The loose russet potatoes are poor quality. Checked a couple days ago, and came back today and was as bad. Sprouts are fine. Caved in black or white sections are not.

This is a great neat and clean grocery store. I love how you can get points and use them on gas which saves you a whole lot. The prices can be a tiny bit high but what place doesn't have that? They do price match and you can use double coupons. There are plenty of ways you can save if you know how to do it. I love the employees at this store and if you need help to your car don't hesitate to ask someone. If your in the neighborhood or you have a Martin's where you live stop in and check it out. They have alot going on that eye appealing and it's a great place to shop.

Martin's is a very clean and organized store where you can find some of the best deals on groceries if you know what to look for. I recommend shopping there but stay clear of their outdated self checkout! The woman that helped us was so nice and understanding but she had to keep coming over to our checkout station way too often. This system reminds me of Walmart's old system that if anyone used that one knows what I'm talking about. Yells at you constantly to take something off of bagging only to yell at you to put it back on. I'm sorry but I don't need that much hassle from checking out Martin's. Please take a page to Walmart's playbook. From the fancy robot you got wondering around blocking customers you can afford a bit of an upgrade.

My cashier, Brian(or Bryan), was a such a nice kid! I had a really big order, split for two purchases since I was buying for my mom as well. It didn't phase him, he was so polite and engaging! Wonderful asset in today's world!!! Thumbs up, this kid's going places!

I can never seem to get all the deals that the flyer advertised. I usually have to go to the service desk to get my gas points. Just last night I had to stop because the gift card I bought was to give x12 gas points. Of course I didn't get them. Then I went to the service desk they were to add them on but didn't appear yet. I went to the car and looked at my receipt. The soda was buy 3 get 3 free. Of course I didn't get that either. I had to go back into the store to find out why. The person at the desk was nice. But....This takes so much time just to make sure you get the deals that are to be given. Once in a while the 1st items that I purchase is changed to me twice.

Everything is priced so high. I had a long day today and at the end of the evening still had to go shopping for a pretty big order. My cart was full and I got to the checkout only to discover there were no cashiers available. I had to check out an entire cart myself and there were many glitches in their self checkout system that held me up. I furthermore asked the person who was watching the self checkouts for a store card to scan and was none too cheerfully informed they don’t have those anymore. Never again. Thankfully there are other options right down the road from them. They have lost my business for good.

I'm not really a fan of Martin's because of their high prices but I always come here for Birthday and Anniversary flowers for my wife. They have the best selection around. Martins also has a pretty good bakery.

Convenient location to where I was staying. I stopped by their deli for a quick and easy lunch. The turkey sub was better than I expected. I didn't see packets of mayo or mustard, but I bought a small bottle as I made my way to get a small jar of pickles to round out the meal. The deli and hot food bar were otherwise clean and well maintained, as was the store. I used my "Giant" card because I knew they were connected and got a few points to use on my next gas purchase.

Love this Location. Very accommodating and accepting as I've visited with my mask on (Halloween and on occasion) and my music playing lol. But yes a very pleasant shopping experience every time!

The cashier was sick, he was blowing and wiping his nose while he was ringing up the items. Three days later and now I have the sniffles. It was obvious he was sick, management should have sent him home.

It is a grocery store. Our cashier and bagger were both nice. Decent selection of wine and beer. Pricing is a bit more than I'm used to. One thing I couldn't find was unsweetened tea in the cold tea area....had diet, many sweet flavors, peach and orange tea. Eventually found some in the room temp tea section...odd to me.Donut selection was very limited but being Sat night I think had most to do with it. It's an ok store.

Store was nice enough and well stocked as I'm one who doesn't frequent Martin's grocery stores as there are none where we live. Only downfall of the visit was the older lady monitoring the self check out area came across a bit on the crotchety side. Maybe she was just having a bad day or maybe that's her daily demeanor..?!?

Large and varied product selection. Good floral section. Wonderful array of organic and natural items. Produce is always fresh. The only negative is, the restrooms could be cleaner. Overall, great supermarket, though.

Noticed another reviewer commented on this... how many times sale item's and "buy one get one free" items when purchased do NOT have the same price taken off when scanned and you have to wait at customer service to have the discount applied... odd isn't it! Would be nice to have a more decent selection of fruits and vegetables that are always fresh. Frequently wilted and old vegetables, fruit and herbs. Not to mention better choices of fish. Store is convenient for close location. If it wasn't 1.5 hours round trip from here to Wegmans and Trader Joe's in State College much less would be purchased at Martin's!

I shop at this Martins frequently and never have a bad experience until recently. I buy rotisserie chicken a lot and last week I went to buy one and they were all burned! I told one of the deli workers and she acted like I was bothering her. She ended up throwing 3 of them away and putting out a few that were a little less burned. I then went there tonight and the same thing. Burned rotisserie chicken. I ended up buying one because i needed it for a quick dinner for me and my son. Bad move. It was dry and half of it wasn't usable. I showed the chicken to one of the front end managers before I left the store and she said that she would tell the store manager. I really hope that they do something to correct this or I will be shopping somewhere else because I buy these chickens often! 😡

This place was nice at one time. rotisserie chicken is awful it is like rubber. The prices have gotten too high I can go to small mom and pop stores get better produce for 3/4 of the price amongst other things. If you need to use the restroom run don't walk to the convenience store across the road. They are some of the grossest I've ever scene and not just on occasion all of the time. This place is just bad.

Rude employees. I understand that not everyone likes to say hello. But this one employee was snarky at me for going into one of the self check outs when it was closed. I noticed it was closed when I placed my items down. Then when I went to her checkout she continued to be snarky with me. She didn't say hello or anything and when I put my card in the reader sage threw her hands up at me. She didn't say goodbye to me. Then the next person in line she had a nice hello for him. Not sure why she had out for me. All I did was accidently put my items down at a closed self checkout.

I do NOT like shopping with a mechanical robot following me around the store. I understand they want an updated security system but it's down right creepy to have a robot roll up to you while you are shopping and just stand there for several seconds looking at you. Good way to run customers off. It doesn't make me feel safe to shop there, it's just creepy.

I had to ask 3 different workers, one was even a manager, to find fruit pectin. Each told me a different aisle to go to. I couldn't find it. When I came back and said I couldn't find it they told me they must be out. No! Actually have some customer service and walk a customer to where you think it is. Heck, even Walmart employees do this. This is also the same week where another employee was rude to me. It's sad to see this place go down hill.
