This is a TINY truck stop. The set up is horrible. You have the fuel line going where it interferes with reserved parking. The facility is filthy!!! The staff was nice. . though they neglected to properly handle a situation with an EXTREMELY RUDE & DISORDERLY trucker who was trying to start a fight with my husband in the parking lot & then me inside of the store IN FRONT OF STAFF! This man continued to sit in his truck, door ajar, staring us down..as we were parked in reserved (he was not in a spot nor a safe spot) attempting to antagonize us. Nothing was done about the situation.. NOTHINGWith my husband being a truck driver with over 8yrs experience, we know it's a "get in where you fit in" parking situation. However, when trucks are parked for the night in areas that hinder or prevent the safe passage of other trucks.. MOVE & go on to the next stop or safe parking.Absolutely.. will not EVER stay at this truck stop again.

Absolute nightmare of a truck stop. No, not a truck stop, a truck insurance claim. Whoever designed the fuel islands and parking situation here will likely become a Darwin Award recipient if they already haven't. Stupid.

Found a parking spot and park. later guy came out of nowhere arguing that he was "holding" that spot for someone and wanted to fight for it. Just so they can park his day-cab and leave it over the weeknd. Trucks near-by park trucks and leave in car for the weeknd too. If you gonna fight for a parking atleast stay overnight for it and don't used it as a parking yard or storage. Bad parking spaces, tiny truck stop and most parking are reserve parking. Never stopping here again.

Well shower 4 was made for midgets in mind, (I’m 6’) not that I have anything against midgets or dwarfs but if I wanted to take a Shower with Snow White this would be the place to do it.. shower 1 was roomy but toilet wouldn’t automatically flush, and when it did flush the flushing was weak.Staff was friendly and showers were clean parking lot is small so get here early.. Sunday’s, just buy a spot cause by 1000 lot is full.Food truck across the street is open and tasty..

Over $800 in fuel. They charge you for everything. Refill coffee $2 really. Only at pilot do they charge you for coffee Refill. Trash cans over flowing. Driver sitting at fuel pump eating. Done fueling, just chilling. Bathroom door hits you if try to wash hands with people entering or exiting.

Showers on the weekends only from 11am - 7pm, only when manager works. Is that okay?! Are you guys kidding?4 drivers just left without a showers 09/12 2:39am. Thank you for the great service guys! Shame!

Morning staff at the subway weekends is very nice, two blonde girls. Been there during the night too, quality depends on who’s working. Pizza place is closed for good I think, not open as of recent. Tiny, and most of the pumps usually have problems. It’s fine.

I travel from CLE to NYC regularly and the Pilot Travel Center in Lamar, PA is conveniently located halfway along my route. Everything I need can be found here! 😃👍🏻

Great gas station. Everything you’d expect from a travel stop is here, and more. Clean bathrooms and showers along with a Subway that has plenty of seating. Will come back.

Besides the fact we were thankful we were in a bobtail and could back up in the space, if you park in the reserve ( which we were told by pilot customer service on the phone to make before 8am every day) your chances of getting tagged by those going to the fuel isle is extremely high. There is no room for trucks to maneuver and understandably drivers are losing their minds by the time they do reach the island because of the long lines. The place is very tiny and quite run down. I was told by staff they are planning on more parking and reworking the reserve. BUT! We did TRY to take a shower ( #1) but after getting everything ready the water was still too hot to touch!! No matter what we did or direction the control was on it was extremely hot!! The whole room looked like a sauna, thick steam and all. We waited for it to cool off and it never would. Basically did what we could wetting down towels and bathing, but impossible to shower. The towels are really bad here even for a truck stop. Two stars because the staff were nice overall.

Amazing people working behind the counter. They handled a racist man who was screaming at them really well. Will stop here again with my husband in our semi next time we get the chance. They also have tacos across the street that taste AMAZING!!!

Stopped in after 4 years of bypassing this dump.As expected the diesel island is still one of the worst in the country. Out of order, slow pumps, covered in grime, A HUGE POTHOLE, all your nightmares come true at this pilot.The store is stocked decently. No hot coffee lids available. But staff is friendly.

It's a truck stop with a few pumps for us 4-wheelers. We had a normal Subway experience next door, used a restroom with a toilet that, no joke, hadn't been cleaned this week/month/year, wondered about the fancy case of glass figurines (at a truck stop?), and considered buying a mohawk skeleton struggling on a toilet. Gas was 60 cents more than yesterday afternoon.

This place is just nasty. We've been here twice and both times the toilets in the men's room are packed to the rim clogged and the women's half are clogged and the others have such hot water in them you can't use them for fear of the bacteria it's growing. We will never go back.

Always stop in Pilot. Very busy place, but great service. The subway inside is not great but the all inclusive has station is nice!

Workers literally allowed the shower line to pile up before they activated the shower codes. Meanwhile drivers were waiting over an hour for a shower that had been cleaned.

Showers there were ok.DONT GO FROM I80 TO I81 using rt 93 its Truck Restricted and there's lots of police watching it.

The intentions are good but this location seemed short-staffed so the parking lot is packed, you may wait a while for fuel, who knows how long for a shower, the lemonade in Subway tastes like water, the ice tea taste on the Pilot is watered down and the day I came in the pizza place was out of dough! Perhaps I stop in again and it’s everything I imagined it to be!

This is a good pilot travel center and it is a small place and Jeanine was very nice to us especially Karen Sechrest and they keep the coffee fresh and food up to date.

The nastiest pilot I have ever been to. No parking, most fuel islands don't work, and just nasty inside and out. Getting in and out is a nightmare. I have seen Dollar General stores with more parking room. Place needs shut down and revamped.

Truck stop audit 113Black mold everywhere in the shower, floor not swept hair everywhere. Plumbing not very good. Employees acted or seemed like they didn’t want to be there . Saw two that where leaned against the counter on there cell phones. The fuel pumps are the worst I seen yet this year. The parking for trucks is a nightmare. I parked over night and my trailer was hit twice in one night by two different trucks. Going west off I80 you have to make a dash from the ramp just to enter the parking lot. When trucks are backed up as usual at most pilots you’re left with a choice to stay on the ramp and back up traffic or continue on to I80 . Subway I give one star , at least they acknowledge there customers and quick with there service..

Guy at counter was very nice but it's 4am and he's the only employee working, couldn't get a shower because no one to clean them, 3 fuel lanes shut down as well. Pass by this dump next time I'm through here ..
