt know any better. 🤔

Very nice store. Neat and clean .Join their rewards club and you'll get big savings. Cashiers are pleasant. If you donate they give you a five off of fifteen coupon to use next time which is a big help.

I'm never surprised at all the great deals I get at Big Lots. I'm able to get so much there from crackers and cheese to candles and pet supplies. One of my very favorite stores. Always a good shopping experience. Thank you.

Great prices. It felt very clostrphobic walking through certain isles ,because of areas blocked off to control the flow of traffic. The line to get to the registers was very long, but moved pretty fast. Next time i will be better prepared to shop there.

Good place for gift ideas at reasonable prices. Nice Christmas gifts more so for co-workers, acquaintances. Good selection of electronic accessories. Wouldn't necessarily buy groceries there only because of the price as the quality is adequate

I bought such a comfortable and good looking queen size bed with Sealy mattress n foundation. Great buy! The woman who helped in that department was very accommodating. She showed me where I could find the sheets and pillows etc, to go with my new bed. I enjoy shopping the rest of the store too. I always come outta of there with items that are priced pretty nice

Good products, poor customer service. Greeted as if we were an annoyance. Told online and by phone that product was In stock. Borrowed a truck to pick-up and arrived at store to find out last item was sold... there were more on truck- which was at the store, but no one offered to retrieve the item for us. I'll go back to shopping at amazon and wayfair- the higher price is worth not being treated like garbage.

Always a great experience here. Love the couch set I bought here. Tina in furniture is very helpful & patient. I spent lots of time, several days deciding on my couch. Love the stores seasonal selections too. Though the summer furniture is a little pricier than I like.
