We go in there on a daily and very nice people clean store and the one employee Jess is always busting her but gotta be the hardest worker in east Berlin pa sore # 15215 that girl needs recognized

Always very long lines. Today there were two people in the store. A manager and an employee. The manager came up twice but refused to get on register to check anyone out and help his employee kill the line. Bad management! I also had to direct someone to find something in the store the manager insisted they didn't carry 🤦.

The employee on duty was polite and the layout of the store was neat and orderly so I had no trouble finding the merchandise I went in to purchase.The only improvement I could see this Dollar General needing is wider aisles for the mobility impaired who use a scooter.

I like the dollar general in hampton and the one in cross keys the best. Shelves are aiways sticked floors clean. Employees are helpful and courteous. Plenty of parking and open the hours the sign says. East Berlun one always has carts of stock sitting all over the storw. Clise whenever. Not really clean

Rating 4 stars because its Convenient cheap and super awesome, besides some of the people act like they hate there job but other than that its alright...its organized,clean, and alot to choose from LOL :) so i dont mind being a regular customer!!! Its like our mini Wal-Mart lol

very dirty , messy store things laying on floors .shelves look like no one ever straights them.I even commented to cashier when i checked out about the dirty messy store. Clean store & maybe retrain mangment on how to run a store. & No it was NOT a truck day when i was there

Have always loved this store. Although the manager Kelly is a for other terms the other name for a female dog. Argues with customers. Unprofessional.

Frustrated. Bought extra products to receive a discount but it did not show on my receipt. cashier seemed annoyed that I asked about it and gave me a fraction of the savings I was expecting. Poor advertising, misleading sales and unfriendly employee. Will drive out of my way to shop somewhere else. Bummer.

Our Dollar General is located in East Berlin Pa. It is a convenience for the people that live in this area. If you run out of milk or eggs you don't have to go far. The staff there are friendly and helpful.

Good place to buy some groceries, you can get a $5 cupón when you buy anything and you can exchange con saturday, i always go to dollar general.
