This is one of the worse family dollars... THE STORE IS NEVER OPENED! It would have been better if there was a dollar general there instead, Because they get more business... The only store near me, now I have to travel to go to Dollar general. What was the point of corporate putting all that money into the store if it was never going to be open????? I guess they like wasting money

The store very opens on time, i literally watched a Redbull truck sit outside waiting for employees to receive their intake and nobody even showed up we smoked 2 cigarettes and nobody showed up a half hr after they we’re supposed to open they take random days off like people don’t have kids and babies that need things from their store!!!!! They need to be shutdown for real

Corporate spent a ton of money to redo the store. The aisles are always cluttered. The store does not keep regular hours. Either new management or recurring spot checks from HQ might save the investment.

Drivers, Enter the back of the building on the Grant St side ansd be very patient it is tight as hell, going to have to drive right into the trees hanging down and nearly kiss the concrete wall on the driver side to avoid hitting the building on the passenger side.Good luck.

My 14 yr old daughter was made to leave her bag with brand new shirts from city trends at the front counter. Well while they was worried about her maybe stealing something they allowed someone to rob my daughter of her things on their counter. And is anyone answering my calls. Of course not.

It's a good store but the manager is not great at all...she belittles her employees and have heard her disrespect ppl in her store...she has an attitude and should not be in charge of a place that has ppl coming in and out with her disrespectful attitude towards anyone...she is also never around when needed it took a few times of asking for her to even have her come out from the back just to be rude....the employees are nice but I only see one worker cleaning when they are there...I have not seen anyone else clean in the place while I'm there off and on but this one worker...this is also a problem definitely in this corona filled day of age..cleaning should be done more then once a day to avoid ppl getting sick but nothing ever really looks clean unless the one worker I've seen cleaning is there...it's horrible to know companies hire management that work like this and treat ppl with no respect unless it's thier family...

First the store during busy hours never has two cashiers. Its always one cashier so you endure a longer wait then usual. Then most times aisles are blocked by buggies or uboats that you cant get around. It seems this place alwaus has overturn of management. The current one is not a people person and he shouldnt work with the public.

They need more stuff in there to choose from. Its always the same stuff !! It's boring to shop there. No selection.Now I like the manager he's great. Finally a decent manager.

Great variety good customer service by there is one worker there he y’all and white and he scares me because he gives me this look and kept pacing back and fourth like I was doing something but beside that everything thier is amazing

Very poor customer service , the manager sat there on her phone while waiting on me , then proceeded to charge me for the wrong products. On multiple occasions i have had several different issues there and can honestly say that i WILL NOT be returning
