This has to be one of the best run hardware stores. They are always well staffed, and they hire the nicest people who care about customer service and they are very friendly and helpful. We only buy our paints from here. We even live in Gettysburg but it's worth driving here for supplies. My wife buys her plants here every spring, because they are the only ones that live all year.

Recently bought a Suncast shed from Cashman's. Could not be happier with the purchase. The help I got was outstanding. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. Delivery guys were great! This was my 1st time in this Ace location and i must say, I was VERY IMPRESSED. They had a large variety of everything. The store is very well organized & all the sale associates were readily available and extremely helpful. Im definitely going to recommend to friends/family in the area to visit this location for hardware needs

I bought paint which I thought was the right color but once on it was way off. I didn't think I could take back tinted paint. Rick not only tried to change the color and when that didn't work he mixed new color and took back the original. Thank you

Great store! I'm in there sometimes 2-3 times a week. Great selection of what you need. The sales team and associates are the very best and knowledgeable too. It is also very nice that most of them know my name and my dog Ellie's name too. Love shopping there and I think my dog Ellie likes going there more than me, looking forward to getting her treats. GREAT STORE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Shopping for a smoker settled on a treager simply because of there customer service answered any all questions offered free assembly and delivery even the delivery service was awesome , the smoker didn't perform something electrical me and the wife were prepared for a bunch of hassle we were wrong we understand it's not a perfect world things happen now a days people are not so understanding. They were once again awesome very apologetic they are delivering another one and picking the other one up amazing Cashman simply best

Living in a small town has so many advantages. Tons, actually. And while only 15 minutes away one could visit a big box store devoid of personality and, traditionally, knowledgeable staff, having Cashman’s is a godsend for many of the things you could possibly need when it comes to hardware, gardening, and fun seasonal items. The staff is EXTENSIVELY knowledgeable, always ready to help you find something you need, and able to cash you out quickly and efficiently. Plus, if you shop there enough, conversations for extended periods can be had with the friendliest and most personable folks you’ll ever meet. Never a bad time there, ever. Never been wrong, either. So, a huge 5-stars from this patron!!

Outstanding customer service every single time I stop in. Consistently professional and courteous and knowledgeable. I am so impressed. It's worth it to me to have a source of solid advice to rely upon that you don't have to wait a long time for. I can take my little dog in, and he loves it there. Very friendly and helpful staff, I love the Mom & Pop stores that really appreciate your business. My first trip there I needed two 6mm nuts that cost under a dollar, the gentleman that helped me treated me as if I were spending hundreds of dollars. The store is very clean and well organized. I later returned and purchased a Weber grill, my brother-in-law picked it up for me the next day with his truck, he was amazed by how helpful they were. After they loaded the grill someone that he presumed to be the owner came outside and shook his hand and thanked him for the purchased. I can't say I've ever had that happened at the big box stores.

I love this little hardware store. Has a very Home Town country feeling. It offers a very wide variety of items that you would find in a hardware store. I love their seasonal Department. This evening there was even a Santa in there that was taking pictures with people's pets. I am very happy that this hardware store is still around. This place is one of Adams County's best kept secrets.

We shop here all the time because everyone that works there will do there best to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. they go out of there way to make you a Happy customer..We had a problem with a paint issue from another Ace Store who was very nasty to my sister and they corrected and helped her out..They just earned another new customer..I give them the highest star rate out there

Very nice, they have a lot of stuff. A bit pricier than the stores in Hanover, but if you live in the area it's a lot more convenient. Registers can move a bit slow though. They're not closed on Sundays, which is also very nice.

This has become my "go to" hardware store and I live in southern York County so I am not close. They always have what I need and its a dangerous place to walk around as I find many things that I did not need but I wanted anyway. Thanks for a great store.

A beautiful store with excellent plants/greenery as well. But their lack of care and concern for employees and customers related to COVID safety is deplorable. Shameful practices, missing or incorrectly worn masks abound. Err on the side of caution and shop elsewhere until there is a vaccine, because this store isn't doing what it needs to do.

Each time I visit Cashman's, their staff always inquires about what I am working on, what do I need etc. and they either walk me to the product or tell me precisely where it is. I have described the strangest repairs about my father's estate to these gentlemen and with a sixth sense, they automagically know what I need to get the job done the first time. It's ludicrous how much time they have saved me from researching things on my own. Many times they will make recommendations based on years of customer feedback or personal experience with specific products. If you hold your breath for that level of service at Lowe's or Home Depot, you would suffocate. I will truly miss the multitudes of wisdom and customer service from these gentleman. They kick more a$$ than Chuck Norris...

Staff at Cashman's are always available to help me with my questions about hardware and tips for lawn care. Ive purchased my battery powered mower and it has been easy lawn mowing Summer season using it. Garden center has been large variety of plants,(mums galore), planters, and 1" fairie/ goblin figurines. Hardware,to battery ran lawnmowers.

The staff at Cashman's is great! I purchased a Weber grill from them and didn't tie it down very good. On the way to its new home it fell over and broke a few pieces. Rick went above and beyond to get me fixed up. now my brother will have a complete wedding gift. Thanks Rick!!!

A few weeks ago, I was at Cashman's picking up some Benjamin Moore paint. After I made the transaction, I was heading to my car when I dropped the quart of paint that I had purchased. Paint went everywhere: on me; on my car; and on the parking lot.Several minutes later, several of the store employees came over, helped clean up the car, and helped clean up the parking lot. I went into the store to clean myself up, and by the time I was done, they had made another quart of the paint that I had dropped. I would have been glad to pay for it as it was my fault. They insisted they give it to me for free.That's service and customer care beyond the expected.I'll be going back.
