Good Dealership and especially Melanie from the service Dept. Got the truck in same day ,multiple repairs were needed -some warranty /others not . Work was completed on time ,she was upfront and explaining what's to be done and why it's needed , repairs and made sure cost is appropriate. A+

This review is about the service department the ladies at the service department are great to work with always cheerful and nice …….I had work done on my tri axle fixed everything I asked to be fixed they didn’t miss nothing the estimate to the actual bill was only about 600 different and it was for parts no extra for labor or fake shop charges my truck is running better then ever now would highly recommend drums location!!!!!!!!

The folks here know how to treat drivers! I experienced a breakdown and they were so welcoming here. Their service and parts departments are both outstanding with very knowledgeable staff. My dog was also welcomed inside while I wait for the repairs to be completed. Exceptional service here, 5 stars and highly recommended!!

Five star solid my husband and I needed a radiator put in our truck they needed a day they told us about a great comfort Inn not far away we got set up with a uber and we were on our way to relax wile they fixed our truck. We got a trucking discount for our stay at the hotel. Really nice people at this location.

Bought a reman head for my 12.7 detroit and they required a core (decent amount of money for the core which is understandable). Sherwood held my core money for about 2 months. Every time I called I got a different excuse about my money whether it was their “process” or “new system” it was something different every time. Only getting one star for this mess because they wouldn’t let me give you a lesser rating, thank google for that generosity.I was even told there was no limitation as to how long they could hang on to my money for. Needless to say, I will not be a returning customer even though I am local.

The front desk girls are very nice. The service manager John I think is his name is just an angry guy. I was one of there first customers when they recently opened. Once they got busy things changed, customer service sucks mainly due to rude angry service manager. I called and the girl told me to come in the next day at 9 for an air line issue. Well angry John was annoyed as usual. They got me in at 1 and I ended up sitting there most of the day. I'm done with this place, go to muncy or dunmore for real customer service!!! Angry John never says thank you for your business it anything. I feel sorry for the girls that have to work for him

Do not ever come to this dealership, or plan to sit for weeks without any information, it will take them a week to even diagnose the issue.no one answers the phone either on parts extension or service extension.Rude no care of carrier's timelines or any assistance to get trucks back on road.

Brought my truck in Wednesday Dec 3rd., around 13:00 and was told they would call me when finished. Called them back Thursday 12/4, was told my truck should be finished that day and they would call... that was at 09:30 by 17:00 still no call. Friday 12/5 still waiting.... now they are closed on the weekends....so 12/7 is earliest I can get my truck (IF IT’s even finished yet). Wonder if they will pick up my bill at Holiday Inn Express? This may be a Freightliner Shop, but their communication skills are far from acceptable. My repair issue.... air compressor regulator/Governor, and erratic low air pressure alarm, plus 2 software alert dash alarms, and one other dash board alarm. Plus low level check engine light. If they would only communicate with me, it would be so much better.David M Chormann

I love it when a bad situation turns into a beautiful day. I feel good and blessed about being able to take the parts that another Freightliner shop needed and pick the one I needed up. I feel good that I was able to help other drivers get on the road a little earlier, while also benefiting myself.At the end of the day everyone has different communication styles, which can cause complications. However, when problems get overcome and common ground is achieved it makes the conversation turn great.

My uncle has trucking call HAMM transport LLC and Did us wonderful cheap helped us out very nice people very cooperative people /friendly people.They get the job done. If they tell you a 3 hour wait they mean that. Depending on what’s your truck problem they have it out the next day out

Came in for a warranty repair 1 1/2 day repair my truck has been there for going on 10 days now .why I was told they have a big work load so apparently every time a truck comes in my truck goes to the bottom of the list .at this rate their employees probubly should figure out where thier next job will be.very disappointed. As an owner operator this is unacceptable.

Good people, got me in for a computer dianostic on a truck they dont service. Didn't RIP me off by doing something that wasn't going to help me. Read codes for good price, couldn't help me, sent me to a different dealer! Very fair!

Brought 2018 truck to replace leaking radiator, additional service and important recalls, radiator part price first was 1900, they dropped to regular price 1200 after discussing why radiator part so expensive, brake system safety recall did not want to do, they told us they have to wait for parts more then 4 week, I was ok to wait, unsafe leaving without the recall is done, they suddenly found parts and did recall within 2 days - really disappointed

Scam artists to say the least. Expect them to tell you "next day" and then "we had to order the part from Timbuktu and then, it'll be the next day, and then, well it depends on how hard it is to get "the airlines off",(A joke right? There's no air in the system!) They're pvc!! avoid at all costs unless you have no other choice. And on top EXPENSIVE. 1+1=4 there. Nuff said.

They labor is over priced, they had our truck in for a whole week because somethings with the ecm was mess up they where charging 120000, took it to another shop they fix it in 2 day and it cost $80 it was just a small cable mess up. Never again go their.
