A quaint neighborhood grocery store with very personable employees who treat their customers as family. It may be a small store but actually has a variety of fresh and delicious produce, meats, and desserts.A nice place to shop.

They basically have everything to go into the supermarket to get. They have cold cuts on sale quite often. They do have Thompson hot dogs and Amoroso rolls witch is a plus. They are fresh vegetables and a large selection of meat. Best in Sullivan county Pennsylvania

For the Size of the town a great selection of product as well as coupons available. The staff is more than helpful and helping me find what I needed I'm not from the area but I was greatly appreciative of their help.

Convenient, has all the essentials you might need. I found the store small but very well stocked for its size.

Hurley's IGA has been here in Dushore since I was a kid (and was called Super Duper). It's always been the go to grocery store for people living in this part of Sullivan County. Sometimes the prices seem a little high and it doesn't have the same selection as the big chain stores, but it's always been a good place to shop.

Many choices. Panera soup, great rolls and desserts. Great! What was the name of the pizza in the bologna and hot dog section. White box with red letters. Is it a local pizza?

Lots of stuff to choose from but employees are too busy with each other to see if you need help. Prices are decent. Cashier seemed like she doesn't want to be there and when I said thank you, I had to say it 3 times before I got and eye roll and then a "yeah".

Quaint grocery store with a nice variety of items

This market is where all of the produce that's just about to turn moldy is sent. The staff is pleasant enough - need to train the high school kids on courtesy, a bit better. The County needs quality foods at reasonable prices, and this store falls quite a bit short. Then, there's the "You're In The Hood" music where the demographics is predominantly older. Ugh.

Wonderful little shop, there is not a large variety of things it's a very small grocery store for a tiny town. You won't find organic options or new fancy stuff here, it's basically essentials and some extras. Clean, with friendly employees.

It's the only grocery store in Dushore. Staff is always pleasant. Selection of products is limited by the size of the store.

Love shopping here. Everyone very helpful and friendly. I like that you don't have a rewards card to get sale prices

I’m travelling through rural Pa for the next few weeks and this place is a gem. They have vegan options like tofu, kimchi, and kombucha. They take food stamps!

Incredibly high prices, only stop here in an emergency. Large bottles of Heinz ketchup are $8, the dollar store next door has them for $5.50. Large containers of Folgers coffee are $12, dollar store sells them for $6. Cans of tuna are $2, dollar store sells them for $1. Instead of buying produce from local farmers, it's usually product of Chile or Peru or California. The produce prices are so high that most of it sits on the shelf until it spoils. The meat prices are not awful though, so there is that. If it is hunting season, opening week of trout season, or a holiday that brings in folks from out of town, they jack thebprices up incredibly high and hurt the local people. We drive 35 minutes to Weis in Hughesville to do our shopping. If you are coming up here to hunt or fish, bring your own food with you or just do all your shopping at the dollar store.

Pros: not dushore marketFacts: I only shop here if it's an emergency. Coming from a place where we've got tons of grocery stores to drive down prices, the prices that Hurley's charges are kind of criminal. I realize that the owner has to make a profit, but not at the expense of the community he makes his livelihood from. This place has gotten increasingly touristy and therefor the prices have gone up, and I know locals who now refuse to do their shopping here. If prices could be lowered, that loss would be offset by people bringing their shopping back into this county. And would it KILL this place to put in a bathroom?Besides, the produce selection (no fresh herbs?) is really sad. Both of these two stars are only meant for Joan and Christine, otherwise, it's a zero star review.

Very good food. Small space so it was a little noisy. Will be back to sample more of the menu.

I've always had a good experience shopping here. All the employees have been friendly. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is because my mom was disrespected by someone and treated bad .

The people are great. Otherwise it is the typical small town rural grocery store. You can't always find what you need like you can in bigger city stores.

For a small town grocery store they had some things I didn't expect like fresh ginger root, kevita kombucha, and bolthouse farms products.

I understand the store has been around for years, but some improvements needs to be made, like the floor sinks in near the bread aisle and the smell when you first enter the store is horrible.

Prices are set too high. I shop elsewhere. I had to really use the bathroom one time, and was told I needed to go across the street. What kind of grocery store doesn't offer a public restroom?

People here are nice, but they definitely take advantage on pricing that your not near a Wal-Mart....
