Food is 50/50. It's either fresh or old. The drive-thru is way too slow. It's closest to my home. The people who work there seem pretty friendly but it is very slow to be a fast food restaurant and if you're waiting that long, you would definitely expect your food to always be fresh and hot.

Service here is hit or miss. Generally speaking the staff are nice enough, but I consistently have three issues.1. You have a better chance of winning the PA lottery than getting the sauce you requested at the drive thru2. Their prices are inflated due to proximity to Kennywood, which is a hot take considering the park is closed half the year. I’d be less upset if their prices reflected season/demand but it doesn’t. You will consistently pay a few dollars more here than elsewhere. And be prepared to pay cash because their machine works half the time.3. Their soda machine….i don’t know what the deal is, whether the machine is dirty, faulty, or poorly calibrated, but the soda here aint it. The Coca-Cola kind of tastes like it was filtered through a dirty Keurig machine.To put things in perspective, I’m more than willing to drive a half hour out of my way to not go to this McDonalds if that’s what I’m in the mood for and time allows it.

I usually dont go 4 fast food but hunger got the best. Long wait times but this time food was hot and properly cooked. Most of the time u pull up and wait 2 order. Wait to pay then wait on food thats rediculious!

This is TWICE I left there without food. The monkeys who work there can’t seem to find my order yesterday or today. When I showed the monkey at the window my online receipt, she said, “Sir, this is the first time for us to be meeting like this, don’t be rude.” It’s not rude to explain and provide proof. My bank refunded it and made right what these jackoffs can’t seem to handle. Go to ANY other McDonald’s and you won’t have these issues.

Must be nice being able to open anytime you want. Today was the fourth time in a row that I stopped at this place for breakfast (no earlier than 7:15 a.m.) and despite their signs saying they open at 6:00 a.m., they were not open. To the manager... Take that stupid sign off The front door is saying that you open at 6:00. Y'all open anytime you want 😂This Saturday, stopped there again. "It's getting busy up front, lots of people." "Well I ain't going up there I'm staying here."23 minutes to get my sandwich. Large fry was only about 1/3 full. 17 minutes to get my drink. Several customers just walked out, not sure if they paid for their order. What a complete disaster, this one is almost as bad as the one in Wilkinsburg!OH! Forgot to add... When I was sitting in the parking lot eating, I had no fewer than four meals brought out to me and I could have just taken everybody's food. They do not check who ordered what. They just handed out to whoever is there. If you want free food just go sit in the parking lot for a while and somebody will bring you out something eventually!

6/21/21. Service is worse after remodel. 2 order lanes, 3 windows. 5 min for car ahead to order, 9 min to place our order, 14 min to pay, 19 min to get food. Waiting for hashbrowns after all this time....They can't use dbl order lanes, my order showed on other menu screen. Then they originally had bagel sandwiches when I asked for biscuits.Again, poor service is hurting this company.NOT prices, not menu, SERVICE.Very run-down. Owned by same group that manages Waterfront, Homestead. Ordering sign at drive-thir has not worked for almost 2yrs. They are VERY slow, vot in line at 11.38a, ordered at 11.44a, paid at 11.51a, got food 11.56a.While waiting in line, crew exited and left rear door open, a MAJOR security issue when i worked as a manager in Wexford.No text on Arches sign for over a year. Plus 1/4 of the exterior lights don't work.

This McDonalds literally just makes things up. I was told tonight that they are only accepting card and not cash. No, I did not say that backwards. Cards only, no cash. I said “what? That doesn’t even make sense”. The guy literally had no reasoning and I had exact change. Make it make sense McDonalds! I’ve also been told they were closed in the past while 6 people sat outside smoking at 7pm at night. They just shooed me away. Ya’ll I literally can’t!! 😂😂😂

They are closed at 9:30pm because they are “short-staffed.” I saw at least two employees inside. I was told they were closed, and given an excuse that it’s not 24 hours. The next person in line got a different excuse. The next three people in-line were ignored entirely. The young man didn’t seem to mind - he said his job is “pretty easy”.Third McDonald’s in Pittsburgh not open during their business hours tonight. Two of them short staffed 6 minutes away from each other. If one was shutdown we might have enough employees for one operational McDonald’s in this town. Poor management all around.

This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at McDonald’s. I’m sure there was a staffing issue because that is the world that we live in today and I am completely understanding of that. I waited in the drive-through with my six-year-old to get her a happy meal. I ordered two barbecue sauces for my daughter and a sandwich for myself, which I asked to be well done because I get nervous about chicken. I pay for my food I get to the second window the manager hands me my drink without a straw my daughters milk, her happy meal and my bag of food. I asked him for the sauces and he proceeds to tell me that they’re already in the bag however, they are not in the bag. I tell him that I asked for two sauces and to please provide me with the sauces that I paid for and he told me that he will give me the one sauce that comes with the happy meal, but the person in the checkout did not ring me up for the extra sauce. I understand that, so I offered to pay for additional sauces, and he told me that I was not allowed to pay for a sauce at that window . I very kindly told him that I would pull into a spot and come in and buy the sauces straight to his face. I get to the door and it’s locked. I was going to have to wait in the drive-through for another 20 minutes to get a straw, the extra sauce, and any napkins because no napkins came with my food. No straw came with my drink. My chicken sandwich was raw and my french fries were cold. The manager is the person that was at the front window and he was atrocious and rude. I will not be returning to that McDonald’s.

The girl gave me a bag and they forgot my 20 nuggets. I had to get out of the car and walk back to the window to tell them because there was no button to push and there was no one at the 2nd window to tell. Luckily I checked the bag before I pulled away BUT had no way of letting them know. Then waited almost 20 minutes at which time I called the number on my receipt and told them that I was still waiting at the second window for my missing nuggets. I waited a half hour from the time that I paid until I was able to leave.

I placed an order inside the restaurant at 3:40 p.m. for a double cheeseburger, 6 piece nugget, med fries, and 2 small sweet teas. I received my order at 3:54 p.m. being the only one in line. The burger and nuggets were fine, but the fries were so old and overcooked that they were hard and crunchy. I had to wait another 10 minutes for fresh fries that were hot and hard. This is my first and last time visiting this location.

"Accepting cash only" because you lazy workers don't want to make orders. It's 2024 who even carries cash! Everytime it's disappointment with this so called establishment. Should have just been torn down and left down!Not 24hrs closes at 9 even if you are in the drive thru. Always running out of food. Ice cream machine always broken(how at a recently redone store is beyond me). The absolute worst McDonald's in Pittsburgh even more so than the Wilkinsburg location. 10/10 will not return.

We went through the drive thru. The young lady was rushing us and very rude. Ultimately, we did not even finish ordering. Before we even finished speaking, I mean mid-sentence, she would bark out "OK, is that all for you now?". Needless to say, we gave up and went elsewhere. We had 4 people in the car and left with an order of nuggets and fries because the kids were hungry. When we got the the window to get the food we were informed it was cash only. That would have been nice info to have ahead of time. She handed too food out and shut the window as quickly as possibly. Not even a "thank you" or "have a nice evening ". No salt in the fries at all. Awful experience.
