Very cute store, filled with toys, treats, and necessities. They don’t allow pictures, but trust me - it worth a stop. We got an egg-like toy for our dog ($24) and he loves chasing it around in the yard

I have always loved shopping at Poochey Chef. The staff is so kind. Tonight I called them to ask what kind of lounge chair they have on display from Park Home Furniture after having no luck while doing my own research. The woman I talked to on the phone was so friendly. She even went above and beyond to give me the style names and numbers for the furniture they have on display. Great service experiences these days are few and far between, but you can ALWAYS count on Poochey Chef staff to be helpful and kind to both people and four-legged friends! Would recommend PC to everyone I know! :)

This place is absolutely incredible. We are so fortunate to have such a shop here in Blair County. Chris and John and their wonderful team love on all the pups like they are their own! Best place for pups (and cats!) in the area by far! If you care what your pup is eating, this is where you need to be buying their treats! The best selection of soft and hard treats in tone of flavors and kinds, but also so much other merchandise such as toys, harnesses, chew toys, etc. If you haven’t been, go!

Great people, awesome dog food. You can take your dogs here for fun photos and they have the cutest backdrops. There’s a birthday room for your pets special day, and some fantastic treats! There’s cat stuff there too!

Such a great place! Everyone who works here are always so warm and welcoming. Sometimes I take my dogs in to walk around, and even if I didn’t really need anything, I end up finding something new. Clearly a shop for dogs by people who love dogs!! Support this local business!!!

The last owner never fully painted the other half of the blue/white panel above the front door. OCD me has struggled with the sight for almost 2 years!!!! Finally, under the new owners they painted the panel black. My eyes can finally rest!Also dogs are cool!

An absolutely excellent visit every time I take my Franklin in to Poochey Chef! Franklin, my French Bulldog goes in there and always has the greatest time shopping and playing with the owners John and Chris and they love him back! He just loves all the tons of different treats he gets to choose from. And there are always some kind of really cool new toys for him or some kind of new bowl or gadget that I can purchase for him. And their prices are really good and comparable. They have never charged a different amount on anything since I've been taking Franklin there as a pup. I am always a strong supporter of my local independent stores and we really enjoy going there. The store is always clean and I never have to worry about Franklin getting into anything that he shouldn't. John and Chris are so nice and welcoming to me, Franklin, and every other customer I see in there. They really make me like we are old friends. I highly recommend them to every pet owner that I talk to!

Poochey Chef is amazing. The owners are great and you can tell they love what they do. The store has a nice variety of treats to choose from along with 'special treats' for celebrating that special occasion in your pups life. They also sell a variety of other merchandise.

Highly recommended! Poochey Chef is the best. We are regulars and ALWAYS will be. My dog loves their homemade treats and birthday cakes. He loves his trips to Poochey Chef, and I also enjoy going. Chris loves to see and takes care of every doggie that comes through her door. I can’t say enough nice things about her. She really cares about you and your pet and wants to make her customers happy. She puts a lot of effort and work into her store. My boy Marlo loves her and I enjoy a wonderful friendship that I’ve made with her too. We have been a customer for a year now. I wish I would’ve known about Poochey Chef a long time ago!

I own a dog daycare in the same town as this shop and we are constantly having birthday parties catered by Chris - the pupcakes are always fresh and ADORABLE. She even caters to dogs with allergies and sensitivities. A truly caring lady with a genius, creative mind!

My dogs and I love Chris and Poocheychef! She spoils our dogs by making delicious treats and special birthday cakes. I’ve referred so many people to her shop and they love it as well. Chris and her husband have always been so welcoming and generous anytime I’ve gone into Poocheychef. You can tell they both have such compassion for animals and it shows just in the store alone. We need more business owners like them that show they truly care about their customers.

This is my favorite pet shop. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Price are reasonable. they welcome any type of dog. I have a very friendly pittbull and he is always welcomed in with big smiles. My dog is on a grain free diet and they are one of bthe only place in the area that have grain free treats that you don't play a crazy amount for treats and they are homeade and he loves them. They always take pictures of you dog and put it in there site because they are so happy your pet was there. I can't recommend this place enough.

I have been to Poochey Chef a handful of times. I love it there, they have everything your pooch could ever want :-) They take my pups picture at no charge everytime we come in! I highly recommend them A+++++
