Great store, quiet area and nice staff. Love the made to order food area. Nice selection of sandwiches, chicken, wraps, and lots of sides. Like stopping here when near Hanover.

I ordered an Italian sub last evening and when I got home and unwrapped it I found that the kid that made it put the mayo on top of all the meat and veggies instead of on the roll 🤦‍♂️ so all my mayo was on the wrapper 🤷‍♂️ how could someone who's job is to make and wrap sandwiches think this is ok?

Their gas prices are always very reasonable and even though they may be a small store that carry a lot and have a variety to choose from when it comes to food and other things you might need around the house

Food is ok..Be nice if they got rid of the stale hard pretzels and sold the ones like at Sheets, WaWa..Also no hard feelings but I know not to stop for coffee in that it's guaranteed old

I can definitely say , I never felt so uncomfortable ordering an waiting on my food, the little blond head girl was rude!! The dark haired girl was looking at me like I had stolen her last meal, she put so much old bay on my chicken I couldn’t even eat them , my advice to my fellow truckers just keep pass this truck stop, or store whatever u call it!!

I have been stopping in the morning for the last 3 weeks heading to Fayetteville to work. I work construction. The manager is always very pleasant and smiles every time she rings me out🙂. On March 2nd i was pulled from this job to work at another in York. I did not have the opertinity to thank her. I always looked forward stopping and seeing her. Service was A++++

My order was a very easy and basic to make but the jackass making the mto food tonight (5-17-23) at around 11 couldn’t even manage to get that right. Don’t recommend will not be returning

Whoever put carrots and lima beans or whatever those were on my burrito, count your days. Also the $5 Reuben with 3 slices of meat is just ridiculous. The fries were soggy like they were microwaved. This place is always slow but Jesus, I could have spent $30 at waffle house and had a better experience.

Only giving 4 stars because I wasn’t able to get my drink. But the French man in the food area is such a ray of sunshine. Even though I couldn’t get what I went for (espresso machine was down), I still left in such a great mood. All of his positive reassurance and blessings really lightened the mood on a bad day.

This is a nice Rutters only by aperences. It’s always clean. But the women who work her are snotty rude people. I’ve never had such anxiety dealing with people before. They were horrible. If you’re going to work somewhere you deal with costumers daily I suggest having a more approachable attitude. It’s like walking into a whole different world. No one talks to you or looks at you and the woman who prepares food in the evening sucks at her job 100%. Very slow and the food isn’t ever made correctly by her. God forbid you ask for help. One of the women refused to let my service animal into the store. She’s always so snotty. I’d rather bash my head into a door over and over before returning to this store ever again.

Very nice store and fuel stop. They have everything you need, milk, OJ, tea, and water in the refrigerator. I made my own iced coffee with the hazelnut hot also quite good. There's a few truck parking spots here also (6). Dollar General across the street.

Normally stop in to get food and drinks, there usually pretty quick but the kids working had no clue what was going on. We ordered two hashbrowns wraps and we waited a half an hour before the girl even dropped the hashbrowns in the frier. They took so long the order disappeared off there screen and asked for our receipt to finish the order. They made everybody else's order before even starting mine. Usually go here cause it's close. After this I'm probably going the extra little bit to sheetz from now on. The kids working should be retained or reprimanded.

I just ordered 3 sliders that are cold to the touch, will not be visiting there again. Bad part is they were not busy so there's no reason to put out raw or under cooked food

Wings were not crispy, greasy skin. Chips in nachos were stale. Would be nice if young adults working would care about what they serve, how they present themselves, You can tell when they hate their job.

This Rutter's is not well maintained like the others. Inside wasn't great, the bathrooms weren't great, and WORST OF ALL: the tire air pump was malfunctioning so it actually decreased tire pressure significantly rather than adding air. I had to immediately find another gas station to fill up my tires. I will not be returning to this Rutter's.

My wife walks into the womans restroom and there is a cloud of smoke. Here one of the employees is vaping in the restroom.
