Ordered an e-gift card on March 3 and had contacted and got hung up on and then emailed twice. Finally got an email of my e-gift card today on March 7 - very very unhappy and will find someway to get rid of this so I never have to shop there again

We purchased a couple tables a few months ago. The service was great. But we put them together to use them. One was defective at the start and they both bent after 1 day of use. It Actually collapsed when people were sitting on it. I was so disappointed they were not cheep. I am going to Throw them away after less than one week.

I love Tractor Supply. The Retriever dog food is very well designed nutritionally and is very inexpensive. It's the only food I have been able to find that meets both criteria. The staff consistently treats the customers and each other well and they welcome any leashed pet in the store. The stores are clean and well organized. Customers can usually find good deals in the clearance section, but some items, such as boots, cost more than they do elsewhere.

One of my favorite stores! The manager is so nice and informative. All the employees are nice. And they get you everyone you walk into the doors! And they have baby chicks. I must get things ready to buy new chicks next week.

I entered the store to buy canned cat food. I asked the cashier if they had baskets for shopping and she rudely said no. I got my items & checked out. The cashier was named “Kat”. She had zero personality. She didn’t even say thank you to me after ringing me up. Your store needs to employ people with customer service skills. She clearly doesn’t know how to interact with the public.

Customer service is non existent. I stopped in here two different times today, trying to look at a few pocket knives in the display case at the customer service desk. In both instances, I stood at the customer service desk for 10 minutes. In those 10 minutes, I never once saw an employee. I walked through the store looking for someone to help me, but the only two employees I could find were running the registers at the front of the store, each with multiple people in line. I tried around 3:30pm and again around 6pm. Service is a joke in this store.

Curbside pickup was an easy process. Designated parking spot for curbside pickup was clearly visible and easy accessable. Lightening fast delivery to my car after checking in through the email they sent letting me know my order was ready.

I went there for dog food. They have a good selection. My son tried on a coat while I looked at Christmas decorations. There are various gift items so if your husband goes there then tells you he didn't have time to stop for a gift, give him a lump of coal!!!

I am saddened by the staff at store #707 I had special ordered some kicken chicken for my flock and they can't seem to keep it in stock so I special ordered three bottles for myself. They gave me a rain ck on 8/23 and I still have not heard a word from Your store.

I was there for black Friday. They only had 2 cash registers open. They were very slow. They had to get a girl who was not working there yet to help them get the sensors off. The poor girl was trying to shop. The deals were worth it though.

Went there for tape and salt licks. A very nice clerk helped me find both items, even if they didn't have the exact tape I was looking for.

I get my feed here for my goat and chickens, they always get new stuff in, i love when they do chick days in the spring, and typically have everything I have ever needed for farm use, and they run sales on merchandise very often.

The employees could care less about helping the customer in a timely fashion. They ignore you and act like you don't exist. Prices too high, clutter all over the store. Very poor experience.

We took back a Cub cadet gas weed eater that was leaking oil and they are going to order another one. Hopefully this one won't leak oil. No questions asked. Great service!

I was an avid TSC supporter and still am, at my home store. This place, however, is an absolute joke. The manager, Dianne, is horrendous. She bold faced lied to her corporate office about an issue that I had in her store. I purchased a shielding gas bottle that was supposed to be new from here, and she was mad that she had to match another local company for the EXACT same product. After paying for it and loading up my other purchases she claimed to not have ne in stock. Gave me an empty (supposedly new bottle) and refunded the difference of the tank fill and sent me on my way to the competitor. I arrive and the welding supply store across town and they inform me that they cannot fill the bottle because it was dated from 2005. The tanks are only good for 10 years! She knows this since she fills propane tanks on a daily basis, and even tried telling me that she didn't know about the laws on high pressure tanks. She agreed to refund the tank recertification ($20) but refuse to acknowledge the fact that she sold me a USED bottle that I could have purchased for $100 less at the same competitor that she matched originally. Now I am out $120 that I should not have been. I called corporate customer service and they inform me that they cannot override the local stores decision. If that's the case then why do they exist to begin with!? The CSR from customer service offered me a $50 gift certificate for my troubles, but NOT THE $120 they actually owe me! Talk about a slap in the face! This place is one of the most corrupt places to shop in the Altoona area. I for one will never give these people another dime of mine. And for reference, I do not leave bad reviews but this is a special circumstance. And as for the store and the manager, there are about 4 state level agencies now looking into your books and record keeping of HAZMAT. Enjoy and best of luck!

If I could give it no stars for online shopping I would, I ordered two quads on the 13th said delivery for the 19th,to track it today and now says the 24th??? R u kidding me a day before Xmas and what if they don't get delivered that day I'm screwed those were my two boys major present smh will never spend a penny there again

They have a little bit if everything. Seems as though they could keep their shelves stocked better though on certain things. The one in Altoona is not very good with keeping stock on the shelves.

It is a tractor supply, so it should have what you need. They are usually understaffed if it is busy, but depending on what your looking for, this may be the only place that offers it in the immediate area. They have live stock feed, seasonal decorations, chicks in the spring and sometimes the fall. I purchased a few of my chicks there as an impulse. If you wait till end of season you can usually get them pretty cheap too. I donreally enjoy thier livestlk and puktry swap, there are always good locals there willing to socalize and proud of what they have to offer.

Walked around for 10 min trying to find someone who worked there before finally just going to ask the cashier for help... Who basically told me they dont sell what I'm looking for and no one does (which is Rediculous because i bought it elsewhere) found the other thing i needed and went on my way

The one in Huntington,Pa the woman was very helpful.. well shop there again for sure..I got stuff for my goats the woman had goats to and she was nice to me and very helpful she deserves a raze...thank you very much.

I always enjoy going to Tractor Supply always find a new item that I didn't know exist always find a good sale item and the people here are just so nice and so knowledgeable and always make sure I pick up a treat from My dogs

Customer service is alive and well at Tractor Supply!Recently, I posted a negative review of the Duncansville, PA Tractor Supply. I have since removed the review and here's why. After posting the review to Google, I forwarded a copy to Tractor Supply's corporate office. I quickly received a response from a Customer Solutions Dept team member at Tractor Supply. They assured me that my experience at their store was not in compliance with their standards and would be addressed quickly. Shortly after that, Tractor Supply's District Manager contacted me. A list of actions taken to remedy the problem was spelled out. Perfect!In a world where customer service and basic respect for one another seem to be disappearing at an alarming rate, I find it very refreshing to encounter Tractor Supply's "old fashioned" approach to doing business!
