If I can give zero stars I would but unprofessional is the best way I can describe this place. Me and my wife are looking for a specific fur baby to take into our home and the response we got was to go someone closer to where we live. Why does it matter how far we live to be able to give a cat a home? And why post your cats online if you don’t want anyone far coming to get them? Make sense of that please and thank you.

I adopted 3 cats from Naomi all of which were very healthy and clearly very well taken care of without any sign of abuse or neglect. I feel the screening process is very thorough and necessary. I still periodically keep in contact with Naomi as I feel she is truly acting out of pure compassion and selflessness and does whatever she can to place these cats in good safe homes. I have a few cats and have told Naomi if she ever needs to place a special needs cat or a senior cat, which are usually difficult to place, that my home is always open to one more.

This is a home based cat rescue run by Naomi and assisted solely by volunteers.Kittens are housed separately, freely roaming in a bedroom. Adult cats are free roaming throughout the house.The house is relatively clean despite the large number of kitties living there.Give Naomi a visit if you're in the market for a furry friend (or 2!!).

I have adopted two cats from ACT and would absolutely recommend them for anyone else looking to adopt. Naomi was very helpful and honest throughout the adoption process, and was thorough and communicative while checking through my adoption forms. You can definitely tell that ACT cares about these animals and is dedicated to finding them good homes.

I am incredibly disappointed. Won't let you adopt a kitten unless you already have pets, won't let you adopt if you want to take them outside, in a fenced yard, and tells you to go elsewhere to adopt. Yet she's at full capacity and can't get anyone to adopt her cats. The cats were so friendly yet you can't take them home.

I adopted my cat from this shelter and it was an excellent experience. The owner Naomi was also helpful in an emergency for finding help for an injured kitten. Others may say the owner is rude, but she loves the animals and that’s more important to me than whether or not she is polite to humans.

This organization helped us out so much with our indoor cats as well as some strays right outside my house. Our financial situation was absolutely horrible, but they were still able to help us with these cats, so we donated our time to help out, such as cleaning litter boxes and helping with the trapping for their TNR program. The owner and her volunteers are very knowledgeable about cats and very caring. They go out of way to help as many cats as possible and find them a fur-ever home. I don't think I've ever met people who care more about cats than Animals Can't Talk Rescue and Adoption.

Naomi is a wonderful person who cares so much for the kitties and the community, she does whatever she can to help out, she truly cares about all the cats. People leaving negative reviews about her harshness towards them should look at the big picture and imagine all of the horrible things and people sje encounters running this rescue......it is not easy but she tells it how it is. Adopt dont shop! Also please remember adopting from rescue or shelter may seem like a huge process and costly, these cats are well vetted, taken care of and will usually require just annual check ups..... as those free kittens or cats you find will require so much more and it only hurts these rescues and other pets sitting at rescues waiting to find their forever homes when you chose a free pet over a rescued one.

The best of the best. Run with love, expert daily care and feeding, high quality medical attention, play and exercise. Ms. Naomi never turns away a cat in need and vigorously vets prospective pet parents. She tirelessly cares for the sick and spends every waking hour championing her sweet little charges. Those who are not adopted will have a forever home with her. She is literally one in a million.

I can't speak to anyone else's experience with this organization, but ours was fantastic. I will say it did take me a little bit to get used to how they are "organized/set up". Unlike "brick and mortar" animal shelters that I am used to (where we have gotten most of our previous pets) this organization uses PetSmart and (I assume) many volunteer "foster homes" to keep the cats until they are adopted. The biggest downside to this was that not all of the cats can be seen at PetSmart and they only have limited hours (meaning not 5 or 7 days a week) that you can meet up with someone at PetSmart. However, as soon as I realized how it worked, it was no issue, just different than I was used to. Every person we dealt with was very nice and friendly. Luckily we got to meet our kittens foster mom and had a great conversation with her. For a family who up until recently have had dogs for 20+ years, I was hesitant to take the plunge and get cats. All of our dogs were big and we always had two, the last two were 110-140lbs. My wife wanted more dogs, but although I missed them, our family is at a point in time with our children older, that we will be doing a lot more travel to see them and other family members. I didn't want to jump right back into having the responsibilities of taking care of large dogs. Quite frankly they are a pain to travel with and we never felt comfortable boarding them, so other than a few times when a trusted employee of mine watched them, we typically only did one or two day trips. Obviously there is still a lot of preparations you need to do with cats, but traveling with two small cats is much easier than traveling with two large dogs! I wasn't sure how I would feel about the cats, but my wife was right and as soon as I saw them I knew we needed to adopt them.So thanks again Animals Can't Talk, for a wonderful experience.

Naomi is a sorry excuse for a person let alone qualified to run a business. She accused me of lying about having cancer and tried to degrade me for my place of employment. She told me that my dogs not being fixed was the reason I couldn't adopt, which in no way, shape or form affects the well being of the cat. It is DISGUSTING that she questioned me on my validity of my condition and doesn't deserve any stars at all.

This is a rescue that cares, not just about the cats in their care, but all cats, abandoned and feral. The cats get top notch medical care all paid for by one lady, with help of donations. She only rescues, houses and adopts out cats. No dogs, especially no killer dogs.

The owner is an Awful and Unprofessional woman, She took in a cat and gave the Poor animalsanimal No time to adjust or decompress, she ignored the cats warning signs and hisses and still tried to remove the animal from its crate where she of corse got scratched ,she then tried to publicly blame me for the incident which im not even the owner of the cat ,any rescue knows an animal needs an adjustment period when brought to a new place with new animals awful awful rude owner

This rescue was involved in transporting Blue, the pit bull that killed a woman the same day the dog was adopted. This rescue should be shut down. Irresponsible.

I just called to see if I could bring my cat, the woman answering phone didnt answer with a Co. Name, said she was full, not accepting animals.was very quick did tell me to try .... and said she had to go she was in the office and hung up.
