Amazing store, it's huge! A much needed upgrade over the old one. The aisles are nice and wide so it's easy to move around. Everything is so organized and there's great lighting everywhere which makes it easy to find what you're looking for. There's even a place to sit and eat upstairs. The parking lot is much better than the old one. I absolutely love the old school red truck they have in the store!

Grand Opening! I went to check out the new grand opening of our new Shoprite. The other one was so old, Iam glad that they decided to remodel and upgrade places up here. Place was clean and meats are fresh, tons of produce to choose from. Love the hot /prepared food side after I finished shopping I bought food and sat and waited for my Uber. Good for people who work in the area and need a quick bite.

I absolutely love this store . It’s so clean and well lit . The staff is so friendly and very helpful. I purchased from the hot food bar the food was delicious .it was also fresh.I’m so proud to see the improvements of this store . It’s seriously one of the best stores in this area.

A well kept and stocked, grocery store. The pizza oven caught my eye right away as I walked in - see photos i’ve added with this review. Fruit and vegetables were fresh. No unpleasant odors in the fresh fish department or any other area. It’s refreshing to go into such a well run store

Brand new beautiful store . I have never come across anything out of stock HOWEVER if you can’t find something in produce forget about asking for help…..i say that because NOBODY in produce speaks a lick of English. How is that even possible? A supermarket in AMERICA with employees that can’t even speak English except for the “No English” they have that saying down.

horrible customer service, from the stocking associates to the customer service counter. you ask a simple question, they are huffing and puffing. it is unacceptable behavior especially to paying customers. being courteous does not take much. it is upsetting because the store itself and the brand is amazing to shop at. i hope the customer service gets better.

I regret to share a disappointing encounter with the self-checkout workers at this location. I encountered unnecessary rudeness from the attendants. Their demeanor was unprofessional and condescending, evident in their dismissive tone and lack of patience when addressing my inquiries. This behavior not only detracted from the convenience promised by self-checkout but also tarnished my first time experience here at this location and I will not return. As a customer, I expect courteous and respectful interactions, and equal treatment and not for someone to be nasty with me and for another worker to count my items 1 by 1 as a paying customer. I hope shop rite addresses this issue promptly to ensure a more pleasant shopping experience for all patrons.

I shopped at the new Shop Rite. This shopping trip was a week after its grand opening. Huge new store, and I thought the selection was very good. There was especially a good selection on seafood! I wish Shop Rite had the Boar's Head brand of meats, like pork and beef as well, but that's my only complaint on selection. I was confused about some of the sales. I did not get as many discounts at the register as I thought. What was really on sale was confusing to me. What was on sale was mixed in the food aisles with everything else that was not on sale. I was also annoyed at how little is discounted on Shop Rite's Price Plus card. I think the Bowl and Basket brands are reasonably priced, but I wish there were several more discounts on anything that's not the Shop Rite brand.

Bira in Catering & Kim in Bakery are amazing!I needed a cake for my party and Kim made sure the design was done perfectly and that it was ready on time. Bira suggested different trays to put the food on that would look much nicer and were more eye pleasing for my guests, both ladies gave me great food suggestions that I didn’t even think of. Excellent communication & customer service.

I purchased a bag of little neck clams 25 count per the sign for $9.99. The 50 count bag was $19.99, and a dozen was $6.99. I get them home, drop them in the steamer, to find out that I was cheated out of 9 clams. $9.99 is not a lot of money, but if I paid for it, I want it. Either somebody can’t count or they are cheating customers. I will be calling management tomorrow for a refund of the difference.

Customer Service found my wallet with a significant amount of cash in it, and I called the store and was able to get the wallet back with everything in it. New store is very neat and employees are great!

This is the closest ShopRite to me. Therefore, it's my go-to. Things are not super cheap but still reasonable. They have basically everything I need since I live alone and just shop for myself.I love the variety of wine and other alcohol products! 🍸 🍷 🍹🥃🍺🥂

The store is recently built so I think give it some time to see how it really falls out. The parking lot is nice and the store is massive. There’s a balcony when you can see all of the store while eating on some tables they’re eating tables outside of the store, it’s a pretty nice place and they seem to be on top of things in terms of filling up the shelves which is my job and in a third-party company that I’m work in.I can confidently say that the ShopRite is better than every ShopRite in Delaware combined. Besides the nice and responsive staff place didn’t feel like a dump is felt properly taken care of but then again, it’s still new as of 2023 September.

Store just reopened and it is really nice! bought a slice of pizza for my daughter and myself and it was delicious! The food court looks and smells great with some Asian food, chicken, soup, to premade meals! Definitely worth checking out and will be back to try some of the other things they have to offer!

I came to Shop Rite with a request for catering services. Mr. Kevin Alexander exemplified the highest level of customer service with his great skills, patience, kindness and diligence to his profession. He should be awarded employee of the month in the food services department. He assured me that he would provide everything I needed for my son's football team dinner on Friday, September 22, 2023. He exceeded that and more by answering all of my questions, delivering my food on his day off, his timeliness, accuracy of pricing, recommendations and organizing his staff to deliver top notch customer service. He drives your food service department with his professionalism, he works hard to meet the customer's needs, he is knowledgeable about the department and an excellent listener. He knows his job very well and we need more people like him to excel in customer service. He is truly an asset to Shoprite of Drexeline in Drexel Hill, PA. He deserves 10 stars from me, employee recognition and the employee spotlight!!!! All of your employees have great service but he is exceptional!!!

Love the new store. Big and beautiful. Prices have all gone up assuming to pay for the new construction. Workers are happy and friendly this week. I hope they keep it cleaner than the old store which was always a mess. Caution: prices at register sometimes ring up higher than what's on the shelf!!!!! I bought stuff because of the low price then got home and looked at the receipt and was shocked. Not a big fan of digital coupons. What about the elders who don't have cell phones and those who don't want a shopping store app on phone? Grapes 00.88 cents a pound unitl you realize you need the digital coupon. Yikes!!

Did an online order as I always do and received molded strawberries . Smh. This is outrageous and I am truly disgusted , disturbed and quite frankly disappointment.The employees did not even check to see if the fruit was still good. Why do you carry molded fruits in your store. From now on I will not be buying and produce form shop rite
