Great place for a break. Truck parking, cat scale. Clean place. Friendly customer service. The kitchen is open 24/7. You can order fresh hot meals while you wait... day or night, not like at the Pilot or T/A.

I like it. The parking lot is clean, the inside is clean, the store has a good selection of groceries, and the fries and burgers are delicious. The staff is friendly.

Thought I'd give Rutters I try for my morning bagel. Ordered and everything bagel, just like I do at their competitor Sheetz, first off they're everything bagel is far from everything. It has sesame seeds on and burnt sesame seeds. And that's about all you can see. The taste is terrible. Their cream cheese they use is terrible. I would never get this again. At least with Sheetz you can see the poppy seeds, the onion, everything... as it's intended. Then I went to their soda machine to get a Coca-Cola, apparently their Coca-Cola doesn't work. What a terrible way to start the day. Won't be returning that's for sure.

It is clean, much cleaner than most rutters.The woman at the cash register was very friendly and polite to customers. Wish I had caught her name.Unfortunately the staff making food were the exact opposite.5 staff only one doing any work. Took ten minutes to get simple orders.The rest just standing around making fun of customers.I overheard rude comments about customers physical and ethnic appearances.Because of their lack of work ethic and their comments towards customers. It should only get one starBut the register staff and cleanliness lets it get another star

First things first, there is a beer cave! Plenty of parking for trucks, the pumps offer flex fuel if your vehicle can use it you'll save 40 cents a gallon, the bathrooms are spotless and everything else inside is new, roomy, clean, and spaced out with plenty of area for walking and not bumping into things or people.

A wonderful gas station! Rutters is always clean and the staff are friendly. The fresh food is delicious, and they also have amazing slushies. They also have great prices on gas and other items. I would recommend stopping here for gas or on your next road trip!

I had never been to a Rutter's until this visit. Convenience stores for me usually consist of Wawa or Royal Farms. I stopped to use the restroom which I must say was very clean. While I was there I decided to take a look at the menu to grab something while on the road. To my surprise their menu offers quite a selection. And even bigger surprise was the funnel cake fries that they offer. I thought I'd give him a try. They were every bit as good as the funnel cake fries that I have gotten from carnivals or restaurants. The staff was friendly and overall the store was clean. I will certainly add Rutter's to my list of safe bet convenience stores.

DON'T STOP, KEEP DRIVING!!!! WOULDN'T STOP HERE AGAIN AND DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND! Ordered shrimp basket and a pizza, a smoothie and a shake! Was looking forward to this after being on the road all day. Fries weren't cooked, pizza dough was still raw and they didn't bother to cut it, shrimp was oily, roll wasn't even attempted to be warmed. Milkshake wasn't anything special, weird after taste. Smoothie didn't taste like any real fruit they advertise was used. A true waste of $30. I wish we saw that there was a pilot less than a mile away! GRRRR! NEVER AGAIN!

I am so disappointed with this Rutter's. My carpool normally goes to Sheetz but I really enjoy the food that Rutter's offers so when I'm by myself I like to stop there. I won't be doing that anytime soon. I ordered the loaded hash browns with the pulled pork, sour cream, bbq sauce, cheese sauce and was so excited to get home and enjoy my supper and this is what I got.... hash browns, cheese sauce and BBQ sauce... THAT'S IT!!! But they sure didn't "miss" charging me for the sour cream and pulled pork 👎👎😠

Stopped for a quick bite on way home. Order took 20 min to get done, simple sub and some mozzy sticks. Gas pumps are covered in cobwebs and bugs. Hopefully just a off day but dang.

Was at this Rutters last week. 2 coworkers and I pumped about $2,000 worth of diesel fuel between the 3 of us. Went in to get our receipt and coffee. Asked the cashier if we get the coffee free with the purchase of our $2,000 worth of diesel fuel. She made it very clear, NO!!!! Rutters does NOT offer free coffee with the purchase of diesel fuel.Told her Rutters is pathetic, will NOT ever go to another Rutters again, nor will I ever recommend anyone else to go. I’ll run out of fuel before I ever return to another Rutters!!!There’s a Pilot right across the street from this pathetic place. EVERYONE…GO TO THE PILOT!!!!

The food was really good. The girls could talk less while they're preparing the food. (I don't mind employees talking but not when it stops them from doing what they're supposed to be doing.)Parking lot is nice and clean. Plenty of trash receptacles. Nice and clean parking areas. A good amount of room for the trucks.Bathroom has a sign by the door, says push button and bathroom needs attention. Button does not work. Bathroom looks like it gets the minimum attention.Overall this place wasn't bad at all. I've been to others that were much worse. (In general not Rutter's)

I’m giving this Rutter’s a 1-star review due to me getting only 3 dollars back out of 20 for buying two 12oz Red Bulls which should’ve been $5.75. The guy at the register continues to tell me my total is $13 and even if it was $13 I should be getting $7 back. I was not going to cause a scene about it, but I definitely should’ve.

I have been stopping here quite frequently while traveling and this place...while always busy, is so pleasant. The restrooms are always clean, the staff is extremely friendly despite being very busy, the food is well prepared. I wish there was a Rutters closer to home. Definitely 5 stars for the outstanding, smiling, friendly staff!

I'm a truck driver I stop here to use the bathroom and get something to drink at least 2 times a week. Bathroom is pretty clean considering how many people use it and people r nice . If u get here by 7pm a truck driver can most definitely find a place to park

For those who come here between 6am-10am daily, expect to give at least a half hour to receive made-to-order food. Employees are more focused on making breakfast sandwiches to where they ignore all the food and drink orders until the timer on the screen is well in the red. Waited 35 Minutes for just an order of hash browns and a frappe.

All the workers were doing amazing for the huge rush they had. Yes some people waited for forever but they kept working through it. Management did an amazing job with helping out the employees. Amber was super helpful as well as ang and all the employees working. Keep up the great work!!

Gas pumps covered in spiders. Someone will get bit and sue this place. Every day it's absolutely worse they have no pride in keeping the gas pumps safe for customers

Absolutely the worst lunch I’ve had in a long while. Fry’s tasted like cooking oil. Burger was probably cooked a few days before I got there ,the mushrooms uncooked and the entire sandwich was cold before I sat down. Really terrible. They’re only good for a convenience store and gas station. Stay far away from the food.

I am changing my initial review from two months ago. Obviously they have made great strides in improving this store. This is now a great truck stop. Bathrooms are really clean, which is their biggest improvement over last two months. The made - to - order food bar is still S L O W but the wait time has been cut by half, and food quality appears much better....Access to the yard from the from the opposite side of the street is almost impossible. Much better parking available here, than at the Pilot down the street.

First time stopping. Ordered what was advertised as an Angus burger. Not sure what it was but definitely was not Angus beef. Had a light tan color. Not red or dark like real cooked beef. Most likely 70 percent filler. Not stopping again.

Dirty cob webbed pumps, all outdoor products are covered in spider webs, lots of micro trash in the parking lot, but the worse part was how un clean the bathrooms were, tobacco spit, tissues, stained urinals, and trash in the urinals. The store looked decent compared to everything else and the only reason I stopped here is the better access than the competition. I take the tricky access across the street next time.

I don't know why there is so many bad reviews for this store. I made friends while waiting 50 mins for our food. I throughly enjoyed watching the kids making food at a snails pace. Thankfully there wasn't a fire back in the kitchen because two of the kiddos wouldn't have made it! I was weak and gave into being hungry and thought it would be convenient to grab a bite at this rutters. However, even though I'll miss making friends in line, I won't be ordering food at this rutters again. Sheetz alllll day!
