Went for a blizzard and some food. Ice cream was fine, they skimped out on the caramel though. Limited menu compared to others. Inside seemed not super clean. Ordered a chicken sandwich combo. Chicken looks old and felt slimy, didn’t even risk eating it because it was very clearly not safe to eat.

We LOVE this DQ! It is owned by a local family that is so caring and community involved! The service is high quality and makes each person feel like they are special.Their products live up to the DQ name, and Frank, the owner is always working hard alongside his family and team to make improvements and have fun premade options available for any occasion!They love to keep the community posted on how the business positively affects their family. A great example is that when the community shops local at their store, it gives his grandkids the ability to do things like join dance classes!I'm always happy to support a business that makes me feel like family!

Misunderstanding over the price, led to belittling me and threat of reporting to police, stating it is theft, if I did not pay for the order at full price (even though I had just confirmed the discounted price prior to ordering). Suggestion to the owner, if there is a misunderstanding over the price, maybe just honor the patrons initial confirmed price. Your one time loss would pay off in the future with continued business due to your good service. Instead, this was an awful experience, and we will not be returning. Best of luck to you all.

I arrived at the Dublin Dairy Queen today with my 4 year old SCREAMING in the car because our regular ice cream store was closed and she wanted “magical unicorn” ice cream. I ordered a cotton Candy blizzard and hoped for the best. When we pulling up to the drive thru window, the woman said “who ordered the magical unicorn ice cream?” and topped her blizzard with rainbow sprinkles and a princess ring. It was THE BEST customer service I’ve ever received and totally saved the day. I’m so grateful. Give her a raise!

Waited for 20 minutes because an older blonde lady was talking to the customers in line. About a dozen people in the drive thru were served and the line inside did not move. We ended up walking about because the line never ended up moving.

I usually have a decent experience here! Ice cream is always good and people are friendly. I went tonight and the workers were not very pleasant. The serving size was horrible! Not only that, but the ice cream was way too soft from the soft serve machine! It was very disappointing actually. I usually enjoy it here but I will reconsider!

i went in there with coupons and the guy working had a terrible attitude and told me he did not want to take the coupons so “he didn’t have too” and was rude about it. He did not give an explanation on why i could not use the coupons and i thought it was very rude on how he talked to me.

Store was clean and order was fine. The reason I am giving them 2 stars is because of the man running the place. He blathered on and on about his family going to the casino, kids, etc for nearly 5 minutes before letting his helper take my order. I listened politely to the monolog. Then he starts in about Biden being at the G7 Summit and how he hopes they keep him there. I came for ice cream, not some jerk's political diatribe and socially unaware ramblings.

The food was good, for what it was. I ordered a blizzard, and only 1/3 of it was mixed. I also ordered rotisserie bites. These are served with ranch. The container i was given had only enough ranch for one chicken bite. This restaurant is too laid back and is in dire need of an upgrade!!

Ice cream on a summer day, you can't beat it. I had just finished a long dog walk and was looking to cool off. After ordering something for myself, I found out this is a pet friendly place too. The dog treat was wonderful. Thanks Dairy Queen. Truth be told some of my cone was shared with my fury friend too. Great way to end our walk.

It's good but we had a coupon that came in the mail. When we went to use the coupon, the owner; I believe, stared at us for an uncomfortable amount of time. It was so long that I said are we not allowed to use this coupon here? Then he just gave us the total which I don't believe included the coupon discount anyway.

All we wanted was a post Christmas Day blizzard. We saw that this location was supposedly open until 9pm so we took a drive down only see that it was closed. Dairy Queen was supposed to be the cherry on top to cap off our lovely christmas weekend and instead now we are all disappointed and left without our traditional holiday blizzard. So utterly upset.

Dublin Dairy Queen is my favorite DQ in the area!!!! We recently had a fundraiser for the Greenjackets and they donated a bunch of free cone coupons without hesitation!!! Always willing to help the community . Highly Reccomend

This DQ is out go to for a quick ice cream stop. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Sometimes the blizzards could be mixed more but not a huge issue in my book.

It is a great place to have right in town just to stop off and have a cool frozen treat. We where able to talk to the owner of the Dairy Queen. He is a funny great guy. It is a very busy place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The town loves Dairy Queen.

I forgot how much I love BLIZZARDS! The Wonder Woman Cookie Collision was fantastic! It is so nice to see an ice cream place at the old Cherry Top location! Way to carry on the tradition Dairy Queen 😃🍦🍦❤!

This location is mostly just ice cream. But me and my granpa stopped here for lunch and had chicken sandwiches and chips. Staff was very nice and cheerful. Wil definitely go back.

I recently went to visit a friend in the area, stopped for food then walked across the street to complete my visit.... after being inside for a half hour , they called the police on my Legally parked vehicle and to top it off I was a customer. Very much wondering if they can live up to the brothers keeper ...

Just left and spent 8+ dollars for a peanut butter parfait and a large chocolate cone. The cone looked more like a size between small and medium. Such a rip off. Not sure if DQ corp sizes the cones or if is a local decision but I felt totally ripped off. Probably will go to a different place next time.

The other day I stopped in for a Grasshopper Blizzard. She handed it to me at drive thru and I asked what's this? It was like a light muddy color. She said it will never look like the color on the picture because they mix things all together. WHAT????? REALLY????? And she acted disgusted that I questioned her. Today I got one from Perkasie/Park Ave, DQ. Light green just like in the picture. Last week i went to Souderton and got same - just like on the picture, light green.
