This pharmacy is such a blessing. After my mother had a massive heart attack my older sister and I were left trying to figure out what to give my mother and when. We are two women with advanced degrees and we still were nervous and frightened we didn’t have her meds corrects. We were at that time using a national pharmacy chain. With changes in her medicine they were still filling her old medicines and then filling her new medicines. It was so confusing. A neighbor suggested giving DePietros her medicine list. With in a day, DePietros had figured out her correct medicines and packaged them with LABELS that said morning and evening. What a relief. They also charged her so much less than what the national chain was charging her..one thing was they eliminated the old medicines. The monthly box comes with a packet that lists her current meds, so when we go to a doctors office or any specialist appointment we just hand the list to the nurse..what a great benefit! They even deliver! The same wonderful man (Bill) comes each month and pays us a visit with her new box of prepackaged and labeled meds. We LOVE DePietros Pharmacy!!!

First time here and so delightfully surprised with the quality and speed of their service!!! It took me a 5 minute drive from my daughter's Dr.'s office and when I got there they were working on the medication! They even asked me which flavor I would like to cover the taste...and to our surprise, they left several gifts for her in the bag. While you see few, if any, pharmacy technicians at other drugstores, this one had so many people working...there must be a reason. Very satisfied with the service received, definitely it will be our new pharmacy...kudos!!!

DePietro’s Pharmacy is the best pharmacy around! The pharmacy staff is fantastic, knowledgeable and professional. I have never had a bad experience there. Recently, I was having issues with my asthma and was out of refills. They contacted my doctor’s office to have the refills sent as opposed to asking me to contact the dr’s office myself for the refills. It’s the little things in life that matter especially when your are sick. Thank you so much for all your help. You are appreciated!

so surprised to read few positive reviews.on 11/15 I was told the prescription ready exactly as I requested for my father. I was even offered delivery, but I told I'll pick it up. today my dad go there to pick up it was not even ready. He is being told they even don't have a script. i call them and now they are saying they have a script but they just have not fill it up. SUCH BIG LIARS. My parents have language barrier so to make it easy i always stay on calls with them to make sure they have needed info. staff was not even ready t o talk. they felt bother when they thought i will be confronting them. we have been using this pharmacy for years and this is not the first instance that we had.

DO NOT Recommend This Place To Anyone Disrespectful Clueless Staff And VERY Disrespectful Owner That Think He’s Better Than Everyone Else, He Distributes Out Wrong Prescriptions To Elderly People With Serious Health Issues, Then When you Come Back In to Address him Of The Problem That THEY Made He Screams Very Disrespectfully, Throw You Out, And Tells You To Never Come back instead of Just fixing the issue?? Stay Away From This Place And Take Your Business Somewhere Else! I wouldn’t even give them one star if possible! Truly disgusting People.

I love this pharmacy. I've been going here over 2 years now. They're always polite, courteous, respectful, and they are always quick to serve you. I live in Ransom, PA and my doctor is located in Taylor, PA. I'd rather go out of my way to get my prescriptions then to go to any other pharmacy. You guys are the best! Keep up the great work!

What a great place to shop for your medical needs and get your covid-19 shots. My mother and sister got their three shots there and told me of their experience which was highly rated so I will be going there with my mother to get my fourth shot. While there they took the time to go out to a truck and give an elderly lady her covid-19 shot so she didn't have to walk in the rain as she was very elderly. Excellent and friendly workers which in these days is indispensable.

I have nothing but positive things to say about DePietro's Pharmacy. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always make you feel welcome, even addressing me by name when I walk in. They go the extra mile by providing information when needed, finding the lowest prices for medications, and anticipating refills before they are due. They will even contact my doctor for me! And it's super easy to request refills and other information by phone, their website and with their app. A fantastic hometown pharmacy. Definitely recommend!

Great pharmacy!! I've been coming here since Costas in Dickson City closed. The staff is very pleasant and professional. The owner is Always there and very nice not just to his customers but his employees seem to really like him. In my opinion, how an employer treats their employees is as important as how they treat the customer. Overall, I'm very happy I decided to try them before anyone else.

A truly outstanding group of medical providers. The entire staff is people oriented. They are all there to provide you with the best possible service they can. Any pharmaceutical need is taken care of to the best of their ability. Every employee is there to , and will, help to meet your needs. They are truly people and community oriented. The pharmacists are all top quality, knowledgeable , friendly and helpful : Tom, JJ, Jamie and Michele (these are the ones I have met) form a super team.

Very nice staff. LOVE the pill pack it is such a lifesaver and it doesn't cost any extra. I love that they deliver at no charge either. They are easy to deal with because they are friendly and care about their customers. I recommend them every chance I get.

Staff is always pleasant and efficient. Prescriptions are always ready on time, and if needed staff will call the doctor's office for a refill. Nothing like the personal touch you get at a family pharmacy. So glad we found DePietro's.

DePietro's is the best pharmacy I've ever used. I use the RX2Go app request refills and also to see when my meds have been filled and ready for pickup. I've only had one issue but the conversation was up beat and friendly. A complete explanation was given and with that I was able to correct the issue along with Pharmacist and for that I am grateful.I constantly recommend DePietro's whenever I get a chance to.

I ordered my diabetic supplies on a Thursday to be delivered. They didn't come to the following Tuesday. That was way to long without insulin. I told this to the owner and said I might move to Another pharmacy. He said go and bring your payment up now. He did not care about how long it took to get my script. I used this pharmacy for years, so I couldn't understand the poor treatment. I moved to another pharmacy
