It's an awesome place for food and gift ideas. I like stopping just to get out and look at all the things in the store. It's worth a pit stop for gas and a break from driving. Also the bathrooms are very clean

This place is unreal I paid for a reserved spot, I get here at 9pm and all the free loaders are in them and I have a handicapped wife and that spot is taken also with no HANDICAPPED PLACARD. This place does NOT ENFORE FREELOADERS and now I am stuck with my handicapped wife trying to figure out where to go at 9 pm. Today is January 22nd 2024 at 9 pm.Crete Driver.

A Quiet Place. Has a Big space to back into a parking spot. Shower 5 upside down installed hanger but maybe this way may help avoid people used it overwight.

Need to stop coming here. Had use points to buy a shower, and then when I got in I had to clean someone else's waste off the seat. They wouldn't refund my points afterwards. That's 17 bucks down the drain.Also the lot is often crowded and filthy.

I stopped to get air in my tire and the air pumps didn't work? Went inside to ask and the cashier and she said they are probably broken??? I had to drive around and check all the air pumps where the diesal trucks pull up to and finally found one that worked. This is a Sunday and getting dark out and needed air in my rear tire. I had a very unpleasant experience and will never go back! And the bathrooms were nasty!!

Friendly staff, who put in a solid effort, but it would be impossible to keep this place clean. Lineups for fuel, parking, coffee, subway, showers, washroom, and cash register are a nightmare. You had better plan on being here for at least 30 minutes if you need any of the aforementioned services. Getting into the parking lot is easy. Getting out is tedious at best. I pay for the "enhanced WiFi", but at this location, there is next to no signal anywhere in the parking lot!

Doesn’t carry 93 but advertises “premium grade”. 92 is the best you’ll get here.Increased to 3 stars because the bathrooms are in decent shape and there’s a decent amount of parking available.

Very friendly truck stop with plenty of showers,clean all around,very well keep surroundings. Parking is not huge but perfect for the location where is at.Ill say is like 10 miles north of I-81 and there's another one right next to it with some 40 parking spaces.Drive safe !!!

Two days to clean up after the 12/16/2020 snow storm and this place is an ice rink.Plus lay off the damn water softener Pilot's! It's like taking a slime shower.

With as many truck drivers that are on the road. The one thing that is needed just as much as clean showers. Would be a laundry room with machines that work properly. Plus 2 washers and 4 dryers doesn't make much sense.

Very nice and professional staff. However there are a bunch of inconsiderate truck drivers that parked in paid reserved parking without paying. I reserved a parking spot and when I arrived they were all full, I asked staff to kick out drivers that didn’t pay, and they did, but more drivers took the spots before I could get in one, and I don’t understand why. I reserved a spot for a reason, so I should have gotten what I paid for, but did not. Luckily I was able to call their 800 number to get a refund, but shouldn’t have had to.

Worst one yet. I've been an otr driver for a little over five years, and I've never seen a pilot or flying j this bad. Btw that shower towel wasn't mine so that only tells me whomever cleaned this didn't even walk in there much less disinfect anything. Never again.

12 people waiting for a shower and one hippy cleaning! Two showers dirty and hippy says, I’ll clean’em when I get to them! Did I mention 12 truckers waiting for a shower! Hippy nor the dude behind the counter care! As many people shower here, why do they not care

We’ve gotten gas here many times. The new Ritter’s across the street does have better bathrooms. But just for gas either place is great for me.

Well, when your trailer breaks a wheel bearing, and you need a wratchet strap, they have them. They have much more if you need to keep you on the road.

Literally only use this place for the subway attached. Place is pretty clean but you got your stereotypical workers who don't want to be there. The subway number is the same as the Pilot number. We get told to call in to check if ingredients are available and when we call in to see we get hung up on. I get it's a silly question but don't tell us to call in if the question's not going to get answered.

Had to wait over half an hour for the shower cleaning guy to have a break. Now I know he deserves a break, but can't someone else clean them then?The good news is once he returned, he was able to "thoroughly" clean 5 showers in 8 minutes! 🙄. Yikes!

Decent stop. Parking was full when I got parked by 8pm on a Thursday. Hayley that works inside at the Subway is a charm. Sweet, beautiful and and a pleasure to speak with. I will definitely stop here again.

This location is convenient. They need to get the new coffee bean to cup machines that other locations have. I'd give a 5 stars if they had those machines. Staff is quite pleasant and friendly. Store is quite big inside. Big lot but with limited parking spaces for trucks so if you plan on resetting here, you will want to arrive early to get a parking spot.

Decent parking. Nice size inside. Bathroom only had 2 sinks yet had 4 stalls and 3 urinals...lol. Have to wait in line just to wash hands...Damnit...lol. Otherwise, cashiers were cool. As long as you were continuing on to 15 N bound easy to get into and out of. (Early morning exception of course)
